02/07/2025: Great food and service. Highly recommend for dinner in beautiful Assisi

25/06/2025: The food was amazing!!!! Sat in for a table of 6. I ordered the steak in the photo, another veal, mix pork, chicken thighs, and lamb chops. Not sure the actual names of the courses— but the food was better than anticipated. Deborah, our server, was great. We live here.

22/07/2025: Varied menu, with plenty of appetizers and a good selection of first and second courses, both meat and seafood. The dishes are good, with sometimes bold but well-balanced combinations, and are presented in a rather elegant manner. Generous portions. Attentive staff, prompt service, and a clean restaurant. Prices are generally average, though a bit high. The exterior could be improved.

21/07/2025: A family-run restaurant, the staff are very hospitable and kind, without being intrusive. The service is fast but attentive to every detail. The food is perfect, both the meat and seafood, and the portions are truly generous, without compromising on quality. We barely managed to converse because we were completely lost in the flavors of the dishes. It's clear they put their heart into their business; a great discovery that I recommend to everyone.

03/07/2025: The restaurant is not beautiful, the view is not the best, however here we found delicious homemade gluten-free ravioli, other very good dishes and above all a courtesy and kindness of the staff and the owner as you rarely meet. Definitely to return.

25/06/2025: Stopped by chance for lunch, it couldn't have been a better choice. Excellent service, really good and special appetizers. Second courses with very good meat. Really a good place to eat.

22/06/2025: La Locanda del Lupo is a quiet place in the historic center of Orvieto. It is a place that presents itself simply in its typical Umbrian architecture. It has furnishing elements in some cases out of context but a nice atmosphere. The food is good, especially the first courses, recommended those with fresh truffle. Simple service and friendly staff. Excellent location towards the main points of interest of the city

12/06/2025: Great place to have dinner in Orvieto, the food is excellent as in the whole region, excellent pasta and meat. The only negative note was that as soon as we finished dinner we had to run away because it was an exaggerated mosquito net :/

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 23/06/2025: Excellent restaurant located in the center of town, right in front of the theater, now closed like many businesses in town, for post-earthquake renovation (after almost ten years!). The restaurant looks good and I ate as a couple in a gazebo outside the restaurant two meters from the war memorial. The wait staff is friendly and kind and the dishes are all tasty, plentiful and respect the tradition of Umbrian cuisine with excellent strangozzi with truffles and everything else. Small dogs can be accommodated and the staff takes care of providing a bowl of water. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant as it is truly worth it.

23/06/2025: We ate outside in the square and there was live music. The city is reborn and the food is great.

The menu is highly varied for every type of palate: from gourmet to longe, passing through classic and experimental. The service is punctual, attentive and precise; dulcis in fundus is the courtesy and natural smile of the barmaids that help to make you enjoy the experience of having chosen this place
