30/08/2024: Don’t bother - this place is a mid range restaurant pretending to be fine dining and with terrible service. Maybe they only want their customers to dress and look a certain way but the waiters didn’t even bother to look our way which doesn’t really make sense considering how affordable the restaurant is… After waiting 10 minutes, we had to ask for a menu and after this we waited another 20 minutes to try and order - we asked one waiter who wasn’t looking after our table and he told us to wait for our server while he proceeded to stand around on his phone and chat to the other servers, all while our server avoided looking our direction and swept crumbs off nearby tables. Needless to say we walked out and will never be back!

28/08/2024: waiters perhaps a little inexperienced. I think it deserves the 5 stars because I ate well even though I paid a lot but I think it was worth it. I tried many good typical dishes

11/08/2024: We went to this place with a group of friends (there were 10 of us) together with our child, and we can only express our full satisfaction with the experience we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with an uncommon availability, making us feel immediately at ease. Not being able to offer us an indoor space with air conditioning because it was occupied for a birthday party, they tried to move the table so that we could be close to the entrance and therefore be able to enjoy a minimum of the air conditioning coming out of the room (it was really very hot). Despite the size of our group, the service was impeccable: the staff paid particular attention to the needs of the little one, demonstrating great sensitivity and concern. They brought us everything we ordered with great speed, and each dish turned out to be a real pleasure for the palate. Everything was prepared with care and attention, the portions were generous and well presented, and each of us was satisfied. In conclusion, it was a very pleasant evening, made even more special by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the dishes. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel welcomed at home.

23/08/2024: Very charming restaurant in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Very warm welcome and service, full of attention. Perfect for lunch, a drink, an ice cream with a lovely panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Delicious pasta carreteria. A great memory

21/08/2024: Siamo entrati con due bambini cercando di ordinare ma impossibilitati perché la signora da sola era impegnata esclusivamente alla cucina senza dar retta agli avventori e anzi dimostrandosi seccata da eventuali interruzioni. A fatica un piccolo gruppo davanti a noi è riuscito a pagare dopo aver mangiato (risposta del gestore seccata). A quel punto trascorsi circa 30 minuti sono riuscito ad inserirmi chiedendo di ordinare ma in cambio mi è stato risposto che ci sarebbe stato molto da aspettare (tempo previsto " entro un ora e mezza"). Nel locale c'era solo a quel punto una persona e una coppia appena arrivata. A malincuore siamo stati costretti ad andarcene dopo una mezz'ora a vuoto senza provare i toast. Consiglio un "minimo" di attenzione in più alle persone nel locale, specie se famiglie con bambini.

16/07/2024: Non si può non andare a gustare almeno uno dei favolosi panini .Il pane è meraviglioso così come tutti gli ingredienti, la scelta è veramente ampia e gustosa. Il locale si trova nella piazza principale di Avola, dispone di tavoli all'aperto per poter gustare al meglio le specialità.Grazie al signor Massimo per averci illustrato la scelta e la storia degli ingredienti dei suoi favolosi panini. Consigliatissimo!!!

30/06/2024: My wife is gluten intolerant and the possibility of enjoying a "real" sandwich is often precluded for her. Here at venire a Tastari it is different: the choice of artisanally produced gluten-free bread, the selected raw materials of the highest quality, the love with which Massimo, the owner, talks about his creations, make the culinary experience fantastic and give guests celiacs the true pleasure of "eating well", without any preclusions. Obviously this also applies to those who are not gluten intolerant. Our palates were delighted by absolute delicacies! A riot of refined flavors and aromas, the Ro Zu Turi sandwich! 28/08/2024: Popped in here for a drink after eating elsewhere. Great atmosphere and service: Ahmed at the bar was friendly, engaging and always happy to help. Cocktails were reasonably priced and very lovely. Would visit again and heartily recommend for a drink in the heart of Ortigia.

02/09/2024: Per caso entro in questa trattoria e vado a chiedere pesce fresco il resto di antipasti e ecc . Non sono interessato . Il proprietario persona gentile e qualificata perché si nota che è un professionista della ristorazione mi fa vedere meraviglie dello ionio . Cottura superba e soddisfazione di gusto . Già inoltrato presenze e tutto rimane alla perfezione. Mi auguro che continui così . Il mio attuale punto di riferimento su Catania

25/08/2024: The atmosphere of the place is beautiful, in the east there are tables and sofas outside under the olive trees to create a very suggestive atmosphere. The staff, in addition to being extremely professional, is very kind and helpful towards customers. Finally, the dishes have the right balance between refinement and taste. Unfortunately the photos don't do it enough! Honorable mention to the bread they produce which we ordered at least 2 or 3 times, amazing. Everything delicious, I highly recommend this place!

04/09/2024: I suggest booking and picking up. the place is very small and there are no seats (just 4 tables) and it is always full right up to the outside. but absolutely the best arancine in Trapani, but also excellent panelle, and cabuci. definitely recommended, but I recommend booking in advance.

04/09/2024: Unthinkable prices for any city in the centre-north, with €2 a very good arancini of considerable size. The only note, given the large turnout, is not guaranteed to enjoy it freshly baked as it is necessary for them to have it ready. 20/08/2024: This place is fantastic! We loved the food, indeed took around 40-45 mins to have it but it truly worth it! 😍 We also received a warm welcome from the owner who is a conjurer🙈 You need to visit but take a bit of your time ;)

19/08/2024: Phenomenal food at extraordinary price. Fresh squeezed legit orange juice, and perfect espresso and cappuccinos. Owner is funny and has a great sense of humor. This place is amazing.
