The food is exquisite, featuring a plant-based reinterpretation of Sicilian cuisine, as well as unique and unusual dishes with original and perfect flavor combinations. The plant-based cheeses, and especially the cannoli with almond ricotta, are worth the experience alone. Highly recommended. ♥️
08/09/2025: Singola is a real gem! Tucked away behind a car street, you get to sit in a peaceful, nicely decorated garden. The food was really amazing. Italian with a twist, full of surprising tatses. I would definitely recommend coming here!

05/10/2025: I recommend visiting this place; we were very satisfied and even full. Everything was very special, from the appetizers to the desserts. The only thing to consider is that it's best to arrive at the right time and arrive by 1 or 2 PM, as food is only served during those times.

30/07/2025: Panificio trovato per caso, posso dire che i prezzi sono giusti per il luogo, anzi preciso che a livello del centro sono più bassi, inoltre la cortesia la velocità e il gusto di casereccio non ha prezzo.
Pertanto lo consiglio vivamente e se dovessi ritornare (con auto) farei il pieno delle leccornie.

The amuse-bouches highlight the chef’s devotion to detail and delight. The fact that so many of the dishes across the menu are coeliac-friendly highlights the thoughtfulness of the recipes. Worth every cent
02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours.
We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

07/10/2025: Stopped in to grab a frozen yoghurt based on the previous reviews. I absolutely loved the yoghurt as it is! Smooth and tangy. I don’t feel it needs any toppings. I liked it so much my wife needed to go get her own as I didn’t want to share. Thank you!
