19/02/2026: The best ice cream in Firenze, we can fully recommend! A friendly service, comfortable seating outside in the Street (with the nice flowerpots by side), lovely place to have a rest at during the long cultural day spent in this beautiful city. Sicilian Lemon ice cream is the top! 🙃

13/10/2025: I used to come here occasionally for coffee and breakfast. The last time I was there, I ordered a Double Espresso. They charged me €2.60 for two espressos. Having lived in Italy for over a decade, a double espresso is usually around €1.80 for one espresso plus a few cents. They really thought I was a tourist from China. What's the point of ripping me off like that? I gave it a 5-star review, but it was a waste.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane.
Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.

04/02/2026: A nice cafe near the train station. Excellent pastries! If you need a quick bite, this is a good place. Coffee is €1.50-€2.50, salads are €8-€10, and pastries are €1-€2.

28/01/2026: When we first arrived, we were told we could sit on the terrace, but later, when we sat indoors, we were told we couldn't go up to the terrace area. I think this was something the staff did; I honestly didn't understand it.
25/01/2026: It was perfect for an aperitif and the beautiful views, excellent service, we even had a good conversation, and the food was very good.

01/02/2026: I waited in the cold for 45 minutes. At 8:15 on a Sunday, the clerk was there, but he still hadn't opened the gates. Even two elderly ladies stood there in the cold, refusing to let us in, even to warm up while waiting for service. Maybe the hours need to be changed? In the meantime, I moved on.
07/01/2026: An ox heart biscuit for 2.50 euros, we are out of this world now, never again!

04/02/2026: I bought it because I wanted to try an Italian dessert called cannoli, but I thought it was expensive.
I later found out that this place was about twice as expensive as other places. Reviews are important. I should have taken them into consideration... Tourists beware!

I was charged €12 for a single cup of gelato. There was no visible price listed, and the price only billed at payment after I got the gelato. I ended up paying roughly 3x more than expected. Thankfully I only ordered one, would have been much worse. I wish I took the effort to read warnings in other reviews. Avoid.
29/12/2025: SCAM ALERT 💥💥💥 Extremely disappointing experience. We were charged €12 for one gelato, which is already overpriced, but what really made it unacceptable was seeing the person right behind us being charged €20 for a very similar order.
There were no clear prices displayed, no explanation, and the whole situation felt intentionally misleading. This place clearly takes advantage of tourists, changing prices depending on who is ordering.
Florence is full of amazing, honest gelaterias — this is not one of them. Save your money and go somewhere else unless you enjoy feeling scammed.

06/10/2025: The owner or the staff are incredibly rude and the prices are outrageous. One flavor of gelato costs 6.50 euros and there's no price guide. They practically just scoop up some ice cream and throw it at you to take. I was so annoyed that I looked up reviews and the ratings are crazy. Please go somewhere else.
19/08/2025: The ice cream was overpriced and the quality was mediocre. Three flavors cost €10, two flavors €8, and one flavor €6.
We left the place with the three-flavor one, and we couldn't distinguish the flavors from each other. A terrible experience. We'll never go back. NOT RECOMMENDED, a real tourist trap.
