31/05/2025: From a convivial and cheap trattoria it once was, it has become a place for tourists. Passable food and nothing more, but really miserable portions. You wake up hungry after spending about €20 for a first course, second course, side dish, water, 1/4 bottle of wine. What a shame!

27/05/2025: Lovely friendly Trattoria, right near the centre of the town. Food is really good and they always have a great choice of dishes. Special 'menu offerta' for €12 which includes a primi (first course), secondi (second course) and contorno (side dish). Absolute bargain! We dined there quite a few times and service was always quick and efficient.

20/04/2025: Easy place to reach on foot or by car with parking nearby but not in the premises. The interior is quite rustic, in particular the use of wood reflects the classic Irish pubs. Precise service but a little slow. Good food but very filling when it comes to the selection of sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs. Excellent offer of beers.

02/06/2025: Stopped to eat something I ordered a seafood grill, too bad that on the plate, once the useless garnish salad was removed it left little to eat on the plate.....and honestly choosing a dish on a €25 menu one expects to eat and not to feel cheated. Also when I pointed it out the only response was a "sorry"

04/05/2025: Arrivati per caso, per caso un tavolo libero in un sabato sera affollatissimo lasciato libero perche' a rischio pioggia ma noi sapevamo che non avrebbe piovuto!😅 Be'... non potevamo scegliere meglio! Servizio cordiale e attento, fiorentina squisita e x completare il quadro una tavoltata di ragazzi delle contrade che intonavano in maniera egregia i loro inni! Che dire... un posto dove vanno i senesi stessi non puo' che essere una certezza! Super consigliato!

01/05/2025: Il locale è piccolo, con tavoli all'aperto. I piatti sono gustosi, tratti dalla tradizione senese. Il servizio è veloce ed efficiente.

06/05/2025: Mi marido y yo estábamos tratando de encontrar un restaurante local (no turístico) fuera de la plaza principal y nos topamos con este. Paola y Franco eran una delicia. Paola era muy cálido, amable y muy servicial. Teníamos los ravioles, seguido de un filete de 1 kg que estaba perfectamente cocinado y delicioso verdura. Luego nos regalaron biscotti (obviamente Paola se hizo) con un vino de postre. Exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Sin duda volveremos.

17/05/2025: Spectacular, an excellent dinner prepared by a very kind and welcoming host. The food was truly excellent, traditional Tuscan and genuine flavors. The place was nice. Definitely an excellent evening with a sublime steak. Prices were very fair for the quality of the products. Congratulations.

31/05/2025: Takeout prices can be different from dine-in prices, but this should be clearly indicated on the sign. We bought some croissants and espresso for takeout, and the price was directly doubled. If you're not a local, they may charge you a random price, which really feels bad. After traveling all around Northern Italy, this is the first time we've encountered such a situation. For those wanting to buy, please be aware that takeout prices might be twice as much as what's listed on the sign. For example: expresso 1.3 euro on sing, but charged us 3 euro. After reading the comments, I realized that many Asians have been treated like this. It's truly outrageous!

21/05/2025: Excellent pizzas, very fast service, and good prices. I recommend it. They offered me a delicious dessert. A brownie with cream, nothing to sneeze at.

19/05/2025: First thing , they add random charges onto the bill. We went twice while in florence first time we went for lunch we all paid sepeartely and the woman was confused by the end as there was €2.50 not paid . We assumed it was just our bad math and paid it . Second time we went for breakfast , we agreed one person pay the bill (4 people total) and we'll send him the money as we knew roughly what it would be. We get on the train, and look at the recept we were charged for 2 extra croissants we didn't have but it was too late to correct it and since it happened twice it feels like they do this often . We had 2 croissants ,2 sandwiches, 3 orange juice and 1 coffee . Plus the sneaky extra 2 croissants charge The food was okay for the price. I do believe the food is homemade, however they do microwave it . For the price though we didn't mind , we loved our server on the first day very enthusiastic and charismatic.

03/06/2025: We are here for a short vacation, Saturday night is pizza and we found a good compromise here too. A pizza 🍕 different from what we are used to but still good. You have to open your mind to different cuisines.
