21/05/2025: A la caza de una novela de lectura inglesa y acuña oro pasando y se topó con este acogedor pub. Gran personal amable, excelente música de los 80 y sillas cómodas. Compré un libro, me tomé un Guinness mientras paseaba la tarde hasta la hora de la cena.

21/06/2025: A village bar, we tried the tavola calda for lunch. I must say excellent products, cooked in a homely and genuine way. We recommend the hamburgers made by them and the cutlet, but in general everything seemed very very good. Special note, they use a quality oil for seasoning, very good. Nice internal room to eat and very friendly staff. Price for a second course with side dish €7.50, truly excellent!

25/05/2025: "Ancora" una volta siamo stati benissimo, dal ricco antipasto in 7 portate alle linguine alle vongole al fritto misto. Prezzi onesti e grande cortesia. I nipoti proseguono la tradizione di grande ospitalità.

18/05/2025: I called for lunch for 4 seats including two children, the lady asked me inside or outside and I answered the same not knowing that inside it was very small having a stroller, apart from this as soon as we arrived more than one waiter made us sit outside because they were not busy, after which I think it was the owner and she told us no outside there are no seats I will put you inside and from the faces of the boys we understood that it was not true we went in and since he was small I repeated to her if something could be done and put a third boy outside she was about to check outside she immediately stopped him and said no outside. Okay we were sitting inside and I asked for the two seats for the children already asked on the phone and she said no I don't like these seats and referring to the older child she said you sit in the chair since you are big, after this we said goodbye. Nothing to say to the boys but she was very very rude!!!!!!!

26/01/2025: It opens in the evening, when we arrived the place had no customers and we enjoyed our dinner there. Their food is good and fresh. They offered a plate of chips and one of peanuts, free of charge.

12/06/2025: Abbiamo prenotato il 2 giugno al Joy Beach dopo estati in cui siamo stati assidui clienti, con amici che abbiamo portato da oltre provincia proprio perché ci trovavamo bene, ma l'esperienza di quest'anno è stata terribile. Siamo stati al lido, con tavolo per il pranzo prenotato per il pranzo del secondo turno. Ebbene, ci sediamo alle 13:45, e fino alle ore 14:30 nessuno che si degna di venire a prendere l'ordinazione. Dialogando con due clienti del tavolo accanto al nostro scopriamo che erano lì dal primo turno, dalle 12.45 e che ancora alle 14.30 attendevano di pranzare, il tutto mentre i tavoli iniziavano a riempirsi dei clienti prenotati per il secondo turno. Vedevamo in giro la confusione più totale, gente sedersi dopo di noi che ordinava prima, come il tavolo accanto giustificato dal proprietario perché comunque avevano ordinato solo due insalate. Ma non sono stati solo loro ad ordinare prima, vedevo persone arrivate dopo di noi ordinare, senza tenere conto dell'ordine di arrivo. E queste ovviamente venivano servite prima perché scavalcavano. Molti tavoli avevano ordinato la pinza, piatto per carità, più veloce da preparare, ma non può essere tollerato che le comande uscissero in base al tipo di ordinazione e che ancora alle 15.15 nel nostro tavolo non fosse arrivato nulla se non un'acqua e una birra. Vedevamo gente spazientirsi anche negli altri tavoli. Il culmine è stato quando ho visto piatti di pesce portati a clienti seduti dopo di noi, e un piatto di bruschette per scusarsi dell'attesa al tavolo accanto al nostro, che, nemmeno a dirlo, si era seduto molto dopo di noi, mentre il nostro tavolo e quello accanto, non venivano presi in considerazione. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato e chiesto informazioni sulla nostra prenotazione, comprese le signore accanto che avevano una bambina...alle 15.30 ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Ci sarebbe bastato che al momento della prenotazione, il proprietario, data la confidenza instaurata nel tempo, ci consigliasse delle portate veloci perché aveva problemi in cucina, avremmo capito, accettato, e gli saremmo venuti in contro ordinando magari anche noi delle pinse e delle patatine, e sicuramente oggi non sarei quì a scrivere questa recensione che comunque mi dispiace fare, ma essere trattati come persone di cui non ti frega niente, che oggi vedi e che domani non tornano più non è tollerabile.

07/06/2025: Sehr gute Pasta, leckere Meeresfrüchte. Pinsa auch sehr lecker. Preislich günstiger als die Restaurants in Avola im Hafen. Wundervolle Strandbar. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer … unbedingt mal vorbeischauen.

19/06/2025: Una vera scoperta! Questo ristorante di pesce è una garanzia per chi ama la qualità e i sapori autentici del mare. Il pesce è freschissimo, cucinato con semplicità ma con grande maestria: si sente tutta la cura e l’esperienza dello chef in ogni piatto. Abbiamo assaggiato i crudi, e la degustazione di cotti , i primi di mare, e i dolci e ogni portata era una sorpresa di gusto e leggerezza. Porzioni generose, ingredienti di prima scelta. Il servizio è stato cortese e attento, senza essere mai invadente. Atmosfera rilassata, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici. Se amate il buon pesce, questo è un posto da non perdere. Ci tornerò sicuramente (e molto presto)!

13/06/2025: Cenato qui grazie ad un paesano che ce lo ha consigliato. Ristorante con una veranda carina e sala interna climatizzata. La location non è il punto forte, a mio parere un po' troppo sulla strada, e all'interno davvero troppa aria condizionata! Abbiamo chiesto di abbassarla e ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto, ma credo che durante il servizio si siano dimenticati. Pazienza, colpa anche nostra non ricordarlo. Queste le cose "negative", completamente oscurate da un menù ricco e semplicemente squisito. Antipasto davvero vario e tutto ottimo. Pasta con tonno e spaghetti allo scoglio della moglie con davvero tanto pesce, ho molto apprezzato le porzioni. Prezzo in linea se non addirittura inferiore alle aspettative. Bravi! Nicola
