05/01/2026: Very rude main waiter. After waiting 40 minutes to ORDER and another 40 minutes to receive our food, we received a cheeseburger instead of a chickenburger. When we pointed out that the dish was wrong, the waiters, and especially the person we believe to be the owner, responded in a haughty and arrogant manner, saying he hadn't misunderstood and that we had ordered incorrectly, without apologizing and claiming to be right. After claiming that one of us had a "very bad" personality, he added that this girl needed a boyfriend, an inappropriate and completely unnecessary comment. To apologize, he offered us four coffees, although he didn't change the price of the sandwich, which was incorrect. In any case, once we got to the cash register, he doubled down by saying that we had made the mistake, to which we very politely replied that he had probably misheard. At this point, he, annoyed, replied, "Are you suggesting I can't do my job? That I don't know how to take orders?" Let's draw a veil over this statement, but especially over his behavior. Dear young man, keep calm and cool. Perhaps working with people isn't for you. Sometimes it's enough to apologize, or at least question yourself. You could have handled this very differently, but instead you chose to make this mistake...

02/01/2026: December 26th, after lunch, 3:00 a.m. I decide to offer my relatives and my partner a drink. Seeing how urgent it was for one of my adventurers to go to the bathroom, I rushed to ask if they were open. I pointed out that the place was deserted outside, and with the door open, only two people were visible at work. I looked out and asked the inevitable question: "Excuse me, are you open? May I?" The woman, looking almost disgusted, turned around and asked me, literally. “What do you think I'm doing here?” I'm taken aback, and explain that they might be closing time, and try to lighten the mood a bit. At which point the lady loosens up a bit. I ask her, given her tone, if she'd mind if I called people in. We sit down, and while we're choosing drinks, she comes to ask if we're ready. We don't even have time to exchange a look of agreement between the other diners before she turns around, annoyed, and leaves. A young man arrives. Zero training on the products they sell. But it's clearly not his fault. He goes back and forth between our table and the other room two or three times to match the order since they didn't have a selector for me, so I swap for a beer called Green Apple or something similar. We drink and leave. At the cashier, the lady holds the receipt until I pay, and only then do I see that the price of the beer was 7.50 for a 0.4, a grappa poli with about half the price. a little finger thick in the glass, another 7.50, an Aperol Spritz and a Fanta for a total of 22.50 euros. When I asked, the always "courteous lady" looked at me and said: "and yes, that's the price," at which I sneered and let slip how kind and courteous she was. Summary: I strongly advise against it unless you want to get ripped off. There are dozens of bars with a service thousands of times higher quality, with equally good products, if not better, for half the price, and without the biting sarcasm of a lady who was clearly frustrated doing her job on a holiday for the few (4 tables) customers present.

13/11/2025: Terrible experience! The waitress wasn't just incompetent, she was the epitome of rudeness. She acted as if we were doing her a favor by asking for something, with a perpetually annoyed expression that made the atmosphere unbearable. A smile? Perhaps from a parallel universe. This is service unbecoming of a second-rate dive, let alone a bar. ​The real shocker is the prices, unjustifiably high for a small town. You pay as much as in downtown Milan for a mediocre product. The staff needs to be reconsidered!

05/10/2025: I got takeaway, it arrived 2 hours later, they made a mistake in making them and on top of that I called but they didn't answer, congratulations 👏👏👏

18/07/2025: I often get poke with raw salmon. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes it's good, other times it smells bad. Maybe it depends on how old it is, I don't know... Overall, not bad.

02/02/2026: The best: tables inside and kind attention. Girls at the bar were kind. Prices are medium/high and they just give you a small bag of patatine with the aperitivo.

12/01/2026: Nice little bar in the center of town for excellent fish and meat cicchetti. Good service and a good selection of wines.

17/01/2026: The service was quick, and the staff very friendly. My family and I ordered and were satisfied. They also offer soy milk, which is great because I'm lactose intolerant. The atmosphere was peaceful.

19/01/2026: Cream pancakes are fantastic!!! Apple and sultana pancakes are delicious, but ridiculously small for the price of €1.30 each!!!

10/01/2026: Definitely one of the best patisseries in Verona. All the desserts are very well-balanced, with incredible Chantilly cream, gorgeous cakes, and delicious brioches. The atmosphere is pleasant, but a little cold...!!!!

14/09/2025: The coffee affogato is excellent ice cream, the quantity is excellent, and the table service is excellent. It's a shame about the paper cup.

31/12/2025: How sad... I go every now and then, I'm not a regular, but after this latest experience, I think I'll never set foot in there again. I went to get a pandoro and a panettone for these holidays and... Never, never again. The pandoro was very dry, not at all "buttery," I'd dare say "old" and tasteless... the triple-chocolate panettone was awful, the "drops" intact, not melted, the panettone didn't rise well and was dry... Even though I followed the instructions of the sales assistant (a rather rude person) and made it as written on the card attached to the packages, it was a terrible experience. Thank goodness I didn't give them away as gifts... I should point out that last year I bought a good pandoro. I purchased the products on December 20th, but... I'm starting to think they sold me something that had been made for a while. It happened once with some croissants I received as a gift at work, but I assumed they were poorly baked, but now I have to think again. Really bad...

16/01/2026: I've had breakfast here a few times, and the croissants are amazing. The only flaw, for me, is their size. Quality comes at a price, as we all know, and the prices are definitely high compared to other bakeries... but at least for that price, it would be nice to be able to eat and enjoy a croissant of at least a normal size, precisely because they're so delicious. 🙂 I'm giving it 4 stars, not 5, for this reason alone.

12/01/2026: I was there on Saturday, we had three chocolates, two with cream and one without, for €14.90. It seems a bit too expensive, and the cups were also small.

17/09/2025: We were here just for an aperitivo because we’re not very familiar with the area. At first, I was pretty optimistic because the staff (yes, only one) was all smile, what a smiley old, bald Italian guy! But my companion already felt alarmed by the outdoor seating since it’s right on the street and we were worried about disturbing the pedestrians. So, we chose to sit inside but oh! The seat is super narrow. I consider myself a small one here, with me being less than 160 cm. But still, I can barely move my legs due to the limited seating. Also, we were very surprised by the size of our aperitivi (they served them inside a huge calice!) and of course, I am very happy that they gave us three different options for snacks alongside our drinks: the long biscuits, peanuts, and potato chips! Everything was going well despite the lack of ventilation (it was a hot and humid day, and they didn’t turn on the AC nor did I see any fan) and we were chatting happily. However, the major three stars review came after we saw the bill. They charged us 6€ with all of the things, which we both think a bit too much for aperitivo in Veneto. Even with three snacks, the portions aren’t that big….. So after much consideration, I think I can safely say that this place worth 3 stars.

10/09/2025: The best: inside tables and nice deco. They have a wide selection of great wines to choose from. Attention was kind and fast. They also have tables outside for the smokers. Prices are medium high.

18/01/2026: We ate here for lunch today. With two small children, it's always difficult to find kid-friendly restaurants, and I have to say they immediately understood our needs here. Quick, friendly, and good food. We'll definitely be back.

23/11/2025: A few years later, I stopped in for a quick breakfast at the counter and was saddened to find that what was once a decent pastry shop is now a very run-down café, with frozen croissants, outdated furnishings, and staff struggling to serve customers during busy times. I hope the owners will take my review as a call to improve the quality of their food. The coffee was good, but certainly not from a private roaster (as the sign outside claims); while the staff, though understaffed for their needs, were friendly.

23/11/2025: Terrible coffee! It seemed like it was reheated from the day before. Never again.
