04/03/2026: A truly impeccable experience! My fiancée and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant, which truly showcases lake fish with respect and great expertise. We ordered a mixed lake fish appetizer, which was truly surprising: a journey through meticulous preparation, new flavors, and diverse textures. The first courses were also excellent: the tagliolini with perch, pine nuts, and lemon was fresh and well-balanced, and the spaghetti with lake fish ragù was flavorful yet elegant. Finally, the grilled whitefish, prepared and cooked to perfection, showcased the quality of the ingredients to the fullest. The prices are absolutely competitive for what they offer. A place where technique and respect for the catch truly make the difference. Each dish showcases the fish, with balanced pairings that enhance texture and flavor. A place where you eat well, spend a fair amount, and leave wanting more. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: Excellent cuisine but 2 hours waiting for a starter and a first course is unacceptable

07/03/2026: I was on a business trip and went to a restaurant using my meal voucher app. I asked if it was possible to pay with vouchers, and the guy who greeted me said yes (I should point out that I also pointed out the vouchers I'd seen with the logo attached to the entrance). We sat down, two of us, and I found a nice place, friendly people, and a good pizza. When it came time to pay, I asked to pay with vouchers and was told they didn't accept them yet. I don't have the time or the desire to argue, so I paid, thanked, and whatever. I understand that you pay a commission, but why make a commitment you don't want to/can't keep? It's a shame to miss out by a hair, but all in all, I ate a good pizza. P.S. It must have been the timing, but I didn't even get a receipt. Never mind.

22/02/2026: A refined atmosphere. The staff is attentive to your needs. Traditional Umbrian dishes are carefully prepared. Great atmosphere and good food.

04/01/2026: We stopped by on a rainy day for a quick lunch. Valeria, a very kind and efficient woman, served us. We ordered delicious stuffed pinsa. Despite being a small place, the variety of pinsa was enough to satisfy all our tastes. Great for a quick and affordable meal! As a sign of how much we enjoyed both the food and the friendly staff, on our way back we stopped again for dessert! The coffee was also good.

06/03/2026: The place is small, but they were kind enough to find us a seat. They accept pets. The service is good. The chef is very friendly. The menu features a strong focus on truffles. The meat is excellent. Wide selection of wines. Excellent value.

The real added value, however, is the welcome. The owner, Ivan, is a wonderful person, capable of making you feel immediately at home with his kindness and helpfulness. I had the primo del priore with trout, porcini mushrooms, and truffle (a strange but interesting combination), followed by the tenderloin with truffle, which was delicious and tender. Fairly priced.

09/03/2026: Sometimes you discover a restaurant on a trip that becomes part of the experience itself. That was PantaGruel at Posta Donini for me. The food is exceptional-elegant, creative, and beautifully plated, while still highlighting the flavors of Umbria. Each dish felt thoughtfully composed and memorable. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up dining there five evenings in a row. It became the highlight of each day. The service made it even better. The waiter ran the entire dining room on his own with such ease and grace, making every table feel attended to and welcome. Truly a special place. I’m already missing it.

15/03/2026: Ample parking, best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Excellent selection of dishes and beers. On Saturday nights, it's best to book in advance and you'll have to wait in line to get in, but it's worth it!
