15/11/2025: We sat under the portico and no one paid any attention to our order, except to come in and ask. We asked for a straw, which never arrived. We paid €10 for two undrinkable Campari spritzes, watered down like few others in the world. Unfortunately, the worst spritz in Padua in terms of quality/price ratio.

09/11/2025: We went to breakfast with a voucher we'd been given for breakfast at a nearby apartment. When we arrived and handed the voucher to Mrs. Silvia, she was clearly annoyed. When serving us, she was a bit rude, almost annoyed by our presence.

28/09/2025: The service is the sore point of this place. We sit down and have to wait 10 minutes to order something, constantly trying to call the girl who was serving tables. My glass of wine is different from the one I ordered, and it's still wet, as if it had just come out of the dishwasher. I decide to keep the glass, but I ask the waitress why they served it all wet, and she replies annoyedly, "Well, you know, glasses are washed." I reply, "Yes, okay, but I don't think it's appropriate to serve it still with all the dishwasher drips." She replies, "If you want, come to the kitchen and work with us." After this response, I decide to refuse the glass. When it comes to paying the bill, my glass is taken away, leaving two Cokes and one spirit for a total of €19. The girl (always the same) says we have to pay €23.50. My friend initially paid without asking a second question. We later pointed out the mistake to the other waiter, and he came to our aid, refunding us the €4.50 difference. The waiter proved to be top-notch and capable of meeting customer needs professionally. The waitress is arrogant and incompetent; I don't even know why they hired her. After this, I won't be returning.

06/08/2025: The blonde waitress was really rude, annoyed by our questions, and she huffed and rolled her eyes, even rushing us. Never again, we'll go to the place next door.

11/11/2025: The quality of the ingredients is truly good! The service is lacking, or at least it was lacking in the service I received, with little enthusiasm and in a rush. I ordered a white chocolate with cream and was served a glass of milk with a chocolate aftertaste and the cream in a small glass on the side… As if I went to a delicatessen and they served me bread with cold cuts on the side.

19/06/2025: Très bon restaurant avec une magnifique petite terrasse fleurie au bord d' un canal . Linguini et dorade excellents. Très bon service avec découpe du poisson à table et des prix très corrects sur cette ile très très fréquentée

16/06/2025: Good service. Many options for food. Good friendly staff and the only restaurant that offered butter with bread :) Seafood options were good. Cuttle fish wasn’t really up to the avoid. Best to avoid. The tiramisu was outstanding.. a must try.

19/11/2025: Worst cafe I ever went to. I paid 6€ for a supermarket tea bag and some hot water. When I asked for the menu at the beginning, he didn’t have one: we only know the price of alcoholic drinks !! My friend paid 5€ for a coke. The guy kept smiling at me hypocritically when i tried to address the issue: I paid the same price as my friend who ordered an Aperol Spritz. We weren’t even well welcomed at the beginning. They were trying to justify the price by comparing it to other cities, as if we didn’t find cheaper and better cafes in Venice. Don’t go there.

11/11/2025: Yesterday evening, after a long day on my feet, I wanted to sit down for a drink, but I was immediately chased away because I wasn't allowed to sit alone at a table for four. The place wasn't even half full! I was told I had to sit against the wall on an uncomfortable bench. When I asked if I could at least have a chair, I was told no. I've never experienced anything like it; I left.

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.

11/10/2025: The bald waiter lied and said they only accept cash and the price is 30. When I went to the manager, I found out they accept cards and the actual price is 13.

12/11/2025: Beautiful, well-maintained bar. Fast and attentive service. Excellent Irish coffee.

13/10/2025: Two aperitifs for €16, a small aperitif, just ice. Spread the word, this place is worth avoiding.

08/07/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con colleghi , entrambi abbiamo avuto problemi di pancia nei giorni dopo ,e abbiamo aspettando solo per prenotare 45minuti ,chiamando svariate volte i camerieri .

30/06/2025: Overwhelmed staff over 20 minutes to take order had to ask for beverages and bread 10 minutes after order had been taken.

05/10/2025: Beautiful location, warm... Kind and efficient staff (the morning means speed and they guarantee this even when the place is crowded), quality offering (when I find a not_good product, I will report it) at a price in line with the category of service offered!

20/09/2025: Endless waiting times in a half-empty place....never again

12/09/2025: The waitress looked like she'd been raining for seven days. Unfriendly, no explanation. The order was taken, or rather, acknowledged. No questions asked if we wanted anything else... The coffee tasted good, and the drinks, if they were original, were also good. We've been there twice now; you can have a bad day, she must have had a bad week.

07/09/2025: Very unfriendly staff and extremely poor service. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, go there – otherwise, it's best to avoid it.

06/09/2025: I ordered two pizzas to take away and a coffee at the bar. The waitress definitely understood my order, but the vegetarian pizza ended up with ham. It can happen, and it's my fault that I didn't realize it until I got to the lounger. The fact that the waitress took an extra euro for the tip when I paid was fine, but it was rude. So I'll walk a few more meters to the nearest beach vendor.

11/12/2025: The hot chocolate was really amazing (not to mention the location, but that's a given)! The staff was quite ok and friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant!

29/11/2025: Choose carefully who works for you because it will have a huge impact on your reputation. The waitress was unprofessional, arrogant, and I don't know if table service isn't provided, but it would have been enough for her to turn around and tell us. Anyway, thanks, at least I didn't leave you a cent! It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good; we bought our wine at Osteria Buglioni 😍
