14/03/2026: With a €40,000 Panigale in the dining room and not even a waiter checking that the chairs are clean, not even an apology, shameful.

14/03/2026: DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Such a HORRIBLE restaurant is located in such a beautiful location... The staff is a NIGHTMARE. It's dirty... the staff's belongings are scattered around the tables - computers, bags, backpacks. When I commented on the dirty place, the bartender said: "It's not my fault..." In short, it's just awful. DISGUSTING.

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place suddenly closed its doors after Easter and never reopened. I don't understand why it's still listed as open, with opening hours included. I even asked the shop next door if they knew what had happened, since I used to go there occasionally until the sudden closure, but they couldn't tell me anything.

25/02/2026: A typical tourist trap, avoid it at all costs. We ordered two Spritzes, listed at €14. We were served two large glasses, and we thought that for €14 it was reasonable… But when we got to the till: €44 for two Spritzes! No clear explanation, the staff tried to make excuses rather than take responsibility. We had to pay anyway. Then, €15 for frozen "calenoni" (only 3 pieces in it…). The menu advertised pizza, but what arrived at the table looked more like a basic little pinsa than a real pizza. The olive oil left on the table had a really unpleasant taste. The service was terrible and particularly slow. The wait was excessive from beginning to end. The waiter came to clear our plates even though we hadn't finished. Prices are far too high for the quality offered. Clearly overpriced considering what is served. In short, mediocre quality, exorbitant prices, and questionable practices. The worst tourist trap we've ever experienced. I strongly advise against it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

07/12/2025: We had an aperitif, as we sometimes do, and sat in the last room upstairs. It would be appreciated if the floor were cleaned every now and then and dusted. The service and drinks were good. Thanks.

27/02/2026: Overpriced, terrible manager, and probably a sham business to hide something. It's probably not profitable. I got diarrhea from his dish.

06/12/2025: The food and waiter service were terrible. Going to the bathroom was a rip-off, and on top of that, they lied about the prices to squeeze a few extra euros. A tourist scam.

14/03/2026: A very basic bar with very high prices: €2 for a plain coffee due to table service, while a basic piadina costs €9. Considering the lack of attention to detail in the place and the quality of the coffee, it's a pretty ridiculous price. It's also very cold in the place, and the windows are always open. Overall, I felt a lack of attention to service and quality, considering the price charged.

08/03/2026: We decided to have an aperitivo while waiting to go to the theater. Three spritzes, mostly ice, and a paltry platter for three people, consisting of just a few cubes of pizza and three olives, without a hint of cured meat or cheese, totaling €45.00. A total rip-off! Plus, the place was shabby and the staff rude. I regret not having read the reviews before going in!

10/03/2026: It's a nicely located cafe, the coffee and cakes are good, however they have double the prices if you stay and get a "to go". Aperol Spritz for €13 is a bad joke, moreover when a little further from the Duomo it was €7, "to go" even for €4.90. I would definitely not visit again just because of the price. In Milan you need to watch the prices, the operators are guilty of the fact that there are a lot of tourists in the city.

13/10/2025: I went to breakfast on Sunday morning with my husband. The girl at the cash register was annoyed and didn't even fake a smile. We politely asked for two coffees and two croissants, paid, and went to the girl at the coffee machine, which was practically a copy of the first one. She didn't smile, but was very annoyed!!! I worked in a bar until 15 days ago and NEVER greeted a customer with such an attitude, without ever smiling... not even after a bad day or a terrible awakening!! The coffees were placed on the counter even though we had asked for a tray... we asked for it and managed to put the cups and croissants down ourselves. If you don't want to interact with people, find another job... not all of us are predisposed to do this!!! Empathy should come first, even if you can encounter annoying customers... the service wasn't excellent. We definitely won't be returning!!

26/02/2026: BAD! Stay away! This evening at 6:15 PM I came in with my two grown children, 10 and 13, after having been for a snack at a place where they make pancakes with a courtesy and kindness that this tobacco shop doesn't even know! I got water and would have had a coffee, also so that my parents and kids could use the bathroom too. I asked for coffee and water first and then the bathroom. The person I asked whispered to the owner and they told me the bathroom was occupied... OK, let's drink the water, it's open, let it be free. The bartender, the only kind one at least I think, told me he'd wait to bring it because I needed to use the services. A few minutes passed and I went to see if the bathroom was free and saw the door ajar with a girl who was practically finished, and then the owner came over and told me I had to wait because the bathroom wasn't free. In a very rude way, the girl inside said to me, "It's free, it's free!" At this point, I wanted to argue loudly, but I was with my kids and avoided it. I paid for the water and left. Outside, I explained what had happened to the guys, and from inside, the bartender noticed that I definitely wasn't happy. Terrible! Terrible service! Rating: 0

12/12/2025: I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable bar with excellent staff and a wide range of lottery and SuperEnalotto services, as well as specialized assistance for IQOS and GLO devices. Plus, the lunch and its quality are extraordinary.

31/01/2026: I lived in Lecco for a few years and came here twice in total; each time, the owner's face looked like someone just returned from a funeral. When I learned that today was their last day open, I took a photo inside. The owner, hiding behind the counter, muttered, "Why does she have to take a photo?" Of course: to document how miserable your café's last day is—what other reason could there be? 😂😂😂That such a gloomy and backward café is closing as soon as possible is a great blessing for the people of Lecco.

17/02/2026: Had to rush in to use the bathroom and got caught in exactly what everyone has described. Our kids were already eating their gelatos when we found out about the exorbitant service fee. 3 small gelatos, 2 small pastries and a water for 35 euros. They added it up 3 times for 3 different amounts- even they couldn’t keep their ‘service fees straight’. Please avoid at all costs!!

24/01/2026: Greeted at the door with a look of annoyance. No smile, no "thank you," no "you're welcome"... In short, no normal, usual, civilized welcome. Two stars only for the two hot chocolates I ordered.

And unfortunately it will close this end of the year... So avoid writing reviews hahahaha... I'm doing it because this place is not only beautiful, but I'm sad that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close. But here it is 🤣😂😂🤣 it kills me... I think that a place that is forced to close because they don't renew the lease can unfortunately be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. You're attached to this Cell on 24 for useless things, every now and then use it wisely.

01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.
