13/04/2026: I stopped for a quick drink and a Spritz.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I expected something more for the snacks that accompany the aperitif.
The bar is located in Verbania, near Villa Taranto.
The atmosphere is very refined, but it doesn't have a view of the lake, but rather the street.

03/05/2026: Spectacular! We were so impressed with the service and quality of food,we came back twice. The wine and platter were generous and delicious. But the show stopper are the morning pastries ...fresh flaky and so yum! Ice cream is just as good!
22/04/2026: It's not what it used to be. Small portions, limited selection, very poor quality, and unacceptable prices for what they offer. It's a shame, it was nice to go there.

The bathrooms were clean, thankfully.
The price was good.
I'd rather skip breakfast; you have it in the bar with other guests who have nothing to do with the hotel. I'd have preferred a private place with a variety of breakfast options.

18/05/2026: This pastry shop was recommended to me by a friend who, as always, was right. Upon entering, you get a wonderful impression of cleanliness and order, which was confirmed in practice. The products on display, both at the counter and on the shelves, are of the highest quality, from the artisanal chocolate to the fresh and dried pastries. I found excellent barley here, a rare find. I purchased some very, very good pastries.
Highly recommended.

For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.

25/12/2025: I hate to leave bad reviews, but I bought a panettone. The dough was incredibly dry, and it didn't justify the price at all. When I went to buy it, the cappuccino and cannoncino were actually good, so it's a real shame about the panettone.
23/12/2025: It's hard to find a place these days where the quality of the coffee and pastries is as high as this one! Brioches like clouds, perfectly filled, coffee with a perfect macchiato, and even the savory pastries are incredibly tasty! It's now become my go-to place for breakfast and snacks!

28/10/2025: A clean and authentic place on Corso Traiano. Everything is delicious, from breakfast to lunch to aperitif. Go there. I especially recommend it for lunch because Luigi, with his super reasonable prices, will make sure you eat as God intended!

29/12/2025: The place was nice, but they made us wait an hour and a half for the food. Everything was terrible; the risotto with the milanesa was the worst, the meat was overcooked, like it was going to die. A bad experience.
28/12/2025: The food is average, nothing special. A humble waiter takes care of taking orders and bringing the food, he does everything himself. The price is reasonable for a restaurant in the center of Turin.

17/05/2026: Very well-kept and clean place. Excellent food, a very positive experience.
However, going with family is out of the question.
Two plates of pasta with tomato sauce (for a 9-month-old and a 2-year-old) accompanied by a chocolate mousse for €36 seems like a steal.
07/04/2026: I went for lunch over Easter and it wasn't great at all. The menu was nothing special, just a few large vegetables and white wine at room temperature... I paid a fortune for what was offered. I expected at least a gourmet menu. Anyway, everything is an experience.
