06/10/2025: The owner or the staff are incredibly rude and the prices are outrageous. One flavor of gelato costs 6.50 euros and there's no price guide. They practically just scoop up some ice cream and throw it at you to take. I was so annoyed that I looked up reviews and the ratings are crazy. Please go somewhere else.
19/08/2025: The ice cream was overpriced and the quality was mediocre. Three flavors cost €10, two flavors €8, and one flavor €6.
We left the place with the three-flavor one, and we couldn't distinguish the flavors from each other. A terrible experience. We'll never go back. NOT RECOMMENDED, a real tourist trap.

12/06/2025: No te molestes en ir. Todo el mundo es increíblemente grosero, el proceso es confuso, y nadie se toma el tiempo para explicar cómo funcionan las cosas. Una de las camareras era extremadamente grosera, y el portero era igual de desagradable.

08/04/2025: Pessimo dal cappuccino alle paste per non parlare dei prezzi. Paste vecchie, il bombolone che ha preso mio marito era secco e sopra invece dello zucchero a velo aveva una patina acida e frizzante.

04/11/2024: The place was once top, now it's gotten worse and it's not even the bad copy. Drink + Buffet €12. The Buffett with cold and very limited stuff. We took a plate of coccoli, stracchino, and raw meat because there was nothing in the buffet. Moral of the story €20 each. I would like to point out that he took the cuddles from the buffet and heated them in the microwave. It was really embarrassing. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before

15/01/2024: Prezzo assurdo per questo tipo di struttura, STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO BAR, vera trappola per turisti, 16 EURO per due brioche e due cappuccini tra l'altro il bar si trova in una zona non turistica e accalappia le persone che come me arrivano con il treno a Firenze, certo il proprietario potrà opinare a sua difesa che i prezzi erano esposti in carta, ma chi si aspetta che in un bar insignificante come questo si possa essere spennati in questo modo
