16/02/2026: A really nice and welcoming pub with live music (I went on a Sunday). Prices are absolutely reasonable, and the aperitifs are excellent. I recommend it, especially to young people.

19/05/2025: Assolutamente da evitare! Uno Spritz (se così vogliamo chiamarlo) servito con solo delle patatine sgranate come fossero "residui" e un "Bicierin" a soli €12,50 Ma per favore, almeno fate le cose come si devono!

04/05/2025: Un bar come tanti, un servizio come tanti, prodotti mediocri, porzioni minime solo i prezzi sono da 5 stelle. Un classico locale dove vedono il turista come un pollo da spiumare.

07/03/2026: We went for lunch today to celebrate a birthday, a very nice place, the price offered was very good, I would say, the food was classic home-style without any particular refinements but good, the service from the girls was excellent, very nice, attentive and helpful, I think they are the plus point of the place, recommended for classic Sunday lunches with the family, or for organizing events and parties, intimate and welcoming place, recommended.

08/02/2026: We visited this restaurant two weeks ago. To book, we used the website form and received a booking confirmation email with the price and menu. Having enjoyed our stay, we decided to celebrate the children's birthday. To book, we followed the same procedure as the first time, that is, filled out the booking form, after which we received two emails. The first email informed us that "The reservation, without this confirmation, is not valid" and contained the information entered in the form. A second email followed, confirming availability for Sunday, February 7th, with the menu and price, without providing any further information or requesting further confirmation. Thinking the reservation had been successful, we showed up yesterday and were turned away because, as we were told, a booking confirmation is one thing and a confirmation of availability is another. Advice for owners: improve communication by specifying, for example, whether further confirmation is required, the deadline for this, when cancellations are due in the event someone cannot arrive, etc. Customer advice: Make sure your booking was successful to avoid any surprises.

03/01/2026: We came for dinner with the family... the place is mostly a bar/cafe, but we had a great time. We had top-quality polenta and ribs. The welcome and the informal atmosphere were excellent... thanks for the lovely evening.

09/09/2025: Very low quality of food, tartar tasteless and rubbery, we returned it, no one asked why. Cesar salad has nothing to do with real Cesar salad, cheap ingredients with low quality. It lacks the real Italian atmosphere. The price does not match the taste experience that is delivered. Big disappointment.

07/09/2025: Very friendly and non english speaking staff. Cosy inventory and fair prices. As for the food, the pizza was a real let down. Prefabricated dough and blend taste. Didn't try other dishes, but if the pizza set the bar for the kitchen, this is a no-go!

19/02/2026: The staff is very kind and welcoming. The hot chocolate is topped with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder. It was simply delicious. I went back throughout the week. However, the crepe wasn't great, a bit too crispy, I'd say.

18/02/2026: Food was okay for the evening we booked but they play absolutely offensive music outside with appallingly racist language to an area where families are sat. Toilets in a dreadful condition.

09/02/2026: Terrible place where the furniture on the floor is precarious and unsafe (tall, narrow wooden bin). If it falls, you'll be accused of not "watching where you put your feet!" by the barmaid. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. On Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m., there are almost no pastries or cookies left. You serve yourself. Coffee costs €1.30 and they don't even give you a glass of water. The restrooms aren't clean and always run out of toilet paper. It's a real shame considering the location and proximity to a new, better-equipped location.

07/02/2026: I agree with what others have said. The guy and the petite girl with piercings who bring you to the table are nice, but the tall blonde girl at the cash register is always rude. A smile wouldn't be worth a fortune; that kind of attitude isn't appropriate if you're working in a bar where you're in close contact with people. I also recommend some sweet treats to go with your tea or coffee; the selection is limited and the quality isn't the best. I order both here and at the Coop restaurant. Here, I like the comfort of the tables, but downstairs, there's more choice for dessert.

17/01/2026: I'm giving it three stars because the guy who makes the coffees and the young woman who serves tables are kind. But the girl at the register, who mostly works at the register and only serves tables when she doesn't want to interact with certain customers, is so rude, unprofessional, and downright rude. My elderly parents always come here in the winter; it's cold outside for them, and they're fine here. The coffee is good, but the service is poor, at least since the management changed. A few days ago, we were there as usual, and I placed my order, but I realized a mistake had been made, or so I thought. So I went to the girl at the register to point out that something wasn't clear. I was kind, but she immediately took it badly. Not only did she not listen to what I was saying, misunderstanding everything, but she made me look like a tramp who was asking for 50 cents back. I, on the other hand, just wanted to ask for an explanation because my calculations didn't add up. But nothing, she just couldn't get it, she took it as a personal affront. That's when I lost my patience. Because we were customers, I approached her politely, and she was like a brick wall. From that day on, when I went to order, she wouldn't speak to me and left me at the cash register waiting for my colleague to be free to serve me. This morning, I told my colleague to tell her that it's time to grow up and her behavior was unprofessional. You can't do these things in a public establishment. Even when a customer gets impatient, you have to let it slide and at least move on, be professional and do your job. This cashier's behavior is extremely serious and penalizes the entire team. The next day, I ordered the same things as the day before and paid one euro less, so I was right. Now, I paid one euro more and I'm being treated badly. I'm going back because my parents are comfortable, but I'd like to change bars. If you work in contact with the public, you can't be childish.

08/03/2026: The wait for our food was extremely long. Even for coffee, you have to wait over 20 minutes.

08/03/2026: The bar was smelly and not very clean. We ordered 4 coffees, they arrived late and were also awful.

23/11/2025: It was my first time at this café, and I have to say I was very impressed. There's a huge variety of pastries and sweets. The staff was very helpful and quick, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant place; I'd gladly return!

16/02/2026: Bad experience, a place that is part of the historic establishments, poorly maintained, not clean. We ordered zabaglione, half a glass arrived, a terrible glass with a saucer that had nothing to do with Lavazza cups. The cream requested on the side was very little and of poor quality. We asked for ladyfingers, they didn't have any, so they brought us three 1 cm long cat's tongues. Three for two????? We asked for three more. The total cost per person: €6.50 plus €2 plus €3. Honestly, you are no longer the historic place in Cavour!!!!

24/02/2026: Sunday, 10:30 a.m. The owner refuses to seat us despite the availability of space for four adults and two strollers. The reason: strollers are not permitted. I remind the business owner of Royal Decree No. 635 of May 6, 1940, the regulation for the implementation of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety (TULPS). Specifically, Article 187 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940 provides that, without prejudice to Articles 689 and 691 of the Criminal Code, business owners may not, without a legitimate reason, refuse to provide services to anyone who requests them and pays the price. This business has been reported.
