07/09/2025: On a trip to Tuscany, we came across this little corner, almost by chance, that held a big surprise: the best pistachio ice cream I've ever tasted. During that trip, I tasted the most famous and viral ice creams from Florence, Lucca, Porto Rosso, and Bologna, but I must confess that none surprised me as much as the ones from this place. Small, unpretentious, and located in the picturesque town of Montaioni, this artisanal gelateria is, without a doubt, a hidden gem worth discovering.

23/02/2026: Italian bars are getting worse in terms of hygiene and here is the confirmation, net of the abundant amount of crumbs under the counter, a senior waitress takes a red dishcloth from the counter where the preparations take place and goes towards the tables which she cleans along with the chair seats then goes to the waste bin on the cashier side and cleans the edge then returns to the counter and always with the same dishcloth gives a new wipe to the work surface! What level of hygiene will be observed in the laboratory? Monday 23/2 at 9 am

24/02/2026: It's become a trusted café. Excellent for both sweet and savory treats. As a breakfast lover, I recommend it, and it's almost become a regular stop on weekends. I recommend it, even though it can get quite crowded at certain times! That means it's good, haha! The price is fair, even for big eaters like us.

20/02/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing: the cream puffs were excessively heavy and dry, with a choux pastry that lacked airiness and lightness. The filling was equally disappointing: the cream had an extremely floury and compact consistency.

01/03/2026: The food is okay, but the price is outrageous for the portion size; a small soup costs 60 euros and includes a quarter of a loaf of bread. If you like eating small portions and paying for the brand, this is the place for you.

26/02/2026: My birthday dinner on February 15th: excellent cuisine, creative and well-executed tasting menu. Nothing to complain about the dishes. The service, however, did not live up to the standard and, above all, the prices. On several occasions, they attempted to take away my dish while I was still eating, a lapse in attention that is difficult to justify in a restaurant of this type. The most negative note concerns the "surprise" birthday dessert: I had clearly communicated (both over the phone and during dinner) that I did not want berries. Despite this, I was served a raspberry dessert, and when I pointed out the mistake, I was told that it was not possible to have an alternative because "that was the surprise." Unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. I also wrote privately to management after the dinner, but received no response. Excellent culinary experience, but the service and customer service were decidedly disappointing. In a restaurant of this caliber, the attention should be impeccable.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews that this place is a scam. Their prices keep changing every day, depending on who is serving you and if they think you're a tourist. Be very careful of places like this that don't have any prices listed, because there's a reason for that! This place could have had a regular customer in me, as I'm not a tourist, but they lost me just for a few Euro...

05/11/2025: Last terrible experience. It used to be a good place, but there were two of us for a pizza midweek, and the place was empty. We sat down at 8:00 PM and ordered, but we couldn't see anything. The pizza arrived at 9:20 PM. If the place had been full and it was a Saturday, I would have understood... It's a shame because the pizza was really good.
