11/10/2025: A dump, bathrooms straight out of a horror movie, and rude staff.

30/09/2025: Today, Tuesday, September 30th, at 5:45 PM, my partner and I sat outside in the square on the terrace, and after 5 minutes I saw someone who looked like the manager of the place arrive. We ordered two hot teas and, if possible, some biscuits to accompany them. After 10 minutes, a black waiter arrived and brought us two very small teapots and a small plate with two biscuits of the same size! (A measly 4cm diameter biscuit each) and they charged us €1 for each biscuit. I felt so pissed off that I left both biscuits on the table and we got up and left this ridiculous place. Never again!

18/11/2025: A hot chocolate and a shortcrust pastry cost 11 euros! I asked if the bill was incorrect, and an arrogant and rude waitress told me: "If you think that's a lot, go to another bar next time." They deserve to close.

15/11/2025: Expensive for what they offer. I hadn't even finished and I was already clearing the table.

10/12/2025: The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is delicious.

09/12/2025: One glass of Prosecco costs €13, which feels quite high considering the many better-priced places nearby. The staff are friendly, but the owner may want to reconsider the current pricing policy.

09/11/2025: The cashier was rude during payment, paying €4.30 for a frappé is a bit excessive considering it's a small glass.

13/10/2025: I went to breakfast on Sunday morning with my husband. The girl at the cash register was annoyed and didn't even fake a smile. We politely asked for two coffees and two croissants, paid, and went to the girl at the coffee machine, which was practically a copy of the first one. She didn't smile, but was very annoyed!!! I worked in a bar until 15 days ago and NEVER greeted a customer with such an attitude, without ever smiling... not even after a bad day or a terrible awakening!! The coffees were placed on the counter even though we had asked for a tray... we asked for it and managed to put the cups and croissants down ourselves. If you don't want to interact with people, find another job... not all of us are predisposed to do this!!! Empathy should come first, even if you can encounter annoying customers... the service wasn't excellent. We definitely won't be returning!!

02/01/2025: So the funny thing about those who leave a negative review. And they are really silly, no offense.. also because 🤣😂😂😂 the place is closing and so they don't care anymore And unfortunately it will close this end of the year .. So avoid making reviews ahahahha... I do it because this place is not only beautiful but I'm sorry that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close But here 🤣😂😂🤣 it makes me die .. I think that a place that is forced to close because they don't renew the rental contract could unfortunately be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. You are attached to this Cell on 24 for useless things every now and then use it intelligently

01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

15/09/2025: Terrible experience. We stopped at this bar only because we had a dog and wanted a place with outdoor seating. The owner was arrogant and stern, peering at the tables from the counter with a disturbing expression. The prices were exorbitant, and the cappuccino and coffee were watered down and practically undrinkable. Never again...the only saving grace is your location in the heart of Lecco.

28/11/2025: Two of us badmouthing our colleagues, a bottle of water for 2.90 cents to pay in cash. While talking nonsense with my colleague, he drops the euro already in the till, and I have to give him 3.90 because they're sleeping standing up. Embarrassing

18/07/2025: El servicio era horrible y la comida era mala el precio de la comida es muy alto por la mala calidad la oferta Le pedí que cambiara la ensalada por papas fritas y el camarero se olvidó y fue grosero cuando dije que le pedí y él simplemente irrumpió con el plato Me parece muy grosero cuando pagas 30 +€ por carne de res o salmón que saben muy mal btw que el servicio al menos compensaría Le pedí que trajera un poco de papas fritas, en lugar de eso tomaron el plato, lo que significa que la comida se enfriaría solo para agregar unas papas fritas. Tardé siglos en traer la comida para mi hija Le pedí un filete medio cocido y me lo trajeron bien hecho más... No hay salsa con nada, así que solo añadimos un poco de aceite de oliva al gusto, ya que era muy malo comer

16/04/2025: Non capisco perché ci debba essere quasi sempre la seguente proporzione: zona turistica =trappola per Turisti. Ho ordinato una Caesar salad così composta: insalata verde, 3 e dico 3 pezzettini di tacchino (?), 4 acciughe e salsa, uno spritz pessimo, 30 euro. Passi il conto… Ma il cibo è scandaloso

22/11/2025: DO NOT COME HERE, THIS IS A SCAM! as you can see, I ordered a pasta and a drink. In the menu, it’s €8 for the pasta and drink should be around €6-€7 at most per the menu. But when we paid, owner said it’s additional €2 for each food item due to “service”. He then said my drink was €8. Insane. My friend ordered the pudding twice which on menu is €4.5 but then charged her extra €1 each for the “service”. They charged us extra €5 too, because when we calculated, it’s about €31, but he charged us €36. Idk where the extra €5 comes from but probably for service again. Lots of service charges it seems. Food portion also small. The attitude of staff was bad as well. I asked the waitress what’s a nice drink she said “everything is nice”. Then I asked her which specifically is recommended, she said “I don’t know what you like” and asked if I like ginger or no ginger then I said no ginger and she just throw me one random drink on the menu. Horrible. They provide no receipt so you can’t see hidden charges. Do not patronise. They are SCAMMERS.

22/11/2025: SUSPICIOUS, FISHY & LIKELY A SCAM! not even worth 1*. both foreigners & locals are victims it seem. the reviews were right, i regretted not reading before dining in. the menu prices seem cheaper compared to the surrounding nearer to milan cathedral, but it does not includes “service charges” when i confronted the male owner about the price breakdown, he seem very defensive and angry. we bought 4 items - priced at $8, $8, $4.50, $4.50. total should be $25 without “service charges”. our total was $36 with service charge. that means the service charge was $36-$25=$11. 💀 look here, i understand service charge for dining in. but when i asked him for service charge breakdown, he said the fruit punch shake & pasta were $2 each. second photo item was $1. our total for service charge should be $2x2 + $1x2 = $6. how come were we charged $11 instead of $6 for service??? ridiculous. it seem like they came up with random service charges pricing depending on how gullible their customer looks. more suspicious stuffs: at first i was told that the service charge for the second photo item was $0.50. after that he said $1. why is the service charge price for the same item different at two different times i asked? my friend was dumb and did not ask for milkshake prices before ordering them (menu does not show prices for the fruit punch shake) it shows at the bottom of menu $3.5~ and onwards for different sizes i think?? but somehow her medium drink was $8??? ask for price first before ordering! but ill suggest better not come in the first place. the female older waiter also was not professional and said she does not know what to recommend, saying “i dont know your taste” when my friend asked for recommendations. you work here but dont know what is nice?? imagine paying 11$ “service charge” for this bs. investigations needs to be launched on this outlet.

14/09/2025: Bad experience. I went to lunch with my boyfriend, and he went to order a vegetarian platter for me at the counter. My platter was completely different from what was on the menu. They didn't say anything like, "We don't have these products, but we can make a different platter anyway," absolutely nothing. I found myself eating things I didn't want to eat. When confronted, they didn't comment, but explained it away as "a fit of fantasy." Oh, and as if that weren't enough, there was a hair on the Parmesan cubes.

14/06/2025: I understand that it is a job that is always in contact with people, but if you don't like the job of a bartender, don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lady on my side treated me very badly

02/12/2025: Rudeness and a haughty attitude are paramount in this tobacco bar, so forget about smiling. As soon as you enter, you immediately feel this oppressive sense of unease that makes you want to leave, especially the couple at the register: the blonde lady, Sergeant Hartman-esque, every man for himself, and the gentleman—perhaps her husband, I don't know—is very neurotic, and I honestly don't blame him; he works in the lottery. On the other hand, the baristas with their sad, haggard faces are worth saving; poor things have to endure this daily unease. Beyond the quality of the service, let's talk about the quality of the coffee, which is terrible; the dried-up, industrial-strength croissants beg for mercy. Let's just say this bar only exists because of its strategic location; otherwise, with this attitude, if they were elsewhere, they would have already closed.

29/11/2025: Arriving after a 2-hour journey, I go in, buy the right amount to use the restroom, find excrement on the edge and obviously don't clean it up myself, I leave the bathroom and the owner blames me for having done this by making me clean up the excrement that they hadn't cleaned up, UNHEARD OF.
