11/08/2025: I often come to eat at the sports kiosk, the people who serve me are kind and polite and the sandwiches are delicious, the only flaw is that for a very simple sandwich they take 15 timed minutes and sometimes even more, and often they don't have the ingredients required for the specific sandwiches indicated by them (it's not normal for them to never have the ingredients in two weeks) and the last time I went there I ordered a specific sandwich, it arrived wrong and I told them and they even snorted!

06/08/2025: Place in central Florence, if you’re looking for a non tourist place. I recommend going there in the early evening as the put up decorations really light up the unique atmosphere. For seating there’s plenty of tables outside of the little bar, but my favourite are the seats outside by the counter, in the opposite side of the bar. There’s different selection of drink but it’s not that vast. There’s prices are a bit too high for what they sell but great! Choose it and run away from those big tourist attraction bars.

08/07/2025: Delicious Diavola pizza. Good view, away from masses. Drinks a bit pricey

16/10/2025: Good pastries and good coffee, but not very friendly. It's perfectly fine for a quick bakery visit, but I wouldn't want to linger.

27/09/2025: Cozy place with freshly baked bread and good coffee at reasonable prices

20/08/2025: Perfect little spot for breakfast coffee and a pastry. Coffee was around €1.60 and pastry was fresh out the oven.

07/06/2025: Great gelato! I ordered Pistacchio and Nocciola and loved them.

04/09/2025: Excellent brewery and precise and professional service.

19/08/2025: A beautiful pub, served by Rohan (Baffetto), who was helpful and very kind, with a very interesting selection of music and alcohol! Understood or not.

16/11/2025: A bit touristic and slightly overpriced, but overall still a solid stop. The tiramisu here is genuinely nice and worth trying, though the espresso freddo unfortunately doesn’t quite deliver.

11/11/2025: It's a nice spot for a quick coffee break near the center. You can also grab a takeout from Teke Way, but there's plenty of seating inside, and you can also sit outside. We tried the cappuccino, espresso, and beer, and they were all delicious.

07/11/2025: Simply wonderful! Words are in vain...go there!! Excellent wine cellar, wines and champagnes of every caliber, and a cuisine with delicacies from around the world!!!

12/11/2025: A wonderful place to enjoy a light meal and the lovely piazza. Food: The menu is concise and tailored to the restaurant's capabilities. The small dishes are excellently prepared and beautifully presented. I think the value for money is great. Service: There's still some room for improvement. The waiters/waitresses are friendly, but not particularly attentive. Atmosphere: The café thrives on its outdoor seating area, which is very inviting. Simple tables and chairs. But that's all it needs. Inside, it was too loud for me (the music).

29/08/2025: Since I'm not from the neighborhood, I pop in occasionally to meet and chat with a very dear friend of mine who lives nearby, and I have to say that enjoying a good coffee while sitting at the outdoor tables overlooking the square is truly pleasant and relaxing. The place is certainly dated, but the pastries they make are delicious and inviting, especially the brioches. I recommend it, and see you next time.

11/08/2025: Stale and very expensive. The lady insisted that I buy something like bread that she said was soft and delicious. It was stale.

06/11/2025: The worst place I've ever been to TOURIST SCAM! A €150 bill for two people!!!??? For an 'angus' steak that was the worst quality meat I've ever eaten. And they claim it was 1600g (maybe it was pure fat). On top of that, they charge as if it were Angus and charge €2.50 for tap water. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT

31/10/2025: Wow. Italian restaurants really don’t show much respect for their customers. They cram in as many tables as possible, and there’s only one unisex bathroom. The line was so long that I just gave up on using it. I couldn’t find any public restrooms nearby either, and the ones that do exist cost one euro to use. As for the local food, it’s nothing special—honestly, you can find similar dishes at average restaurants in the U.S. From now on, I’m not trusting food reviews on YouTube anymore. Anyway, I’d give this place a 3 out of 10.

08/11/2025: food was very mid, nothing special. Coffee was good. We might have been unlucky but service was slooooow and it seemed like nobody could give us the check so we could leave.

06/11/2025: The place is splendid; Piazza Duomo is unparalleled. I gladly accept the €5 for an Americano. Too bad I get an empty cup with a separate pot full of liquid that presumably is coffee that's been used at least twice. I explain to the kind waiter that Americano isn't made like this and I'd like a coffee in a large cup with water on the side. They bring me a large cup, better coffee than before, but not what I asked for. They manage it on the third try. We're not there yet.

08/06/2025: To forget! We ordered two roasts, a salad, and a bottle of water for €38, paid by debit card. The receipt was €20. The price list for a roast was €12. We pointed out that the bill wasn't right, but the owner insisted, saying it was correct. Shame on you.

01/06/2025: Terrible. We didn't even get there because of the terrible response on the phone when we tried to book.

13/10/2025: I used to come here occasionally for coffee and breakfast. The last time I was there, I ordered a Double Espresso. They charged me €2.60 for two espressos. Having lived in Italy for over a decade, a double espresso is usually around €1.80 for one espresso plus a few cents. They really thought I was a tourist from China. What's the point of ripping me off like that? I gave it a 5-star review, but it was a waste.

12/03/2025: Cantinetta Allegri closed with COVID.. BUT YOU MUST GO TO THE NEW RESTAURANT THAT IS IN ITS PLACE! Trattoria Maga Mago. Excellent. Local. Not super touristic! Food that is in season. Excellent family owned -chef and service! Carciofi, tagliatelli, and caccio pepe today. We'll go back again this week. The portions were plenty big (in response to old review of the previous business)
