11/05/2026: 🇪🇸 A place clearly focused on quick tourist turnover rather than quality. Overpriced for a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Coca-Cola and was served a draft Pepsi, still charged €7 for it—a detail that pretty much sums up the place's philosophy. The food was also underwhelming: very poor flavors and a quality far below what you can easily find in Milan, even in much simpler and more honest places. 13/08/2025: Super cute place right in the heart of Carmine. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Their aperitivo is really good and filling, with excellent ingredients and pairings.

22/07/2025: I'm increasingly shocked by the prices at this bar: I asked for a bottle of water, they brought me the 0.25 one, and I paid €3 for it!!! Shame on me.

14/07/2025: Cosa dire? Da A Nini, il crudo non tradisce mai. La loro tartare mista di pesce, nella sua semplicità è la cosa più buona che io desideri gustare, ogni volta che vado lì. Crudo top...personale super attento e presente. Grazie mille sempre e continuate così.

12/07/2025: Su consiglio di un amico cliente abituale siamo stati a mangiare in questo meraviglioso locale che con la mente ti fa quasi credere di essere al mare. Le porzioni sono abbondantissime da mangiarci in 2. La qualità ottima ed il personale gentile.

23/07/2025: Another sad case of getting fooled for not reading the reviews first. A smooth talking waiter lured us to sit at one of the caffe tables. My wife said she wanted an ice cream. He directed her to a window where the ice creams - and the prices - were displayed. She ordered a pistachio ice cream listed at 8 Euro. ( a bit expensive, we thought , but we wanted to treat her) When the bill came, we were charged … 17 Euros. We asked the waiter and he said that 8 euros was the price if we had ordered at the window. As we ordered from him there was another price in another book ( that he told us we should have asked for ???) We travelled to Bolzano and to Merano and never had any such cheap trick pulled on us in any restaurant. For a few extra Euros, do the Dante cafe realize they give a bad name to an entire industry in a certain country ? And the worst of it, they carry the name of the greatest Italian poet. They should change their name to cafe Zanni in order to match their practices.

23/07/2025: Like many reviews on here, we got took by the offers at the table. It is a tourist trap and like others on here took the L offered. But our coke was like 4 cokes normally at $3.50€ each so the $17€ is ok if you can drink 4 cokes…lol. Food was very good (2/3 as mine was ok) but also bit on the add ons offered, another $32€ which isn’t really worth it. And the location was great on the patio looking at a 600 year old castle. If you stay at a regular drink and don’t add garlic toast and cheese the price is the same. Be aware of the upgrades they offer and lunch will be a normal price and of good quality.

14/04/2025: We ate both first and second courses and everything was very good...prices were normal, Jessica and Alessandra were our very kind and helpful waitresses...I recommend it...
