We were sitting outside, but the owner started yelling at the employee to bring him some degreaser to clean the carpets. Then, without even bothering to apologize for the inconvenience or anything else, he turned on a very loud and unbearable compressor machine just a meter away from us. In fact, we immediately got up. Maybe if your bathroom sucks, you should clean that first, then worry about washing the carpets. Perhaps you should move a little further away from your customers. Politeness is not guaranteed in this bar. To answer the owner: no, I was sitting where I was before you started cleaning. You've got the wrong person, so the rudeness was yours. Plus, the noise from the pressure washer could be heard from several blocks away, so moving to another spot on the patio wouldn't have been enough. And if I'm the manager of a business, customers certainly shouldn't come telling me the noise is unbearable; I understand that myself. I'll definitely return to Fossano, but not to have coffee with anyone. I don't waste my time in places where I don't like it.

16/04/2026: When I visited, the premises weren't exactly spotless; on the contrary, the bathroom was especially clean. Furthermore, with all the people outside, the owner had the clever idea of ​​cleaning the entrance rugs right in the middle of the outdoor tables using a pressure washer. This was a very disrespectful gesture toward all of us who were consuming, because when the pressure washer was turned on, it made a hellish racket that could be heard for blocks away. Noise pollution is a serious issue, and it's punishable by the local police (if I honk my horn in the street to get a double-parked car to move out of the way, blocking my exit, I'll get the fine, for example). Not recommended if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

07/08/2026: The service was very slow and poor, and they overcharged us on the bill. Don't recommend! Reply to owner: First of all, we were a group of 15 people and we had a reservation in advance. The issue was not that the food took time to be freshly prepared — we fully understand and appreciate that. The problem was the service itself. Some of the drinks took more than 20 minutes to arrive, taking our orders was unnecessarily slow, and unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was far from friendly or welcoming. None of these issues have anything to do with the fact that the food is freshly cooked. Regarding the tip: had we received good, attentive and polite service, we would have been more than happy to leave one. A tip is a recognition of good service, not something that should be expected regardless of the experience. We simply shared our experience as customers, and unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. Considering our bill came out to 750 euros and the restaurant was empty, you could have easily served the cake free of charge

03/08/2026: We had an amazing 5-star stay at Chalet Morel. The staff were phenomenal—so attentive and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was even surprised with a birthday candle, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa was beautiful, intimate and relaxing, while the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our room was cosy and perfect for a mountain getaway. The menu selection was nice with seasonal produce and great options. However a little feedback: the execution could have been better for some dishes. That said, it didn’t take away from what was an overall wonderful stay. We’d highly recommend!

11/06/2026: *Bar La Torre - Candelo. €15 for the "Medieval Platter"? The portion was medieval.* Today, June 11, 2026, table 15, outdoor. I ordered the Medieval Platter for €15.00 + €3.00 service charge. Total bill: €30.60. I'm attaching a photo of the "platter": 4 slices of prosciutto, three rounds of salami, two pieces of cheese arranged crosswise, and a handful of lamb's lettuce for bulk. For €15 at the supermarket, I can buy 100 grams of raw ham, 100 grams of cooked ham, 2 cheeses, bread, and have enough left over for beer. Here, it costs €5.00. I understand the price increases, but this is a children's appetizer, not a €15 platter. If you call it "Medieval Platter" because the portions were so small, then the name is spot on. Otherwise, it's a joke. Nice location, friendly staff, but with these prices and these portions I wouldn't go back even in the 1400s.

22/08/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor seating overlooking the square is beautiful for sunset aperitifs. The platter and mocktails are delicious. A plus: popcorn instead of chips and a fan with a misting system to cool you down on hot days.

13/12/2025: A rip-off. They call it an aperitif, but: The Spritz has a price The platter has a price The appetizers have a price Flourish hot chocolate, not thickened at all. The chocolate and coffee mignon actually tasted like charcoal. The platter, a small plate with three unappetizing pieces of cheese, stale bread, and low-quality cured meats. All served extremely slowly. Between the Spritz and the platter, about 20 minutes. Only two people needed to be served, but coordination was difficult. While one had already finished, given that the hot chocolate was cold cocoa cream, the other was waiting for the platter with the watered-down Spritz.

There's no table service, but the prices are still very high: €2.60 for a brioche that, unfortunately, was anything but good, and €2.00 for a truly poor-quality cappuccino. Considering the quality-price ratio, I can't say I'm satisfied. There are other pastry shops that offer much better products at more reasonable prices. I don't think I'll be back.

07/07/2026: A lovely atmosphere right on the harbor. Unfortunately, the food was rather mediocre. The bread was served unceremoniously in a paper bag, placed on the table without any explanation; there was no bread basket or bowl.

26/06/2026: June 25, 2026, I bought a water from the outdoor terrace (a perfectly normal outdoor terrace, open, without air conditioning). When it came to paying, it said, "one drink, €4." €4 for a small bottle of water. Yes, and we're not in Venice. Or the Sahara. Or on Mars. No. We're on Via Cibrario on a perfectly normal, deserted, sultry Savoy summer afternoon. I wasn't told the price before ordering, which I would have thought was appropriate, given that this "one drink" thing is a completely personal invention, never heard of before in a bar/pub/brewery/tavern/sandwich shop/manger in Bethlehem. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and with a friend whose afternoon I didn't want to ruin, so I had to, reluctantly, overlook the issue and insist on a "one-drink answer." Gentlemen, hats off to you. Excellent marketing strategy. It will certainly pay off.

03/06/2026: Nice place, an Irish atmosphere, I was transported back to the '70s and '80s. Nice owners and guys too, it's now a permanent fixture in my itinerary.
