29/08/2025: I won't dwell on the quality of the gelato because it's also good. I'm giving it one star because I don't think I've ever seen a day when they respected the opening hours. Rainy days are fine, but even perfectly normal days, and I'd still be there for three hours and it was already closed. You can get excellent quality, but if you don't respect the opening hours, you're not going to get much use out of it. I advise anyone who wants to try it to call before finding themselves closed 2-3 hours early.

05/08/2025: It's 10:38 PM on a Tuesday night and the ice cream shop is closed, so they wave me away. The time in the photo, however, suggests otherwise. A word of warning to anyone who decides to get ice cream here in the future.

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

05/10/2025: A nice place with old Art Nouveau wooden furnishings, but chemically treated pastries and mediocre cappuccino. There's a complete lack of restrooms for customers, which I thought was illegal by now. You can't have mediocre establishments in Bellagio with tourists from all over the world.

03/05/2025: Tavolo prenotato per colazione nel weekend da sempre! Staff impeccabile e professionale soprattutto il direttore Federico con il quale è sempre un piacere scambiare due parole! Qualità eccellente dalle colazioni a pranzi e aperitivi. Consigliatissimo!

17/04/2025: Esta ubicación de la histórica Paticceria Marchesi fue una experiencia elegante cenando con una decoración inspirada en Prada y un servicio profesional. El panettone de temporada y los capuccinos estaban deliciosos.

16/10/2025: Terrible cutlet sandwich, tasteless, and cream puff from the day before. Seeing the waitress wiping the tables with her hand was the best.

13/10/2025: The food is really good, no complaints about the quality. However, for a bar, the prices are definitely too high. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the value for money isn't good: the location and the service don't justify the price. Honestly, it's not a place I'd happily return to—I've spent less in a restaurant than here, and the food from the rotisserie was only reheated.

11/10/2025: Very high prices if you went to Via Caracciolo for lunch in a restaurant you would have paid less I paid twice for the table service because we had seconds of croissants something never seen before bar in need of renovation is located almost in the tunnel experience I would not recommend to anyone shame because they ruin the friendliness and good prices of Naples no service

24/04/2025: Estuvimos parando en Varenna por unas noches, así que usamos la extensa red de ferrys para visitar más pueblos alrededor del lago que incluía este en mennagio. Hermoso lugar con este café que tenía asientos al aire libre con vistas a la plaza pavimentada. Tuvimos un peroni cada uno a € 5 , luego un panini de jamón & ensalada de queso a € 7 cada uno servido por personal amable.

22/04/2025: Buen restaurante con precio razonable, verduras frescas hizo todo mejor. Fuimos a Menaggio coincidencia y luego encontramos este lugar.

10/10/2025: We came in for two coffees and to use the bathroom, only my husband, and for that we paid the extra fee. I can honestly say I've never seen such a dirty bar in my life!!! When we arrived, there was a very elderly lady sitting outside touching her bare feet with her hands. I never would have thought she'd be the one serving us! 😏 Household cups and spoons rinsed under the faucet, and the lady with visibly dirty hands only cleaned hers after making us coffee! While I was waiting, I also noticed the used and rinsed plastic cups. We were looking for a toilet, and we found a toilet of a bar.

17/08/2025: The woman served us creamy coffee in a small plastic cup, then charged an exorbitant price. When we asked to pay by card, she told us it wasn't possible and that she had told us in advance (a lie). We also asked to use the restroom, but she said it was out of order. A terrible experience, not recommended.

01/10/2025: Excellent fresh coffee, roasted and ground by them. Great bar. I've been coming there all my life. Well done. The best coffee in Varese.

24/09/2025: They make fun of lactose intolerant or vegan customers.

04/10/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and well-organized for events. The quality of the products is truly excellent.

28/09/2025: It used to be a great pastry shop, the best in the city, but now it's surviving on its ashes. The atmosphere is old, in need of renovation, the quality of the products has plummeted, and prices have skyrocketed. I went back because everything is closed on Mondays, but I didn't expect the quality to be so low. The staff is subpar, untrained, and unprofessional. I bought some miniature pastries. They're sold by the piece, not by weight. When I got home, I found fewer than I paid for. Plus, the pastries were days old. The fruit ones were today's, the cannoli at least yesterday's, and the cream puffs 2-3 days old. The dough was dry and the cream puffs spoiled. Sorry, never again.

12/10/2025: I had a good experience. Even though it was rush hour and it was a bit crowded, the staff was friendly and professional. The prices weren't excessive.

12/10/2025: Excellent service, reasonable price/quality, friendly staff. Even though I had dietary/allergy issues, they accommodated us. Very satisfied.

22/10/2025: Terrible food and the tables inside are cramped. There wasn’t enough space for a pizza and salad. Pizza was terrible and the salad not much better. Skip this place!

13/10/2025: I don't recommend this place: the servers were rude, the pizzas (admittedly not too expensive) were bad, the Buffalo salad was disconcertingly simple. In short, definitely avoid!

14/07/2025: The barmaids are always pissed off...never a smile...how sad...the Capuccis don't know how to do it...no! No!

06/10/2025: A regular Monday spot, excellent spritz, and super friendly staff, always smiling and friendly!

25/09/2025: A friend of mine and I ate here at Pablito on Thursday the 25th. The girls were wonderful throughout. Excellent platters!
