There are tons of games to choose from, and if you're unfamiliar with them, the staff is always available to explain the rules and recommend the best one for you. You can also grab a bite to eat during the evening: sandwiches and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back!

22/07/2026: A truly unique place to spend an evening unlike any other! 🎲 La Città del Gioco is perfect if you want to have fun with friends: there are tons of board games to choose from, and the staff is always available to explain the rules. The atmosphere is simple and casual, very welcoming, ideal for unplugging from your phone and enjoying the moment with friends. The food is good, and there's a good selection of sandwiches and drinks, perfect for a non-heavy evening. The real highlight, however, is the staff: friendly, helpful, and truly approachable, they make you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended for evenings with friends, birthdays, or simply when you want to do something different.

Once we arrived, we sat at a table where the stroller wasn't in the way. After a while, the owner arrived and asked us to move. He set up a table for us on the sloping sidewalk, isolating us from the rest of the place, claiming the one we were sitting at had been reserved (no one ever showed up). After a bit of a wait, he came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. Since it was our first time, I naively asked for a menu, and he replied, "I make the menu." Given the concept of the place, which I immediately grasped, it's acceptable, but I think it would be appropriate to announce the prices verbally once the bottle is brought to the table. While we're in a trendy area of ​​Milan, customers have the right to be informed of the price before choosing what to drink. We decided not to order anything from the menu because, in my opinion, while it was undoubtedly delicious, it was too expensive for an aperitivo. When it came time to pay, the owner didn't say a word, just punched in the amount on the POS, took the payment, and off we went, barely a hello. To sum up, the quality of the wine was certainly excellent, the concept of the place is also in line with that area of ​​Milan, and they certainly know a lot about wine, but I think that a place needs to feel welcomed first and foremost. I won't be returning because I felt very condescending and left out; I assumed it was because they prefer not to have children, and that really upsets me. In fact, both my partner and I are respectful people who don't want to bother anyone. As soon as the baby cried a bit, he moved away with the stroller so as not to disturb anyone, and we also didn't say anything to a person smoking at the next table, even though it wasn't the best.
