Unfortunately, breakfast bar staff need to learn how to make cappuccinos and listen! I always have to get cold cappuccinos because they can't make them without foam. It's very easy to make, just place a spoon in front of the milk container's spout and it comes out without foam. If you want, I'll teach you for FREE. 😂
