28/08/2024: Popped in here for a drink after eating elsewhere. Great atmosphere and service: Ahmed at the bar was friendly, engaging and always happy to help. Cocktails were reasonably priced and very lovely. Would visit again and heartily recommend for a drink in the heart of Ortigia.

02/08/2024: Our experience was not as good as expected. The location in an interior courtyard is very pleasant. The service is friendly. The cocktail was passable (for example the mojito was made with lemon juice and not lemon crushed with mint). On the other hand, we didn't like the food. We had a charcuterie cheese board and a tomato and ricotta foccacia as well as a cheese bruschetta. The cheese bruschetta was very good but we didn't like the rest. The cheese and cold meats didn't seem to be of very good quality. It seems to us that you can find better value for money elsewhere.

08/10/2024: Los productos horneados aquí son simples, pero exquisitos. Vengo de un lugar conocido por su buen pan, pero esto está a otro nivel. No encontrarás pasteles de lujo, pero la esfinciona y la lumera son deliciosas. Los cannoli son sublimes. El dueño encantador también.

04/10/2024: La qualità del prodotto è sicuramente buona ma il prezzo richiesto è decisamente fuori mercato, per due tranci di pizza da asporto e una bibita 24 euro mi pare troppo!

12/08/2024: Tutto parecchio caro, anzi carissimo se consideriamo che con questi prezzi potresti far colazione in bar rinomati e qualitativamente molto in avanti rispetto a questo bar. Per non parlare del via vai di mosche che entrano ed escono dalle vetrine . Troppa confusione, attese ed il tutto per pagare una pralina di gelato da 10 gr 1 euro. Ma stiamo scherzando.

14/10/2024: If you’re in Sicily and love shellfish, this restaurant and shop is a must-visit! Bruno welcomed us warmly and guided us through an incredible dining experience. Everything was all fresh and delicious. Bruno’s expertise and friendly service made our visit special. Plus, the shop has a great selection of fresh shellfish to take home. Highly recommend!

10/10/2024: Was visiting family for a couple of weeks and this was by far our favorite place to go for dinner. The food was outstanding, and the people were very friendly. Highly recommend.

25/11/2024: Granita di ottima qualità di mandorle, come ti aspetti ad Avola, con panna oppure particolare incappicciata di caffè e panna. Costa poco ma è grandiosa. Personale gentile, loquace ed efficiente

15/09/2024: We were looking for a single espresso and we went inside this bar, which really surprised us!! They had so many typical Sicilian desserts, that looked delicious!! So we decided to try something called “ Castagnola, with sweet ricotta “ oh Gosh!!! Amazing !! We went back to the place the day after to have a breakfast, two croissants ( one with cream and one with ricotta) and two cappuccino !! Wow!! Looking forward to going back again and try more!!
