28/04/2025: Ieri mi sono recata per un aperitivo e e mi hanno portato un bicchiere di vino ribolla gialla giallamolto misero rispetto alla mia amica che ha ha preso rose! mi sono recata al bancone per chiedere spiegazioni e la ragazzetta bionda molto maleducatamente mi ha risposto che non era un prosecco ma che comunque mi avrebbe messo la dose giusta. Il problema è che aveva finito la bottiglia quindi era quello il problema mi ha messo quello che gli era rimasto nella bottiglia e grazie arrivederci non mi ha proposto di prendere un altro bicchiere che io gli ho detto lascia stare. Va va bene così ora di pagare l’ho pagato intero come gli altri quindi lo sconsiglio vivamente primo per la maleducazione e poi per il servizio mi spiace, ma la maleducazione no uno può sbagliare chiedere scusa ma la maleducazione no grazie

27/11/2024: Completely absent staff. I enter HELLO, no response, the bartender (owner perhaps) too busy scrolling through the home page of some social network, after a while he notices my presence and in a very pissed off mood asks me for the order (a hot litter) time to finish the sentence I go to sit down and I am told "we close at 5pm" so a good 40 minutes after my arrival... I reply saying that it wouldn't take me long and the bartender replies by saying "I'm telling you because I don't want any problems" BUT EXACTLY WHAT PROBLEMS? The only existing problem is that people leave at 5pm but with pleasure and never come back. Obviously Ciobar hot chocolate so nothing sensational.. Scandalous!!

20/04/2025: Excellent restaurant, really good food, kind and courteous service from the staff, we tried the lard and honey appetizer which was exceptional, I highly recommend it... Spaghetti with onions simple but simply fantastic

21/05/2025: When walking around Turin, it is essential to stop at least for a quick break at Fiorio, the city's historic café. Entering, you cross the threshold of History, welcomed by the precious and sophisticated atmosphere of this café, still at the highest levels today for everything you can taste here. Centrally located and just a few minutes from the city's main attractions, a visit to Fiorio is worth it at any time of day, and it is always a pleasure to spend time among the tables of this splendid Café!

11/05/2025: Uno schifo , piccioni sui tavoli all esterno , prezzi folli alcuni dei camerieri maleducati fa solo l estetica il resto è uno schifo dovrebbe chiudere un locale del genere per non parlare del resto che non posso dire ...non ci andate

09/04/2025: The Hugo was the best we've tasted in the city, but that unfortunately does not make up for the rest of our experience. For the price, I expected better snacks and service. The server was rude and didn't pay attention. And when I went inside to ask to go to the bathroom, they only said "Wait." and then ignored me. Not one of the three people I asked remembered to let me in when the bathroom became available. You can find the same quality and nicer staff for a lower price elsewhere. Lots and lots of pigeons.

26/05/2025: The structure is beautiful, the staff is kind. Lots of potential, but eating a standard-sized toast (the Maxi size is served in almost all places now) with cold ham and untoasted bread is not pleasant. Then to find out that you pay one euro more than average. Come on guys, you can do much better.

08/02/2025: Pleasant place for a stop in Val Varaita. Bookshop, cafe. sporting goods, gourmet items, etc. Nice and friendly hosts. Since 2024 the management has changed, it's a completely different thing!

17/05/2025: Very unpleasant service, poor quality of food and drinks and they bother everyone with the very loud music in the park. Too bad because the atmosphere would be nice

11/05/2025: Serious shortcomings in management. The bathrooms were dirty, without toilet paper and hand soap: an unacceptable situation, especially considering that, after reporting it, the response received was: "We've been asking for this for three weeks." An admission that highlights a total lack of organization and attention to hygiene. Furthermore, the pasta with meat sauce served to the children contained chilli pepper, an ingredient that should be clearly indicated, especially when it comes to meals intended for children. A detail that cannot be overlooked.

10/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante di cucina greca nei pressi della stazione Porta Nuova, piatti tipici e ampia possibilità di scelta. Il locale non è molto grande, ma abbastanza accogliente. Possibilità di mangiare anche all'esterno. Consigliato

21/12/2024: Sono stata qualche giorno fa in questo bar carino in piazza per fare un aperitivo tranquillo con una mia amica. Il personale è stato molto cordiale, ci ha servite subito e l'aperitivo era molto carino e vario, nonchè economico. Sono rimasta molto contenta.

20/01/2025: Locale grazioso con arredamento tipico da osteria di montagna. In sala il sug.Renzo molto cordiale, di una certa età un po' confusionario. Cibo buono anche se non eccellente, sinceramente avevo aspettative più alte. Porzioni sicuramente non da osteria ma da ristorante come anche i prezzi che tra l altro non si sanno fino al momento di pagare il conto in quanto non c'è un menù, le pietanze vengono elencate velocemente dal cameriere ...cosa a dir poco antipatica e non corretta. Vale una cena se si alloggia a Pragelato solo perché forse in zona non c'è di meglio ...non tornerei certo volutamente .
