08/08/2026: I was surprised. They had vegan options. They offered delicious appetizers for free. Away from the busiest and most touristy part. Friendly service. Right by the river, peaceful and welcoming.

14/07/2026: Both the coffee and the chocolate were very good. The clerks were not at all welcoming: no greeting upon entry, no greeting upon exit. Busy chatting among themselves, they clearly didn't have time to attend to the customers, whom they handled hastily, almost as if trying to get out of the way. What a shame.

09/03/2026: I went to this place on a Friday night with my friends, and it was a rather unpleasant experience for everyone. When we ordered, we were met by an inexperienced waiter who had to go back to the kitchen for every question. It was only 9:00 PM, and she informed us that some of the beers we'd ordered, as well as all the sandwiches and vegetables, were sold out. Unfortunately, I'm celiac and could only have the plated meat and vegetables (except for the potatoes, since they decide to gratinate them, making them inedible for us celiacs), and a friend of mine doesn't eat meat, so instead of the salmon sandwich and vegetables, they offered Asiago with scallops, which I won't even comment on here. The accompanying bread that my friends requested and didn't spontaneously bring was clearly defrosted (warm on the outside and cold on the inside). It's certainly not a good image to be without essential ingredients on a Friday night and at a common dinner time. I do not recommend the place, especially to those with dietary restrictions who have to rule out half the menu right away.

02/08/2026: We tried it on a weekend in late July, so it wasn't packed. For appetizers, we ordered three purple shrimp and the Milanese taco, which was really good and probably my favorite dish. Next, we ordered the lobster roll and the tartare burger (the kindness of serving it without stracciatella, as requested, was much appreciated). The lobster roll was good, but for €36, we expected something truly exceptional. Personally, the ones I eat in the United States still have the edge in terms of both flavor and size. The fries are frozen; fresh ones would have been a plus. We finished with a selection of desserts (tiramisu, tart, and sorbets). Drinking only water, we spent about €55 per person: a bit expensive considering the overall experience. The location is right in the center of Milan, in the Brera neighborhood. The staff is also worthy of mention: friendly and helpful; we enjoyed lingering to chat with them.

28/07/2026: I booked through The Fork. I ordered the mixed raw fish for the modest sum of €40, for a decidedly inadequate portion (note the size of the lemon wedge for comparison). The scampi and shrimp were tiny, and the oyster had grains of sand. With a glass of Ribolla Gialla, water, and a cover charge, I spent €55 alone. The worst part, however, happened later. I left a review on The Fork, and the restaurant cancelled my reservation three times, as if I'd never shown up, so the review wouldn't be published. It's easy to get high ratings if you delete all the negative reviews... This behavior, in my opinion, is truly unfair and unpleasant. In ten years of using the app, I've never experienced such behavior. Never again.

15/06/2026: Perfect for an aperitif!! A pitcher of 9 spritzes for €65, a delicious buffet (hard to find these days), and a top-notch location. Very friendly staff! I hope to return soon ❤️

20/05/2026: Now, every time I go to work at the Policlinico, I stop here for a good coffee and croissant. The coffee is served quickly and always accompanied by a glass of water. The delicious croissants and the clean place make everything even better. Newspapers and television are available. Very polite and friendly staff.

05/07/2026: I wanted to find a good bar to drink a few before he'd9 and I discovered this gin bar with wayyyyy too many gins (and I love gin). The staff there (potentially owner) served me and I basically said surprised me and he indeed. If you're a gin lover and wants to have a chill drink. Bloody come here. It's awesome. You will surely find something you enjoy ❤️
