02/08/2026: We tried it on a weekend in late July, so it wasn't packed. For appetizers, we ordered three purple shrimp and the Milanese taco, which was really good and probably my favorite dish. Next, we ordered the lobster roll and the tartare burger (the kindness of serving it without stracciatella, as requested, was much appreciated). The lobster roll was good, but for €36, we expected something truly exceptional. Personally, the ones I eat in the United States still have the edge in terms of both flavor and size. The fries are frozen; fresh ones would have been a plus. We finished with a selection of desserts (tiramisu, tart, and sorbets). Drinking only water, we spent about €55 per person: a bit expensive considering the overall experience. The location is right in the center of Milan, in the Brera neighborhood. The staff is also worthy of mention: friendly and helpful; we enjoyed lingering to chat with them.

28/07/2026: I booked through The Fork. I ordered the mixed raw fish for the modest sum of €40, for a decidedly inadequate portion (note the size of the lemon wedge for comparison). The scampi and shrimp were tiny, and the oyster had grains of sand. With a glass of Ribolla Gialla, water, and a cover charge, I spent €55 alone. The worst part, however, happened later. I left a review on The Fork, and the restaurant cancelled my reservation three times, as if I'd never shown up, so the review wouldn't be published. It's easy to get high ratings if you delete all the negative reviews... This behavior, in my opinion, is truly unfair and unpleasant. In ten years of using the app, I've never experienced such behavior. Never again.

22/01/2026: Don't go there. Exorbitant prices (example: 1 Becks €5, 1 Red Bull €5). Rude staff, especially the cashier: they'll kick you out if you don't leave your table when they tell you to. Long wait times. Poor quality products. Not recommended.

08/07/2026: A more sweet vegan cake for 7 euros. It was delicious, although too expensive for me to return. The owner was very friendly, and the English menu was available by scanning a QR code.

19/05/2026: We went to La Polisena to celebrate my birthday, and everything was truly beautiful. The location is stunning, meticulously maintained, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The spa is also wonderful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a few hours of tranquility. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the day. The cuisine was truly impressive: I've been eating vegan practically forever, and rarely find such a wide selection and such carefully crafted and refined dishes. You can truly see the quality and attention to detail. An experience that will remain in our hearts, we'll definitely be back ❤️

16/05/2026: Restaurant Review Ambience: Classic farmhouse with a worthy view of the Bergamo hills. Beautiful, steep roads to get there. Food: After the tasting, I have to say I'm quite satisfied. The presentation was meticulous and the dishes were good, some more so than others. The farinata was very good and delicate. The onion broth was excellent, while the canederlo was forgettable, saved by the citrus notes of lemon. The carrot risotto was a surprise; the raspberry reduction was superfluous. The soy goulash was very good, and incredibly, they managed to make the texture seem like a real stew. The polenta was a bit salty. The azuki cake was delicious. Service: Initially, we were greeted and served by a lady who seemed cold and aloof; subsequently, the other waiters were kind and knowledgeable. Price: Not cheap, and perhaps I would revise some portions, especially for the appetizers, but overall, it was fair.

21/07/2026: Good, traditional Milanese cuisine. Simple yet elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner, with friends, or with coworkers. The price is right. I always love coming back!

31/05/2026: I've been coming here for many years because their gelato is excellent, but after the change of management, it lost some of its appeal. The staff isn't always friendly, and I've often had them forget my orders. Overall, it's still a trusted gelato shop because the quality is excellent and the location is always well-maintained.
