31/07/2024: Exceptional atmosphere, food and service. It’s worth the family’s experience and expectations. But it was quite expensive.

25/07/2024: Food is amazing. However,the organizing and the staff meeting before the opening shows a lack of respect for the clients. The clients were left waiting like dogs outside the restaurant for 15 minutes past the 7:30 opening time. So, they stand by the Italian standards 🤣🤔 Though , should not be the case for a Michelin star restaurant. During the tasting menu, bread was offered without butter , nor olive oil or something. The second set of fresh baked bread arrived one hour in with some olive oil

10/11/2023: We had a short aperitif and the cocktails were both good! I really liked Agrumino. Among other things, alcohol is very present, unlike other places where there is a hint. The location is too nice and the owner is very kind! Next time we'll try the cuisine too.

08/06/2024: We booked a table for Wednesday 5th June. I received the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we found the sign that the place was closed for plant maintenance. We were not notified... and we did not even have a response to our email complaining about the mix-up Pessimis experience!! I advise against it

27/05/2024: I booked a table with Google. Reservation confirmation arrived for the same evening. When we arrived the restaurant was closed for maintenance on the system. It would have been nice, given the provision of email and telephone contact, to have been notified.

22/04/2024: Sono stata con i bimbi della mia pluriclasse durante un viaggio d'istruzione e ci siamo sentiti coccolati dalle due signore in sala .Oltre agli ottimi prodotti locali , l'atmosfera è stata tipicamente toscana e ci ha dato calore e simpatia . Decisamente da provare

09/04/2024: I went there with my family and everything it was just perfect! Everyone who served us it was super friendly and polite. Cozy family restaurant with beautiful decoration. We had the best bruschetta and the best lasagna of our lifes! I wish I could come back one day. We recommend!

25/05/2024: Simple and unpretentious, it offers an excellent sweet and savory breakfast. Good pastry shop. There are newspapers for the public. Friendly place

21/05/2024: I ordered 2 mini pizzas and 2 sandwiches to "take away," but when we got back to my hotel, we were missing some of our food! I called to let them know, but now they don't speak English. There wasn't a problem when we were there both today (less than an hour ago) and yesterday. I requested a credit via email but still haven't heard back. Very disappointing!

17/07/2024: An experience that had never happened to me, I enter the bar and ask if it is possible to have 2 coffees sitting at the tables, the bartender, probably of Chinese nationality, I think he is also the owner, but who did not want to tell me his name, tells me that there is no table service, to get coffee, sit down and then pay. At the time of payment, I go to the cashier and ask how much I owe and he asks me for €4... I think there was a big question mark painted on my face, I ask why the coffee is so expensive... He replies that it's because of the table service... I point out to him that no service was provided, that I took the coffees at the counter and brought them out to the table, with a mocking smile he tells me that I sat down but... Ah so I pay the rent of the table then? He doesn't answer me, he takes the money and goes on to do something else. P.S. if I hadn't asked for the expense reimbursement, the receipt wouldn't have been issued. "Let's do well... Let's do well"

10/07/2024: Casual corner pastry & coffee bar with friendly and efficient staff. The coffee and pastries are superb. Inside seating and outside under cover too.

05/09/2023: Si può mangiare sia all interno che all esterno del locale. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. I prezzi sono giusti ed il servizio è veloce. All interno della piadina presa da me purtroppo il kebab era poco ed era quasi crudo.

06/07/2024: Service not up to par with food. The place theoretically accepts meal vouchers, practically not and they are also very unprofessional about it. On the pastry side, good but expensive, and here too the service is rather superficial and unkind.

21/07/2024: classic and historic point of reference for Fiorentina fans, there, in addition to the bar service, you could play the betting slip and buy stadium tickets. when the Fiorentina was good, on the first day the tickets went on sale, endless queues starting early in the morning and when your turn finally came, tickets ran out. and then, the touts appeared with their classic "Bolzano" accent, offering you their precious goods at triple the regular price. I am obviously referring to many years ago. I don't know how it is now. 4 stars of nostalgia for youth... which no longer exists.

21/08/2024: What a delight and what a typical setting! We opted for this restaurant on the square to have a quick dinner! What a pleasure to eat on the terrace and enjoy such good pasta or such a good salad! Everything was perfect!
