24/07/2025: My kids and I happened to stop by this bar for some ice cream. We're not from the area. The guy at the counter greeted us with an incredible smile and even said good afternoon. We felt welcomed, and you could tell he loves his job and interacting with the public. Thanks, the snack tasted better.

15/02/2026: We waited 20 minutes, no one came to take our order even though there were 5 people behind the counter, we left, the staff was non-existent.

08/09/2025: What happened to Mappy after years of excellent service, professionalism, and courtesy? Oh yes, now I remember: the previous owners are gone. Tell your female staff (ONE, OBVIOUSLY, but unfortunately I can't be more specific) to smile more, speak politely, and go take a customer service course at the nearby McDonald's; even there, they're more polite. Above all, remind her that she's serving the public, not her cousin or neighbor. Some of the young people, even the very young ones, who work at the bar are truly delightful and alone would deserve 10 stars for their smile, manners, and politeness, but that's obviously not enough to keep going. Kudos, however, to those very young people (who are often complained about) who already possess values ​​and professionalism that adults sometimes deem unnecessary. Sorry. It's sad to see a family who opened the place and nurtured and raised it for years, from father to son, with dedication and sacrifice, turn into people who work just to make ends meet, angry with life, who won't even look you in the eye and wouldn't even want to be at a service station. A word of advice: if the public bothers you, stresses you out, or you don't even feel like smiling or responding politely, perhaps your ideal field is cleaning empty offices or apartment buildings at dawn. There's always demand there, give it a try.

13/02/2026: We found ourselves eating at this set menu bar/restaurant at lunchtime Monday through Friday while we were in the area. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the price was excellent. Since it was Friday, they even offered dessert for two, including a first course, second course, side dish, dessert, water, and coffee for a total of €30.

06/01/2026: *DISHONEST*: 01/06/26. Invited by a fisherman friend, I paid 60 euros for 4 hours for the fisherman, 2 hours for me, a card for the friend, and entry with a car. Rightly so, the man didn't give me the card because I wouldn't have gone any other times! When I left, a lady "forced" me to get the card. After 2 hours, my friend came out and charged him 6 euros for my card!! *SHAMEFUL*.... But in a few days I'll go back to talk face to face!! They'll have to explain to me why I didn't need to get a card for a single entry at the entrance, and when I left they forced my friend to pay 6 euros for my card!!

02/03/2026: We ordered a variety of food and drinks. I personally saw the waitress writing on the list, and it was correct. The bill they gave us was incorrect, and they didn't provide a receipt. I asked for clarification, and the waitress replied that the bill was indeed incorrect, but she had ordered an extra platter, which I wouldn't have asked for anyway because I'm vegetarian (regardless of the extra platter, the bill was still €6 higher). To justify herself, she said, "But you ate it anyway." (I explained that my mother ate it, and that the customer shouldn't be paying for the service error.) I tried to explain this several times, and her response was a grammatical correction and a very rude response, saying, "Are you coming to work for me on Sundays?" She gave me my money back, annoyed, and still didn't issue a receipt the second time either. Throughout all this, I kept saying I'd see what my colleague had written on the slip of paper, but strangely, they wouldn't produce it. Embarrassing.

15/07/2025: I stayed in Fara Novarese for 6 days and visited this excellent pastry shop/café every day. It was a truly pleasant discovery: excellent soy cappuccino and brioche, as well as a wide selection of other drinks and various pastries and cakes. The staff is courteous, professional, and welcoming. The place also has an outdoor space in the back, where I was able to work peacefully on my computer for a few hours. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely stop by again!

29/12/2025: The place was nice, but they made us wait an hour and a half for the food. Everything was terrible; the risotto with the milanesa was the worst, the meat was overcooked, like it was going to die. A bad experience.

28/12/2025: The food is average, nothing special. A humble waiter takes care of taking orders and bringing the food, he does everything himself. The price is reasonable for a restaurant in the center of Turin.

24/02/2026: I stopped by for the Carnival party and had a coffee. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the baristas were very nice. Plenty of space outside. I recommend it.
