The place is always nice both in winter indoors furnished as a "warm and woody" pub and in summer nice covered terrace with many well-kept plants! 04/08/2025: I stayed full board for a week, and I really enjoyed it! The price was more than fair, the staff were always available, the rooms were clean, there was private parking, and I can only give the food a 10! Abundant, fresh, and super tasty! The staff: a 10, very kind, super helpful, and super fast, I felt at home! I would gladly return; in fact, if I'm within a 20-30 km radius, I know where to stay! Thank you so much for everything!

10/07/2025: For years now, if I'm in the area for work, even if I have to travel a bit to get there, it doesn't matter. Il Cascinale is like being at home; with the owner, we laugh and joke, yes, the food is really good, the breakfast is also good, the rooms have comfortable beds.

03/07/2025: Caffè sceccherato molto buona la prima volta pagato 2.50 euro con vaniglia la seconda volta 3.50 le chiedo perché costa di più di un euro mi dice che si è sbagliato la volta prima che con il liquore costa di più l ho guardato gli ho detto ma io l ho preso alla vaniglia ma il prezzo non e cambiato ci sono rimasta male tra l altro nel listino vicino la cassa non c e il prezzo del caffè sceccherato comunque so che il caffè con la vaniglia costa meno rispetto a uno con il liquore

15/09/2025: We often have breakfast there before hitting the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The croissants are really good, well-baked and not overly sweet.

25/08/2025: On our last day of vacation, we decided to have breakfast at Bar Monviso, since we hadn't been able to the previous days due to hiking and tiredness, and it seemed like a nice place to try! The staff weren't smiling, but they were young and we figured they needed to grow up. We ordered two cappuccinos and two croissants, filled with cream on the spot. The cappuccino was lukewarm 🤐 and the croissants, probably from the day before, tasted and had the same texture as packaged ones. For almost 7 euros, you could do so much better. What a shame! 🤨

23/07/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance with my partner. The restaurant is very, very good, with fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back.

04/03/2025: Great après ski bar - great bands and DJ’s… the staff are fantastic and serve you at table so beer keeps flowing. They also throw in nibbles too which is just what you need after a great day skiing

03/09/2025: The food is very good, but this is the second time I've been left empty-handed: a year ago, I found it closed for vacation; today, despite not being closed (that is, Thursday), without any notice, it was still closed. The disappointment is especially bitter if you cycle up to the center of Avigliana (a 9% grade on cobblestones) after climbing the Braida hill.
