A bit skeptical because there was nothing on the counter apart from a bit of pizza...but then I realized that it's all freshly made...what a spectacle, nothing but sandwiches...it's an understatement to call them such...well I have to go back

08/04/2025: From the reviews I expected to eat delicious dishes but unfortunately this was not the case. Price quality not sufficient. The truffle can be seen but not felt, the wild boar can be glimpsed but leaves no taste, the meat is actually heated and stringy, I won't return. Be careful of the reviews of this place, which are dubious for me.

13/04/2025: Abbiamo trascorso il compleanno in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti delusi. In primo luogo il menù che avevamo accordato non è stato rispettato in pieno, in quanto mancante di una parte dell’antipasto ed il secondo seppure abbondante era prevalentemente a base di carne di maiale e non manzo ed agnello come da accordi. In generale abbiamo avuto l’impressione di scarsa accoglienza nei confronti del cliente e poca accortezza. Per finire anche il prezzo pattuito non è stato rispettato, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto poco professionale, soprattutto nel richiedere il pagamento della quota di un bimbo di 4 anni che ha assaggiato soltanto l’antipasto. Pertanto non lo consigliamo.

30/03/2025: Excellent Umbrian location, friendly and fast staff!! Quality pizza, dream truffles and dream meat!! I highly recommend it, a mix of flavors that melts in your mouth!! Excellent for spending a good evening with friends and having a quality dinner!! Very satisfied.

16/03/2025: A place to absolutely visit, Martina super professional and friendly, we took the testo cake with salami and pecorino with Sagrantino, take-away cured meats and Montefalco wines, she let us taste everything first, very good

03/02/2025: Il locale si trova subito prima dell'ingresso al centro storico ed è molto comodo perchè a due passi dal parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento. Locale molto carino con una ottima proposta per quanto riguarda il menù in cui sono presenti principalmente prodotti locali. Abbiamo provato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi misti, buonissimo, e una torta al testo con pecorino e salame di cinghiale, anche questa molto buona. Ottimo la selezione di vini. La proprietaria è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

25/11/2024: Ottimo posto vicino a Spoleto. Locale accogliente e caratteristico. Abbiamo pranzato con ottimi piatti della tradizione umbra. Un posto da provare..... il personale è stato affabile ed efficiente. Tutto molto bene.... ci tornerò.

17/11/2024: Ristorante con delle possibilità ma sfruttate poco e male. Spiace essere trattati da turisti inesperti. La location è graziosa ma poco e male riscaldata e mangiare al freddo non è una bella esperienza. La cucina è da trattoria (e andrebbe benissimo) se i prezzi fossero equiparati e le porzioni più abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente squilibrato. I piatti arrivano freddi e anche questo non depone a favore. Il personale è decisamente affabile e disponibile, ma sul resto c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare.

28/12/2024: Fantastico, semplicemente fantastico. Cibo ottimo, atmosfera da brividi, personale gentile e preparato. A due passi dal centro della più bella città medievale dell’Umbria (ma direi anche del mondo). Consiglio assolutamente, Dai! dai! dai!!

27/12/2024: As soon as we enter, a battered and not very courteous waiter approaches and makes us sit at the table as if he were doing us a favor. Not happy with the impression he made, while he was taking command he delighted (poor guy) with rude and certainly not appreciated jokes. I have visited all the restaurants in Gubbio and I am strongly convinced that this is the worst place (if you can call it that) I have ever ended up in. Not to mention the high prices, trust me if you have to eat a sandwich or anything else go anywhere except here. Unless you don't like the degradation of this truly squalid service.

30/01/2025: Ci siamo andati qualche volta in questo locale quando venivamo in zona ma d'inverno che stavamo dentro, purtroppo scritto solo ora la mia recensione perché quando siamo andati via non ricordavo il nome del locale, casualmente passando nuovamente ci è venuto in mente lo spiacevole cosa che ci è capitato e che adesso ve la racconto. Siamo andati in famiglia io, mio marito e le mie due figlie, 4 panini , 2 birre e 2 coca cola, ci hanno messi al tavolo all'esterno, dopo un po' che sono arrivati i panini ci siamo resi conto che il tavolo era pieno di moscerini e mia figlia ha detto anche nel panino ci sono e anche nei bicchieri, abbiamo fatto presente però ci è stato detto che non gli era mai capitato ma se ha visto proprio lui che era così, comunque ci ha messo dentro ma ci ha ridato gli stessi panini e le stesse bevande, ad un certo punto mia figlia ha proprio detto io non mangio e bevo queste cose con i moscerini e il signore ha cambiato solo il suo noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare quelle cose solo mio marito che aveva salvato il suo panino dai moscerini la mangiato, in conclusione abbiamo pagato 4 panini, 2 birre e 3 coca cola, solo un panino non ci ha fatto pagare, delusione totale se prima mettevo un punteggio da 5 adesso non ci vado più.

12/12/2024: A beautiful brewery managed with passion, excellent sandwiches, dishes and choice of beers. At the gates of Todi, terrace with wonderful view...... Highly recommended
