11/06/2026: I bought some pastries. I wanted 400 grams, but the clerk wasn't sure why they were Colombian. In the end, they were 750 grams, but the worst thing is that they're absolutely no good at all, I'd say disgusting, both the whipped cream, the chantilly creams too huge for Turin tradition, the mini babas that were inedible, maybe old, I don't know... these are pastries to be avoided, at least as far as FRESH pastries are concerned...

21/02/2026: I just went for a coffee at this beautiful café on Corso Racconigi. I was delighted to meet Laura and Luca, the guys who used to own the tobacco shop downstairs from my house. They were, as always, kind, professional, friendly, and helpful! I was so happy to be recognized immediately ❤️
A top-notch place, decorated with great style, lovely background music, excellent coffee, and a wide selection of sweet and savory treats in the window. What can I say? From now on, this will be my go-to bar for Saturday lunches. ❤️

*I'm editing my review from 4 years ago; it's even better now. I was particularly impressed by some things, like the sashimi, the salmon carpaccio with salsa, or the uramaki with Philadelphia and grilled salmon (although everything was fantastic). Kudos to the chefs.

15/05/2026: A couple of nights ago, I discovered this pub near my house, and I have to say, the farinata is delicious, crispy on the edges, flavorful enough to make you want more, not to mention the craft beer. I drank "Firewitch IPA," "I recommend it," "excellent." The pizzas are pan-fried, crispy on the edges, thick and tasty.
I ordered speck and Brie, and my daughter ordered sausage. We were immediately greeted by the girl, very polite and kind, and the atmosphere was magical. I will definitely be back!!

12/09/2025: This ice cream shop has been open for many years, but over time it has lost quality. There's Romana, Grom, etc. The ice cream isn't bad, but unfortunately, it's not up to par with the others. It's a real shame, but they can't live up to their standards.
25/07/2025: I've known Gelateria Testa since I moved to the city many years ago. I often go there in the winter for the hot chocolate with cream, which is always a guarantee. I've also tried the gelato and was very pleased. I asked the staff for advice on pairings and they invited me to try the unique and intense "after height" flavor, which I paired with melon: a combination I loved.
The atmosphere is welcoming and spacious, making it comfortable even during the busiest times. The cones are competitively priced, the cream is always delicious, and the quality is consistent year-round.
A solid gelato shop with a wide and carefully curated selection. Definitely worth a visit.
