07/12/2025: It's inconceivable that every time I order hot tea with a slice of lemon on the side, they dip the lemon slice in boiling water. I repeat, every time the request is ignored. 4 times out of 4 you serve me some kind of watered-down lemonade! I didn't ask for lemonade, but for tea. The hot water should be served in a teapot and the lemon on a separate saucer. I respect your work, but you don't listen to your customers. No more here.

06/12/2025: The food and waiter service were terrible. Going to the bathroom was a rip-off, and on top of that, they lied about the prices to squeeze a few extra euros. A tourist scam.

30/11/2025: Two spritzes with no appetizers and a terrible cheese toastie at the counter for €26, without issuing a receipt. Plus, the blonde waitress was on a video call while at the counter. This place is definitely to be avoided. I've known this place for thirty years. It used to be tidy, and in recent years, it's gotten much worse.

05/01/2026: After years... 25 to be precise, I found myself back at this place... still the best, just like back then! And I'm not even mentioning the owner, Carlo... hospitality, good products, and reasonable, fair prices.

04/01/2026: My partner and I stopped by for something hot to drink and ordered two lattes. The place isn't bad, but it's very basic. The service, especially for tourists, is just okay, even rude, and nothing special. We understand it's well-located, but it cost us €10 for two lattes, which were good, but nothing special. In other, nicer places in the square with better service, it would have been worth that much. The atmosphere when we paid was quite strange, as if they were just making up the prices on the spot, knowing we were tourists. We won't be going back.

05/12/2025: Outrageous and disturbing treatment by the owner who, out of the blue, attacked me and my friend for no reason, yelling and insulting us after we'd been there for over an hour, then shoving us out of the place, slamming the door. A traumatic experience.

09/11/2025: The cashier was rude during payment, paying €4.30 for a frappé is a bit excessive considering it's a small glass.

13/10/2025: I went to breakfast on Sunday morning with my husband. The girl at the cash register was annoyed and didn't even fake a smile. We politely asked for two coffees and two croissants, paid, and went to the girl at the coffee machine, which was practically a copy of the first one. She didn't smile, but was very annoyed!!! I worked in a bar until 15 days ago and NEVER greeted a customer with such an attitude, without ever smiling... not even after a bad day or a terrible awakening!! The coffees were placed on the counter even though we had asked for a tray... we asked for it and managed to put the cups and croissants down ourselves. If you don't want to interact with people, find another job... not all of us are predisposed to do this!!! Empathy should come first, even if you can encounter annoying customers... the service wasn't excellent. We definitely won't be returning!!

12/12/2025: I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable bar with excellent staff and a wide range of lottery and SuperEnalotto services, as well as specialized assistance for IQOS and GLO devices. Plus, the lunch and its quality are extraordinary.

03/12/2025: Bar Tabacchi Cadorna is one of those places that perfectly combines convenience and hospitality. Ideal for a quick breakfast before catching the train, a coffee break during the day, or a quick lunch. A clean, well-organized environment with always friendly and helpful staff.

31/01/2026: I lived in Lecco for a few years and came here twice in total; each time, the owner's face looked like someone just returned from a funeral. When I learned that today was their last day open, I took a photo inside. The owner, hiding behind the counter, muttered, "Why does she have to take a photo?" Of course: to document how miserable your café's last day is—what other reason could there be? 😂😂😂That such a gloomy and backward café is closing as soon as possible is a great blessing for the people of Lecco.

And unfortunately it will close this end of the year... So avoid writing reviews hahahaha... I'm doing it because this place is not only beautiful, but I'm sad that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close. But here it is 🤣😂😂🤣 it kills me... I think that a place that is forced to close because they don't renew the lease can unfortunately be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. You're attached to this Cell on 24 for useless things, every now and then use it wisely.

01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

27/12/2025: The worst bar I've ever had (I'm 66). Extremely expensive coffee while sitting on an improbable stool, extremely old, dirty furniture, and the bathroom was worse than going to bed at night.

27/12/2025: Worst bar in central Milan. Paid extra even if served at the counter. Dirty atmosphere, not to mention the bathroom... rundown... Never again... not recommended.

14/09/2025: Bad experience. I went to lunch with my boyfriend, and he went to order a vegetarian platter for me at the counter. My platter was completely different from what was on the menu. They didn't say anything like, "We don't have these products, but we can make a different platter anyway," absolutely nothing. I found myself eating things I didn't want to eat. When confronted, they didn't comment, but explained it away as "a fit of fantasy." Oh, and as if that weren't enough, there was a hair on the Parmesan cubes.

14/06/2025: I understand that it's a job that's always in contact with people, but if you don't like the job of a bartender, don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Madam, I was treated very badly.
