30/03/2024: We had dinner on two consecutive evenings given the quality and friendliness of the staff. The environment is not spacious, but very welcoming. We recommend it.

30/03/2024: Fast and friendly service, honest prices and generous portions. I recommend the Gran Tagliere, with which up to 3 people can eat. The first courses which reflect the culinary and Tuscan tradition are also highly recommended. Whether it's pappardelle with wild boar ragù or pici senese they are all excellent. Also worth trying is the ribollita. The Florentine is also very well made. Paid parking nearby.

31/03/2024: A national building purchased by Giorgio Pinchiorri in 1972 Enoteca Pinchiorri carries all the excesses one might expect from a Michelin 3* Restaurant, from the 16 page Water menu to a €1950 3-Wine pairing and housemade Breads matching each course. Currently toqued by Riccardo Monco while Maître D Alessandro Tomberli directs gratuitously accommodating service it is atop plush seats that diners are invited to dine a la carte or as a €310 degustazione, the latter served at a pace accommodating those who eat both slow and fast. An opulent space filled with oil paintings and flowers, all of it mirrored by grandiose plates full of color, it is after selecting beverages that Canapes arrive as a rainbow of textures and flavors including a Squid Ink Beignet and Black Cabbage Tartelette with Quinoa. Cherished by oenophiles thanks to Pinchiorri’s extensive cellar, though a few bargains can also be found, late-Winter’s tasting began with a warm Oyster perfumed by Laurels before progressing through a thin piece or Squid atop Uni and sheeted Pasta with White Pheasant Ragout plus earthy Bechamel. Frequently veering far from Italy for Ingredients as well as inspiration, and thereby stripping away some of the ‘terroir’ that makes many eateries of Enoteca Pinchiorri’s caliber unique, Sauteed Snails in a Mousse of Sunchoke is nonetheless delicious while Turbot is unfortunately lost beneath all the ingredients on top. Increasingly complex with Duck Breast bathed in Passion Fruit alongside creamy Foie Gras the latter half of the menu is highlighted by a “Cheese Course” featuring Polenta plus Castelmagno while Desserts are elegant and enjoyable but “Italian” in no way. Declining the Cheese Cart, but not an impressive collection of Mignardises, it was after a thirty minute wait that the check arrived with a take-home gift and thanks, though no lasting impact as this sort of Food can be found at many Michelin 2* or 3* establishments nowadays.

31/03/2024: I ran out there crying from the manager after they had made an issue and they claimed it was our fault and talked to us very agressively and intimidatingly. If you're looking for a good crying session or someone to report to the police, you're welcome to go.

12/05/2024: The staff speak English with you absolutely uncompromisingly despite all efforts to communicate in Italian. He smokes in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant's garden, while observing and commenting on the guests. If you want to drink something other than wine, be prepared for rude behavior and sentences like "mamma mia, we drink wine in Italy!". A tip of €3 PER PERSON is included in the price! Food averagely good. Nice place.

10/05/2024: A good address in San Geminiano. The place can be a bit noisy when it's crowded. The pizzas are good, the meat tender and the pasta tasty. The desserts are generous.

23/03/2024: ✍️ 🆕️ CACIUCCO DAY🍽 🦑🐙🍾 On a Thursday for lunch we chose this small restaurant in Darsena to avoid the crowds of business lunches and we found tranquility, quality for the price and a special offer. Cacciucco x2 with bottle of wine included! Abundant portions and a special note for a very soft octopus!!!! The owner is a knowledgeable and really kind girl! Excellent location on the main road, varied choice of wines and captivating seafood dishes. We will definitely return on other occasions too. WE RECOMMEND! 💯 Is my review useful?... 14/03/2024: The standard of fish cooking was below standard, overcooked. The restaurant was not as good as the past. New ownership or new chef.

02/04/2024: Very nice place with a very welcoming atmosphere. Very kind, attentive and competent service. Good first courses and menu of the day. Excellent mixed fry. Spotless bathroom.

06/04/2024: It seemed like Howards: we left spellbound. We don't know if it was the food, which was exquisite, or the table of deer that was placed next to us, but it changed our spirit. The waiter, a charming person, invited us to shots of meloncello. We hope you have a great time in Buenos Aires that month and the same when you return to Seville. Negative point: one type of glasses was too hot.

31/03/2024: It's a nice environment, with an "open" kitchen: and this, for me, is already very positive. For the rest, kindness, impeccable and fast service, really good and well-prepared food. Excellent, in my opinion.

21/03/2024: UNFORGETTABLE incorrectness! (Even for a fourth-rate restaurant) I decide, for my birthday, to treat myself to a delicious (and therefore very expensive, rightly so) dinner in this restaurant that I have known and frequented for years. After having regularly booked by telephone, I show up at around 9.20pm on site. I order a starter (Plateau Royale) and a first course (Squid ink risotto), both exceptional, and an excellent bottle of prosecco. After about 1 hour (at 10.32pm to be precise), I called the waiter to order a second course and side dish, since I still had an appetite. The response was: "sorry, the kitchen is closed". AT 10.32pm. after ONLY an hour of sitting at the table and WITHOUT ANY NOTICE??!!! Conclusion: I left half the bottle of Prosecco saved for the rest of the dinner, and I had to satisfy my residual appetite in the first Kebab I found open! I am speechless: I have managed restaurants for twenty years and never, NEVER IN THE WORLD, have I sent away customers halfway through dinner without warning them about the kitchen working times. Thank you very much for the excellent service Gentlemen (I paid, thanked, and left a 10 euro tip for the Service, impeccable), but these things ARE NOT DONE, THEY ARE NOT DONE, PERIOD. Happy birthday to Kebab, Flavio... never more days like this. I just now read the response to mine, which has been modified compared to the first one published in which I apologized and acknowledged the error. Now you would like to be right in saying that it is the customer who has to look at the clock and after only 1 hour go running because the kitchen STRICTLY, and only at 10.30pm, CLOSES (with 4 tables still having dinner). The supermarket, like ALL BUSINESSES, warns customers about the imminent closure, and gives them time to complete their purchases and leave, it does not empty their cart and sends them home! So the vs. motivation is UNACCEPTABLE, as is your comment about "people waiting to discredit you": read my review carefully, I have repeatedly highlighted the goodness of the Service, and learn greater humility!!! I'm absolutely right, and anyone who reads my review and your response will agree with me and smile sarcastically (at least) at your very inadequate response!!

02/04/2024: Perfect pub perfect for a dinner with friends. Very good food and well stocked with drinks. At the weekend it is always quite crowded and I recommend you make a reservation.

31/03/2024: Excellent quality of meat, wide choice of both meat burgers and pizzas. Friendly and quick staff in managing both orders and bringing the dishes. Excellent value for money of the products. There is also a wide choice of both Italian and foreign beers. The choice of desserts is also very wide. Ample parking in front and nearby. Recommended for classy and business dinners.

24/03/2024: This is a hidden gem in the San Niccolò neighborhood of Florence. The pizzas are outstanding and should be on any food lover’s tour of Florence. The owner spoke with us about his process and even shared his tips (and showed us) his sourdough starter and the type of flour he uses. Also try the Dolomiti beer on tap. This will be a pizza we talk about for a long time.
