02/03/2026: During my stay in Treviso, I chose to come here for breakfast, we had a mix of mignon and a tiramisu, so the tiramisu for the price is a bit small, the mignon instead are by the piece, but in all this I have to say that the mignon were not bad but not so spectacular while the tiramisu was very good.
04/02/2026: My daughter and I, it's lunchtime. We come in and say hello twice, but no one answers.
They bring us the toast we ordered, half raw, badly cut, and with tasteless ingredients.
Burnt coffee, soggy dessert that tasted stale.
Dirty table.
Really rude service.
Price that I can't even get at Cracco's, with the quality of Gigino the fisherman from Cagliari.
The one next to us treated with kid gloves.
Never again.
Healthy and thank you.

16/02/2026: Arrived at 2 pm and there were only 3 cicchetti available (a pittance). The 0.40 cc water (always smaller) cost 2 euros and was billed as 0.50 cc. Extremely annoying.
02/02/2026: The best: tables inside and kind attention. Girls at the bar were kind. Prices are medium/high and they just give you a small bag of patatine with the aperitivo.

26/04/2026: Terrible experience. Six of us went for an afternoon aperitivo. Two orders were misplaced, and when we got the bill, we were told we had to pay for things we hadn't ordered. The cashier then said, "I'm so sorry you don't even remember what you ordered." To avoid arguments, we paid without hesitation and left. The spritz was definitely not among the best we've ever had.
26/04/2026: The lady at the counter was extremely unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional from start to finish. She responded coldly, was abrupt, and displayed an annoyed attitude even for simple requests from all the customers. Working with the public requires good manners and courtesy, especially if people ask questions politely.

10/06/2026: I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, thanks to its proximity to the highway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the covered parking is very convenient for both cars and motorcycles.
The reception staff is always polite and willing to help whenever needed. I also appreciated the restaurant, which offers delicious, high-quality dishes and a varied breakfast. The hotel is also accessible to people with disabilities.
Furthermore, it is an excellent base for exploring Soave, its beautiful castle, and Verona, which is nearby.

15/06/2026: I don't know if the "gentleman" serving at the counter is the owner or not, but he doesn't know the rules of good hospitality required for this type of work. Truly TERRIBLE!!! Kindness is zero!!
I couldn't use the bathroom because, according to him, he had already cleaned it. I should point out that the place was still during opening hours!!!

16/06/2026: What a dump. Dislike is at its highest: not even a smile, not even a forced one. I almost apologize for coming in; I didn't mean to disturb. Terrible service.
The only positive aspect: the convenient location.
What does it offer? Practically nothing: two ice creams, among the least requested; sandwiches in the same condition, seem leftover; juices, too. I can't comment on the coffee: I didn't feel like ordering it, given the air and the (nonexistent) workload behind the counter.
They're only lucky in their proximity to one of the most important hospitals in the Veneto region. For the rest: a flat ECG.
11/05/2026: Great place with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. The aperitif was excellent and the price was really fair for the quality. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: Their products are usually very good. But we went for breakfast on Saturday morning and the counter was almost empty; there were very few croissants left at 10:00 AM. Shortly afterward, more were brought, and we obviously thought they were freshly baked... they were obviously old, almost inedible, terrible. I would have appreciated being warned rather than being given old products and passed them off as new (and charged for them as new). I hope this never happens again.

30/06/2026: The food was great, the Serrano ham and cheese pizza was delicious, the spaghetti was excellent, the service was friendly, and the beer was ice cold. 🍀 I'm so glad I ate here; it's quiet and the quality is good. I recommend it, away from the stress of the city center, and the whole place has a Romeo and Juliet theme.
