17/03/2026: It's a coffee shop I pass by almost every day. Today I had errands not far from here in the morning, so I had time to stop by for a coffee. However, I wasn't impressed with one of the staff members; she was selective in her service. As an Asian person, I could sense her unwillingness to serve me. My first and last time here was with her.

15/03/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner as a guest for a birthday party. Typical Piedmontese fare, tasty food, especially the appetizers, with incredibly tender veal cheek. Friendly staff. Worth a try.

11/03/2026: This is my second visit, because when I first discovered them, I was so pleased with their cuisine. I'm very happy to have returned. On my second visit, I chose fish (which isn't always available). They served me a delicious raw ham and revisited an appetizer, serving it as a main course. Well done, guys. I'm sure I'll be back for a third time. Exceptional, cheerful service. Congratulations to all the staff!

05/01/2026: Terrible experience. We had breakfast on Sunday morning around 9:00 and they served us croissants that were definitely from the day before. The chocolate croissant was dry and made with hard chocolate. A coffee, a cappuccino, and two croissants cost €10.50. I should add that they only have outdoor seating and no heat lamps, so we also ate in the cold.

31/12/2025: What a shame. I found a price list on the sandwich display with prices that didn't match the printed menu. Inside the bar, some toasted sandwiches and a sandwich were displayed in the window. A price tag in front of the toasted sandwiches read €2.50. The sandwich was priced differently. Nothing else. I ordered a toasted sandwich and a glass of water. Unfortunately, the bill at the cashier was different. Instead of apologizing for the mistake (which can happen to anyone) or being polite about the fact that the mistake wasn't made by me but by the staff, the cashier tersely replied, "Yes, they made a mistake, but the price list is on all the tables outside." I always feel bad being treated like this, especially since it's supposed to be a break. I felt truly uncomfortable. It's a real shame, because I've had breakfast on other occasions and been served by a kind waitress. She wasn't on duty today. A historic event, a break ruined by the inability to simply be kind.

24/02/2026: "Old school" place in all aspects. Environment, service, food cooked (VG), a little lost in servicing even though only 4tables to be served. Extremely expensive for what it offers.

29/01/2026: It's my favorite place: the food is excellent, the service is attentive and meticulous, the wine list is remarkable, but above all, the care and attention to customer service are like nothing else. Long live the Black Cat!
