08/11/2025: I forgot to review this bakery in Noto a few days ago, where I was passing through. From the outside, it looked nice and clean, but since I'd already had lunch, I only ordered a piece of scaccia with cherry tomatoes and provola cheese to take home. Everything was very inviting, especially the bread, because I know they use premium flour and Timilia. It might be a little pricey for a bakery, but it's worth it, because the smell of the scaccia was so good I couldn't resist and ate it on the bus. I can assure you, it was one of the best meals I've ever had; the dough was thin and soft, but not raw, and the filling was flavorful and well-blended. My compliments, truly.

It's become one of our go-to restaurants: we already know that something special awaits us, an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A true journey of flavors. The food is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality, with creative yet always balanced and delicious dishes. You can clearly taste the hand of a brilliant chef, who pours talent and passion into every dish. The waiter is always a guarantee: kind, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and even super nice. He knows how to best advise you and makes you feel immediately at ease. A place that never disappoints. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place. The service and the quality of the products were the two things that particularly impressed and delighted us. We had the opportunity to speak with the staff, who were very kind and helpful, even explaining the dishes, which are unlike any other cuisine you'd find elsewhere. I'd like to focus on the dishes themselves: beautifully blended flavors with authentic ingredients. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back.

25/02/2026: We came with four and the two tables outside were put together swiftly to seat us in the sun. The antipasti was of great variety and really delicious. We had two different pastas as mains, both really good. The pistachio tiramisu and pear chocolate cake both blew us away. Honestly this is a great place with super friendly service. Highly recommended.

11/02/2026: We stumbled upon it one Sunday by chance, having run into an unexpected problem. And it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes are traditional, and it's a family-run business. The appetizer was delicious, and the pork shank was excellent.

17/12/2025: I was there in September, and while looking back at my vacation photos, I saw the ones from this amazing lunch! Everything was so good (the spaghetti alla norma was WOW!!) and what a view! Thanks, it's already a must-see for my next vacation ❤️

01/12/2025: We stopped off for lunch here on our way from Palermo to Cefalu, back in late September 2025. We're so glad we did! The food was great, really generous portions, freshly made and with love. There were non alcholic drinks options a plenty. The staff were delightful and super helpful. So nice to see generations of the family working together. This is a gem of a restaurant with lovely views and a great vibe! Definately worth a detour from the highway!

15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time! 29/12/2025: Recommended by a local, we came here a few times for drinks. Perhaps the best cocktails we had in 3 months in Sicily, and highly pleasant atmosphere--more casual and friendly than we expected on first sight.

19/01/2026: Nice restaurant but limited seating, we waited a bit for the first course but it was worth the wait, the salmon risotto was delicious, the couscous a little less so, which looked very good but lacked taste for me as I am used to a spicier couscous.

08/01/2026: My wife and I went for dinner on January 6th. We were greeted warmly and felt right at home. We ordered a crudité appetizer, a grilled octopus main course, and a mixed grill of fish with baked potatoes. We also had a bottle of wine and homemade almond parfait. Everything was fresh, tasty, and of the highest quality. Highly recommended!

26/02/2026: If you are visiting Catania, you CAN’T miss this place. I can’t forget how fresh the fish was and how tasty every dish was. Everything feels as if it’s cooked by your mum, in the most traditional and generous Sicilian way of cooking, where food is a true expression of love and caring. I’m looking forward to going back to my hometown and treating myself to Catania Ruffiana!
