24/06/2026: Terrible service. 1 hour line. Only one person taking orders, working the cash register, and making sandwiches. Zero hygiene. Poor quality food. High prices for what they offer. I do not recommend.

21/06/2026: We were there on a day when there weren't many people, so the service was excellent. When it's packed, they can't cope, even though they're always very courteous.

16/06/2026: An empty glass with ice and lemon costs €2.30, explained as "table service." All this for an iced tea and a small bottle of water I brought myself from the fridge. Places like this ruin the beauty of historic city centers.

06/06/2026: Crazy prices! On the menu, a gin and tonic cost €8, justified by the fact that you're in the main square. When we went to pay, they asked us €24 (for two gin and tonics), which wasn't justified. When I asked "what?" they just nodded. Not even in Piazza del Duomo in Florence, I'd say excessive!

19/08/2026: Horrible place, billing us two coffees by their mistake than chasing us because we didn't say cafe americano instead of cafe because we thougt they have it in computer and we paid 1 euro less, so probably an excuse for the cash register grandma to come to our table and yell about it, save yourselves time and don't come here 🤣🤣🤣😅😅

18/08/2026: Today, it seems, wasn't my day. I go to the register and pay for a cappuccino and a pastry, totaling €3.20. At the counter, they give me a coffee (which I consumed because I didn't want to argue) instead of the cappuccino, and I notice that the change, €10 instead of €6.80, is €6. Unfortunately, you have to dispute the money immediately, otherwise it looks like you're trying to scam me. Those who pay with debit cards are right; at least there are no mistakes with the change. There were several customers at the time, and it was lunchtime. Apparently, when it's crowded, they panic a bit. I lost out on the change and for paying for a cappuccino instead of a coffee—a small matter, but I think it's a sign telling you: DON'T GO THERE AGAIN.

13/08/2026: This place is a complete disgrace. We went to this shop because it was well located and the ice cream looked delicious. Based on the prices of other places, we expected something similar or perhaps a bit more expensive, given how good it looked. When ordering, we asked if they had smaller sizes, as the container looked too big for what we wanted, but they told us it was the standard size (all this rushed service to get us to choose). When it came time to pay for two ice creams, they quoted us €24, and I was so shocked I almost dropped my ice cream. I politely reiterated that it was for two ice creams and that I didn't understand the price. Once we left, feeling frozen from what we had just overpaid, especially considering that the ice creams next door cost 50%-60% less, I immediately went to check the reviews for this place and I agree with all of them. It deserves a 1.4 rating, in fact. A SCAM ON TOURISTS

13/08/2026: Fast service - crazy charge, $42 for 2 gelatos. No price list visible anywhere. Huge portion you will never be able to finish, all melted over you, people struggling on the corner, better run away to a nice gelato around the corner.

27/03/2026: It's so expensive, awful, and the staff are annoying that I wouldn't even give it one star. It's the worst! I bestow upon it the title of the worst gelato I've ever eaten. This is a scam.
