Piedmontese bistro-restaurant just steps from Valentino Park. Four friends from Abruzzo enjoyed a €35 tasting menu with black truffles and three courses: fried egg and creamed toma cheese, Fassona beef tartare, and tajarin. With four coffees, service charges, and a bottle of wine, we paid €45 each, but we ate truly delicious. We found a table even though it was Saturday lunchtime and we hadn't booked. The service and staff were friendly, attentive, and attentive. The fried egg yolk with creamed toma cheese was truly sensational. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

We booked late and it was packed, but we ended up having dinner for six on Friday. The place is small, but the staff was very friendly and the food was good. The baked tomino with hazelnuts was good, the plin pasta was a bit too salty, and the braised beef was excellent.
