21/09/2025: An evening with friends. We ate and danced. Aside from the issue with the orders, everything arrived, and it was very good and plentiful. The staff, despite the unexpected event, was excellent. At a certain hour, there was dancing. The only annoying thing was an old man with a whistle. Annoying, enough to make him swallow it. Anyway, we'll gladly return.

The sweet and savory selections are good, although I would increase the selection of pastries since Oulx no longer has a dessert shop (zeppole, cannoli, babba, fruit tarts, krafen, etc.). I would also advertise your ice cream more, because you make it in your adjacent shop and because it's delicious. Anyway, keep up the good work, hoping you'll inspire future business ventures and help us see a community we all expect to be more enterprising and passionate than the one in Usseaux.

25/10/2025: 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel, went to 21.9 restaurant last night and it was absolutely amazing! The food was stunning and Flávio is actually cooking it ! Rare these days. A fantastic way to spend a birthday weekend, as the hotel also arranged truffle hunting ( we found 4 truffles- one was white !) and then wine tasting all within the hotel.

12/09/2025: I often eat here, and every time it's an experience. I've been following Flavio since he was in Savona. And even though I now have to travel a bit to visit him, I have to say that given the dream location, he made a truly perfect choice. They also organize weddings and events, overseen by the brilliant Monica, who will ensure nothing is left to chance. I speak from experience, because in early September 2025, after making my partner fall in love with this magical place, we got married here. It was a dream party; my best man must have told me at least 10 times, "Congratulations, because in my opinion and everyone else's opinion, it was a sensational wedding." And indeed, he wasn't the only one to offer such compliments; in fact, there were quite a few. But the most important thing is that both my wife and I are thrilled with that magical day, and we will never stop thanking Flavio and Monica, first and foremost, but also their wonderful staff who made it all possible.

04/10/2025: Went there for lunch on an autumn sunny Saturday. Sea food pizza and mix fried seafood dish. Awesome. Food is really delicious. The staff is friendly and kind. English is spoken. They offer “home made sparkling” water which I appreciated. Honestly my experience is positive, highly recommend the place and wouldn’t hesitate get back there. Worth the visit, worth the price, worth the experience.

06/12/2025: Meticulously prepared traditional food, with reinterpretations and other original dishes that are very successful (like the smoked salmon). The wine cellar is well-stocked. The desserts are excellent and almost too generous. The elegant atmosphere remains pleasant, aided by the high ceilings. Each dish is carefully prepared and made with excellent ingredients. Attentive and precise service.
