04/06/2025: The gelato is good, but the service is terrible. I never leave bad reviews, but this time I have to. The people who work there are rude and they don't let you sit in their tables if you bought the gelato at the stand. They have a little sign that says the gelato is only to go, so we asked the guy if we could buy a drink and stay and he said yes. But when we had our gelatos (paid for) and went inside to sit, the servers inside said we couldn't sit with our "to go" gelatos, that if we wanted to sit they had a different way to serve the gelatos in glass cups. We told them that the other guy said we could have a drink and they very rudely said "no, that's not how it works." I was very polite (I hate complaining at restaurants and things), but they were very rude. Not even a "sorry".
03/06/2025: Embarrassing - Bar that obviously shamelessly exploits its strategic position, 4€ for a small ice cream cup I can even tolerate, but the fact that they reminded us verbally of the absolute ban on sitting and leaning on the tables outside as written on a sheet in English (because evidently we are not in Italy) and the "they tell me that for the cream you have to add 1€" was truly disheartening. Avoid absolutely.

28/04/2025: Very disappointing experience. This café does not have any price board displayed, and they seem to charge different prices depending on who you are. We ordered two cappuccinos and two plain croissant, and they charged us 3€ per cappuccino and 2.5€ for per croissant. It felt like they were taking advantage of travelers and foreigners. Honestly, it left a bad taste in our mouths, and we couldn’t trust them after that. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being overcharged.

La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo!

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria.
nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più.
Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

30/03/2025: Siamo stati qui per un aperitivo a marzo in cui non era neanche alta stagione, la cameriera ci ha accolto in maniera molto arrogante, abbiamo chiesto un analcolico e ci hanno fatto scegliere tra the e succo, dopo poco torna un’altro cameriere chiedendoci cosa avessimo appena ordinato, ci portano da bere sbagliato senza cibo, dopo aver chiesto noi il cibo perché loro non ci hanno chiesto nulla l’ “aperitivo buffet”erano due patatine e noccioline da dividere per 4. Direi da evitare
27/03/2025: A Firenze con la mia classe: io e la mia collega abbiamo fatto colazione in questo locale. Il mio cornetto sicuramente del giorno prima, forse due e il budino della mia collega con pasta dura, per niente friabile, sicuramente anch’esso non fresco. I bomboloni in vetrina con lo sbuffo della crema secco.
Peccato per la posizione ottima. Nessuno, dopo aver speso otto euro per due pezzi dolci così deludenti e per niente freschi, ci tornerebbe una seconda volta!
Sicuramente si conta sulla clientela turistica, ma io, Toscana, riconosco un cornetto sfornato al mattino! Consiglio più oculatezza o i clienti toscani saranno persi…
Caffè accettabile.

06/07/2025: Best Gluten-free croissant of my life. Definitely. It was so soft and tasty. Two steps away from Firenze SMN train station.
The best gluten-free croissant I've ever eaten. I could move to Florence just for this breakfast🤣 unfortunately I only waited for the train connection, the pastry shop is just two steps away from the horizontal corridor of the station to the left.

29/06/2025: Terrible service. The woman who served us ice cream treated us very rudely. She gave us all the ice cream dripped, and I found a hair in the ice cream. We went to the bathroom, and it shouldn't even be considered a bathroom. I don't recommend it.

05/06/2025: Ordered one cappuccino one hot water and got a half price croissant. I’ve read the bad reviews. On this occasion it wasn’t too bad. Didn’t get told to take the reciept to the other coffee counter for hot drinks. When I worked it out realised I’d been charged for a bottle of water so was a bit difficult getting the hot water. We got there in the end. Don’t go here before a train if you’re in a hurry.

Increíble !!!
Además está sucio, no recogen las mesas.
Hay muchísimos mejores sitios en Florencia para tomar un café por la mitad de precio.
Me pareció un robo, no volveré nunca.
