21/12/2024: Dinner with friends. Il Ravale is the classic Umbrian tavern. Very large parking lot. It has rooms, one with a fireplace and the other on the veranda. Food of excellent quality and style. The omelettes were cooked just right, it's a pity that the truffle wasn't so tasty. Very good first courses. The meat, both beef and sheep, is of excellent quality. Good side dishes. Pizza, excellent. Very good homemade desserts. Excellent quality red wine and blonde beer. Fast service. Friendly, friendly and efficient staff. I recommend this restaurant.

It's a shame for the scampi in the appetizer (4 scampi for the modest sum of €18) with the black head, which dripped onto the plate, onto the mashed potatoes, and it's also a shame for the first courses, the pasta was good, it seemed homemade but the sauce, alas, was not very good. tasty and not very fresh. Rather high prices, but for fish, if of good quality, also appropriate. Let's hope it was just an unfortunate case. Until next time.

16/12/2024: Great spacious camper place. Fenced, lit with everything you need. Sufficient electricity and water connections (bayonet fitting), toilets and showers. Washing machine, free allowances etc. Small place with good infrastructure. Self-service laundry, supermarket café, etc. 10 minutes walk to the sea

17/11/2024: Besöket var en förvånande och mycket positiv upplevelse. Vi visste inte mer än att det sammanfattade betyget var högt i recensioner. Miljön är mycket speciell. Väggarna är fulla av bilder och saker. I bakgrunden hörs italiensk musik från 30-40-talet. Ägaren som troligen är den som satt sin prägel på lokalen är mycket vänlig. Maten är rustik och jättegod. Vi åt gratinerad selleri och pasta med svamp och bacon. Vi tyckte om allt, till och med ljudet från den gnisslande dörren när värden hämtade maten från köket som låg i lokalen bredvid. Ett toppenställe som gjorde oss glada.

01/01/2025: It makes no sense to eat in the center when you have this restaurant with really good dishes and excellent value for money. In the center we spent the same amount we spent this evening to eat a cold cuts platter. While this evening in this restaurant we tried the truly special tortelli alla norcina, the mixed grill with mouth-licking lamb and Norcia lentils. What am I telling you to do? Thanks to the kind owner who made us feel at home, we will return without a shadow of a doubt and will recommend it to all our friends.

02/01/2025: Let's start by saying that I recommend the restaurant and for a very good reason: you eat well and you spend the right amount. And when a restaurant offers good products on the plate, then everything else goes by the wayside. I also add that I hadn't booked and I was alone and I know that economically, for a restaurateur I'm a bad customer who occupies a table for 2. Despite this, they were able to find me a place in the outdoor area, without too many problems. Medal. Since it was the middle of winter it was a bit chilly, the table was set a la "va la Peppone", but the service was fast. The waitress, very unprepared, denied me a sachet of sweetener just because of the hassle of going to get it. Sin. The food was excellent, 4 cheese and mushroom crostini that moved me and the pork stew in Sagrantino that really satisfied me, both in taste and portion size. Baked potatoes, excellent. A glass of Sagrantino, very good. A coffee (with half a bag of sugar, meh). All in all, in a jungle of catering, between fusion, brunch and aperitif, long live trattorias like this, with their strengths and weaknesses, but which fulfill their purpose: they send you away with a full belly and a good taste in your mouth. I conclude by reiterating my positive impression and my advice to go and try the local specialties. They know how to do them.

29/12/2024: In this restaurant in Todi not only do you eat very well, but all those who work there are true professionals who know how to do their job with great passion.
