10/04/2025: I only went here tonight for a bottle of cold sparkling water. The young bartender was very rude and rude, not even having respect for a lady like me, who entered with a smile. He slammed it on the counter in a rude way and when he left he didn't respond to my greeting. I will never set foot there again and I do not recommend it.

13/12/2024: A friend of mine and I arrive around 3pm and we sit at the tables outside, there is a sign that says "table service from 12 to 4pm": good, we're in for it. We remained seated for about 5 minutes and were spotted several times by the staff (it wasn't that full). After more time has passed I decide to go in to order and I ask the waitress at the cash register, kindly, "there is table service, right?", hoping that once I ordered I could go and sit down again. Needless to say, I received a sarcastic and annoyed response “I'll give you the tray and you take it to you? :))))” while I was watching the waiter serving cappuccinos and chocolates to a table of people. I'm only sorry for the boy at the counter who was very nice and kind, but I felt EMBARRASSED by the treatment given to me by the lady who, evidently and reading the other reviews, has been waking up in a bad mood for years. Service cannot be evaluated because it is non-existent, or at least for younger customers "who can make do and bring their own tray" Thank you and, if I come back, will you clean my shoes and even light a cigarette for me, thank you.

28/03/2025: Un locale che potrebbe essere carino ma assolutamente non pulito e soprattutto tutto il personale poco gentile, arrogante e presuntuoso. Sono spesso a Crema ma in questo locale non ci metterò mai più piede (e spero vivamente che il titolare mi dia una risposta a questa recensione così ne sente delle belle) . Entrato per prendere un cappuccino e una brioche, mentre stavo guardando il banco mi sono sentito dire: se si siede perché sta lì in piedi? Ho risposto semplicemente che volevo scegliere le brioches e la risposta è stata: le può scegliere anche stando seduto. Ho chiesto un cappuccino ben caldo ed era tiepido e in più il piattino della brioche era assolutamente troppo piccolo e la brioche tutta fuori dal piattino. Pessimo!

19/01/2025: Terribile è un complimento....se potessi non darei neanche una stella, i miei hanno comprato una torta che appena abbiamo portato a casa e aperto era stantia e con sapore di vecchio. L'indomani siamo tornati a far presente che la torta era immangiabile. Il titolare con modo arrogante e spocchioso si è totalmente rifiutato di cambiarci la torta. Noi abbiamo buttato 20 euro ma lui ha perso tanti clienti dal momento che sia io sia la mia famiglia e amici non ci torneremo mai più....siete inqualificabili!!!! Inoltre il locale è molto sporco.....

10/04/2025: One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. the only "welcoming" thing was the glacial silence at the entrance. No one to pay attention to you, no one to accompany you to the table: you are alone. Or almost. Because one of the managers enjoys gossiping about the customers behind their backs with derisive and ungraceful tones, perhaps believing he is invisible. A sad spectacle. The place is dirty: glasses with strange patinas and previous stains from other people's lips, neglected atmosphere. The rotten salad seemed to have come straight out of a compost bin. The menage (oil, vinegar, salt) was unpresentable: greasy bottles, decanted oil of dubious origin, light years away from any extra virgin. And then the wine: watered down, lacking in flavor and dignity. An affront to the palate and to common sense. In short: non-existent quality, unpleasant environment, unacceptable behavior of the staff. An experience to be carefully avoided. Unfriendly staff, dirty glasses, and rotten salad served as if it were fresh. One of the staff members mocked customers behind their backs—completely unprofessional. The olive oil was suspicious, the wine watered down, and the overall quality was terrible. A truly disappointing experience.

03/04/2025: Do not waste your money here. What a bad experience. Gruff and rude service and the food was terrible. The pesto pasta was swimming in oil and salt. Likewise was the tuna and olive pasta. The man behind the counter was very unhappy I didn't have cash, he ran my card very reluctantly.

14/04/2025: Never again.... after having witnessed a scene on Sunday 13th April from the elderly lady with glasses (always rude) towards one of her colleagues. She was really rude and mean and then in front of the customers. Bad example for those who are learning. We customers at the cash register felt really uncomfortable. From regular customer to lost customer. It's a shame because the coffee is very good but it's who is behind the counter who makes the difference.

25/01/2025: Szału co prawda nie było, ale moja pasta 4 formaggi smakowała dokładnie tak, jak się tego spodziewałam. Może ciut bardziej austriacko niż włosko, ale może być.

27/12/2024: Un vero schifo appena entrata apparte che una bottiglietta di acqua(la più economica in vendita norda)ci e costata due euro...due caffè 2.90€ andando poi in bagno uno schifo sporciz ovunque ...ma perché nn chiudete se vi dovete fare i soldi e avere un locale da schifo...

12/01/2025: Desde el exterior, este lugar se ve fantástico. Bien situado, de buen gusto y sofisticado. Lamentablemente los profesionales paran allí. El personal no era particularmente agradable y el servicio era deficiente. El menú que recibimos para la comida solo tenía sándwiches listados. Nos dijeron que también hacen pizza, pasta en salsa de tomate, lasaña y algunas otras pastas, pero no hay menú o precios! Decidimos simplemente pedir una bebida como se sentía un poco de bandera roja, ambiente de trampa turística. Las 2 colas de coca salieron en vasos gruesos, rayados y sin paja. Los baños eran terribles, sin asientos, unisex y necesitan una reforma seria. Una pena como este lugar podría hacer tan bien teniendo en cuenta su ubicación central y posicionamiento.

05/04/2025: Rude owner at the cash register, the waiter had made a mistake in taking the order, and I had to pay more due to their mistake. The checkout clerk, after explaining what had happened, thought I was making fun of him and responded with jokes. I do not recommend it for less serious staff.

17/12/2024: Rude and incorrect. I asked for a medium beer and they served me a glass that did not reach the 0.4 liter mark. I go to pay the requested 5 euros and they didn't even give me the receipt.

15/04/2025: La ragione per cui lo reputo il miglior panificio di Milano, anche se in realtà preparano pure ottimi piatti da asporto, è che oltre al pane buonissimo vantano a mio avviso delle focacce eccezionali, da quella genovese a quella con cipolle, oltre a delle pizze incredibili e a degli ottimi dolci. Se potessi comprerei casa vicino a loro solo per poterci andare ogni giorno, invece che solo il sabato..

22/02/2025: Maravilloso servicio que fuimos muy bien recibidos, tratamos de pedir en italiano y el personal nos ayudó a aprender los nombres de los diferentes pasteles. Era de excelente calidad y delicioso.
