20/06/2025: Ristorante ormai di fiducia, dopo anni e anni non delude mai. La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo! Consigliato

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria. nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più. Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

23/05/2025: Nous avons pris des pizzas et pâtes aux truffes et peperoni. Excellent et prix aussi 77€ pour tous. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

08/03/2025: Non vale il posto, piatti della tradizione ma spesso serviti freddi o comunque non alla giusta temperatura; trippa con patate dura; il resto di livello medio con un rapporto qualità/prezzo non all'altezza. Da rivedere

08/08/2025: Small, ugly, and uncool bar. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET SCAMMED: I asked how much a coffee cost and the waitress told me €1.60 (already a very high price), but when it came time to pay, I was told it was €2. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was rudely told that it was my mistake for not looking at the menu (for a coffee...). Furthermore, I was served a mediocre espresso in a cup too large even for a cappuccino. Not recommended. PAY ATTENTION: SCAMMERS.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane. Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

22/06/2025: Excelente servicio para nuestro grupo escolar. Buena comida. Preciosa decoración en un espacio fresco. Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.

09/07/2025: Apperol in a plastic glass! For the first time I meet such horror.

29/06/2025: The coffee was over priced at €3. Plus 10% to have the view. The waitress was aggressive and dismissive, as if she didn’t want anyone here. The terrace was practically empty so it’s not like a ‘busy work day’ was stressing her out.

25/08/2025: Prices not displayed, so it's up to the customer. The first server tells us she doesn't know the prices and that we should check with her colleague. The colleague asks us for more information than if we were buying an apartment and finally gives us a price of 7.50 for a single scoop of ice cream... FYI, a few meters further along the bridge, the two-scoop ice cream is 3.80 (and seems more artisanal).

28/08/2025: I came here for lunch, I TRULY DISPLACED it. I ordered a lasagna that arrived COLD, as if they were making it themselves. The staff was disinterested and rude; it's already good if they say hello. There are many better bars in Florence, offering a quick lunch with better service. Go elsewhere. Their only advantage is being in front of the station, but trust me, you can get somewhere else in a short walk. Take another look at the staff (I was served by a young man, by the way) and maybe pay attention to the customer, who should be the backbone of your business. Kindness and politeness never hurt anyone. I don't even want to comment on the food; if it has to be that way, I'd be embarrassed even to recommend it.

09/07/2025: Decent paninis and coffee. Our service was fine and lots of options for drinks/snacks to go. Not a bad spot to grab food in between train stops.

06/07/2025: We stopped to drink a ginseng coffee and two normal coffees and the manager made a scene in front of the customers and colleagues by raising her voice and saying that she would send some of the colleagues home without a job. Terrible person who should not be given such high positions. The staff was terrified by this manager who worked with her head down. Tense atmosphere.

09/09/2025: This place isn't welcoming, even to Italians—their own compatriots. Another lady and I stood in line just to buy a bottle of water, but we waited over five minutes. Meanwhile, the waiters walked back and forth, not even looking at us, as if two customers who just wanted water and not dessert didn't exist. That lady's expression was truly embarrassed, because she had tried several times to get the staff's attention, but no one paid attention to her.

19/06/2025: I paid 40 euros for 8 scoops of ice cream for 4 people at the shop of thieves. May it be poison, may all my curses come true, God willing.

18/06/2025: Excellent breakfast. Eggs ham and cheese omelet was delicious. Great pastries and cappuccino also!

07/08/2025: La note etait pourtant de 4.0 Mais je rejoins les derniers avis... Esprit irlandais absent Et surtout la pinte sur les bieres italiennes fait 40cl et non 50 mais c'est normal apparemment ! Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois...

19/07/2025: Personal completamente grosero. Hacerte sentir inoportuno en cuanto entres al edificio. Tirándote los ojos encima y sin hablar Inglés. Los baños están en la oscuridad y el sótano de abajo no le sentaría bien a un prisionero en una celda. El peor bar irlandés en el que he estado y me encanta un bar irlandés pero en cualquier ciudad del mundo

17/06/2025: Pensé que el servidor en el lugar era grosero y no he experimentado personal en ningún establecimiento en ningún lugar siendo grosero conmigo antes, así que eso fue una sorpresa desagradable.

14/06/2025: Carísimo y muy malo. Nos cobraron 5€ por cada café, y 7€ por un bollo. Increíble !!! Además está sucio, no recogen las mesas. Hay muchísimos mejores sitios en Florencia para tomar un café por la mitad de precio. Me pareció un robo, no volveré nunca.
