11/04/2026: Unpleasant and insulting staff. Error in our order. Mediocre coffee. A place to avoid.
08/04/2026: I bought a coffee while waiting for my connecting flight. I spent €1.40. I asked to use the restroom (which until a few months ago was accessible to customers) and was told there wasn't one and I had to use the paid ones in the station. We're not people, we're chickens waiting to be plucked.

14/03/2026: Expensive: €3 cover charge plus an additional 10% service charge on top of the total amount. There is a lot of noise and the glasses were not clean. Returned a glass noting that there was still lipstick on it. After 10 minutes, the same glass was returned with lipstick still on it. I ended up wiping it off myself. For this price? Nothing less than a tourist trap.
28/01/2026: When we first arrived, we were told we could sit on the terrace, but later, when we sat indoors, we were told we couldn't go up to the terrace area. I think this was something the staff did; I honestly didn't understand it.

02/03/2026: Terrible value for money. We stopped by with the idea of getting a couple of sandwiches and a couple of mini pizzas, and we ended up spending way too much. €18 total. If the sandwiches had been made properly, they might have been worth it, but instead they sliced the bread and put the deli meat in the middle. The mini pizzas were completely bland. Unnecessarily overpriced.
05/12/2025: One star because the opening hours don't match. We found it closed for the second time.

05/05/2026: Two coffees, one classic, one in a glass, neither above par.
I understand that in the square in Fiesole, customer loyalty isn't sought, but if the barista sees two practically untouched coffees being returned, he should ask himself a few questions, and possibly ask the customer, who avoids controversy, but who certainly won't return.
Yes, I know, there are tourists anyway...
PS.
19 years in the industry and various updates from Zanetti (the coffee guy, not the player ;) ) give me a yardstick.
I can't judge the food, not having tried it.
02/05/2026: A cappuccino for €3 that looked like it was covered in gold, and of questionable quality, by the way.
Brioches with pistachios for €2, when the pistachio was just on top.
Embarrassing!
€5 for a breakfast like this.
I repeat, embarrassing.

04/05/2026: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming! We had the aperitivo, and it was excellent value for money; everything was delicious and inexpensive! The spritzes are particularly good! A big thank you to our server for his kindness and attentiveness.

11/03/2026: The man who served me was kind, but when it came time to pay the bill he was an old unfriendly man who said I had to pay by card and was like, "Hand me your card" so I handed it over and it was paid, but he said it wasn't and made me pay twice.
After I paid twice he said "thank you" in Japanese with a huge smile, but I'm never going there again and I'll never forget it as this is the only place I've ever had unfriendly service and been charged twice.
10/03/2026: The worst ice cream I've had in ages! And at the outrageous price of €7.50 (!!!) for a small portion! I'm furious to have paid so much for such poor quality!!

25/04/2025: Ristorante davvero sorprendente anche se fuori dal centro cittaidno e quindi raggiungibile in taxi o automobile. Abbiamo pranzato molto bene, paccheri, ravioli, fritto. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità vs prezzo.
14/03/2025: locale molto carino con personale giovanissimo e molto cortese. ampio menu con tantissime proposte dove il salmone la fa da padrone. cibo davvero buonissimo, di alta qualità e ben presentato. prezzi ottimi. ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio
