30/03/2025: ¡Es posible que estés en la orilla izquierda de París parado aquí en la gran Piazza Beccaria en Firenze! ... ¡tan singularmente hermoso es este establecimiento de café y pastelería!
¡No sólo es la presentación entera única encantadora - especialmente con su dedicación a las flores frescas hermosamente inusuales! ... ¡sus pasteles están simplemente fuera de este mundo!
Mi visita de la semana pasada me recompensó con la rebanada de pastel del día siendo una especie de flan... crema de naranja que era... hecha de las nuevas temporadas de naranjas sanguinolentas y no demasiado dulce / no demasiado ácida > era la perfección!
La caja de pastelería crujiente era mejor que bueno .. perfecto de hecho - tanto en sabor y textura.
¡Oh Dios mío... esta joya definitivamente vale la pena buscarla!
Y todo esto a un precio razonable.
Yo no hablaría del buen café, pero es perfectamente aceptable.
Con pasteles como los suyos, sin embargo, los perdono.
Muy recomendable.
22/12/2024: Ho sempre ammirato questa pasticceria passando, e ieri ho deciso di farci colazione.
Non mi è piaciuta per niente.
Ho preso una brioche che era stopposa, burrosa, salata.
Poco accogliente anche il servizio, nel poco spazio che c’è per fare colazione.
Forse si deve puntare sui dolci …..

04/06/2025: Earlier morning option for Breakfast with a good menu and great service. We had scrambled eggs with bacon and a cappuccino. About 5 min walk to the Accademia if you want to do an early entrance. They also had a pastry case with yummy options like croissants if you wanted to grab and go.

01/01/2025: A place that goes from a small shop to a small trattoria but with lots of good food to enjoy in a nice atmosphere. I will definitely stop there again.

29/04/2025: Croissants and coffee were delicious, service was fast and attentive. Great breakfast option, with really reasonable prices before our tour at Accademia.
27/04/2025: I was served by a blond waiter who reacted to the sentence "I will order this" saying that he doesn't take orders and that I must "not be from there" and I don't understand what the word "order" means in italian. Thing is, he was patronizing and I am italian, just not from Florence. The croissant was kind of stale and the cappuccino 3,50€ which is definitely overpriced for italy: two cappuccino, one slice of pizza and one croissant 13,50€ just to have an idea and if you want to roam around.
The quality was not awful, but the service ruined the experience. Nice table outside.
This is my first negative review, so I would suggest you to avoid this place and the "sweety" on the side.

05/06/2025: Terrible experience. I was about to pay and the guy takes the card out of my hands, starts memorizing the numbers, and then takes out his phone to take a picture. I manage to get it out of his hands, but I still had to block it to avoid it.

02/04/2025: It's the pastry shop from when I was a child and when I come back to the area I like to stop. From year to year a collapse. I was here for Father's Day to get some quality sweets. Very little choice, a neglected place, I took two zeppole, two rice puddings and four small puffs, a bill worth €23 and the quality definitely not up to par. It's a real shame for a historic neighborhood place.
09/03/2025: Bar trasandato, il bancone e il sottobancone sempre pieno di vasellame sudicio utilizzato dai clienti. Non c'è ordine e soprattutto è carente di pulizia sia il pavimento che le suppellettili, si vedono aloni di polvere e il pavimento nero. Un caffè 1,40 una esagerazione.

13/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante per l anniversario con il mio compagno, all’inizio eravamo un po’ dubbiosi perché le ultime recensioni non erano molto positive, che dire… una piacevole scoperta, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, piatti favolosi, tutto fresco abbondante e saporito, volevo fare i complimenti al cameriere che ci ha servito, professionale e simpatico, conto nella norma, non salato come avevano scritto molti… ci torneremo sicuramente! Bravi!
13/04/2025: Ho prenotato in anticipo e avevo deciso di venire qua perché mi e stato consigliato da un amico mio, il cibo era buono unica cosa che era un pò acida la zuppa di cozze forse io pomodoro, il polpo e i carciofi troppo limone , nella norma ok , unica cosa è che non ti vengono detto i prezzi quando prendi tipo la roba fuori del menu, da ristoratore non è corretto mi dispiace, i dolci non erano buono il cesto con mousse di pistacchio non aveva alcun sapore, invece il crem caramel era un preparato in scatola.
Mi dispiace non ritornerò!
Il servizio e stato molto cordiale, la ragazza alta la più giovane e stata molto professionale e gentilissima.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
08/03/2025: Non vale il posto, piatti della tradizione ma spesso serviti freddi o comunque non alla giusta temperatura; trippa con patate dura; il resto di livello medio con un rapporto qualità/prezzo non all'altezza. Da rivedere

28/04/2025: Very disappointing experience. This café does not have any price board displayed, and they seem to charge different prices depending on who you are. We ordered two cappuccinos and two plain croissant, and they charged us 3€ per cappuccino and 2.5€ for per croissant. It felt like they were taking advantage of travelers and foreigners. Honestly, it left a bad taste in our mouths, and we couldn’t trust them after that. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being overcharged.

30/03/2025: Siamo stati qui per un aperitivo a marzo in cui non era neanche alta stagione, la cameriera ci ha accolto in maniera molto arrogante, abbiamo chiesto un analcolico e ci hanno fatto scegliere tra the e succo, dopo poco torna un’altro cameriere chiedendoci cosa avessimo appena ordinato, ci portano da bere sbagliato senza cibo, dopo aver chiesto noi il cibo perché loro non ci hanno chiesto nulla l’ “aperitivo buffet”erano due patatine e noccioline da dividere per 4. Direi da evitare
27/03/2025: A Firenze con la mia classe: io e la mia collega abbiamo fatto colazione in questo locale. Il mio cornetto sicuramente del giorno prima, forse due e il budino della mia collega con pasta dura, per niente friabile, sicuramente anch’esso non fresco. I bomboloni in vetrina con lo sbuffo della crema secco.
Peccato per la posizione ottima. Nessuno, dopo aver speso otto euro per due pezzi dolci così deludenti e per niente freschi, ci tornerebbe una seconda volta!
Sicuramente si conta sulla clientela turistica, ma io, Toscana, riconosco un cornetto sfornato al mattino! Consiglio più oculatezza o i clienti toscani saranno persi…
Caffè accettabile.

04/11/2024: The place was once top, now it's gotten worse and it's not even the bad copy. Drink + Buffet €12. The Buffett with cold and very limited stuff. We took a plate of coccoli, stracchino, and raw meat because there was nothing in the buffet. Moral of the story €20 each. I would like to point out that he took the cuddles from the buffet and heated them in the microwave. It was really embarrassing. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before
