We had an Easter Monday lunch with a fixed vegan menu, we spent €55 per person. We ate very well, everything was very good, light and delicate, but the portions were small. As a second course we ate an artichoke prepared with hard leaves that were not removed, but tender and very good inside. The service was a little slow but very attentive.

We came for a tasting tour, which was given to us as a gift. Everything was perfect! We are vegetarians and haven't eaten this well in a long time! We especially appreciated the risotto and the stuffed artichoke. Excellent pairing with wines. Everything was delicious, both the wine and the food. We really recommend it!

Last weekend I went to this place for lunch because it is a farm that has vegan cuisine, so it cooks without ingredients that are based on animal exploitation, and this is essential for me! When I arrived it was even more surprising, the place is very beautiful and welcoming, a sophisticated environment in which to breathe quality and beauty. Unfortunately it was foggy but the large windows make me think that in better weather there would be a spectacular view both from the inside and outside positions. You can see the vineyard and the grazing animals, free and serene. The food offered is very good, tasty, but light and of good quality. Original proposals that satisfy the taste and curiosity of new combinations. I will definitely go back, the only slightly discordant note was the owner who returned to the table for the second time and not finding us ready to order she seemed surprised and looked at us in a slightly judgmental way, no big deal, but it would have been better to avoid also because throughout the place you can breathe an air of splendid relaxation and serenity. Staff knowledgeable about the foods they serve and the combinations, the menu arrives at the table already open and I bring it with kindness, in short, you are pampered a lot and it is truly pleasant to spend time there. I'll be back!

You can find the detailed review on Tripadvisor but in summary: The place is magnificent, the human and ecological thought behind the farm is fantastic, I myself told my partner what a great possibility it would be to be able to collaborate in a company and place like that. But my biggest doubt is precisely this difference between offering guests "charming stays", "gourmet" services and the lack of communication, of proactivity towards the customer, even simply of being smart and giving a simple information brochure like this to avoid unpleasant consequences afterwards (we were not the only ones to have had unforeseen events during our stay) such as: lack of communication from the bioswitch which turned off all the lights at night without the possibility of turning them back on unless by disconnecting the meter (no warning in the room and not we were told at check-in, noise during the massage as a son present in the adjacent living area slammed the door on his way out, an hour of waiting for a dessert because it was an evening and the kitchen was in difficulty so the rooms that needed to eat were waiting as the event was preferred due to the flow rate, the staff being difficult to find and, as someone said, not very friendly. There is a strong inconsistency between the company which wants to be family friendly (you will find the whole family working hard at the tables, reception, wine tasting etc.) and the hospitality which however seems to me to be left aside precisely because more importance is given instead to the restaurant/food and wine part. I hope that this review can be of constructive inspiration because changes could be implemented that would truly bring the level of hospitality to the top... A greeting

I cannot evaluate the rooms of this farmhouse as we only had lunch. The view from the patio is splendid (smog aside). The strictly vegetarian dishes are refined and non-trivial.... worth trying

Good evening everyone, I went today to celebrate my 28th birthday at the Polisena farmhouse in Pontida with my boyfriend. First of all, a spectacular view, surrounded by nature and vineyards. Unique experience, small but nice and intimate wellness area, delicious and super quality vegan/vegetarian food, excellent wines (I recommend their Primorò wine and their home-produced beer), place with attention to the smallest details, fair dishes and prices too. We did the spa+aperitif+dinner package and had a great time, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. I recommend it to everybody. Vote 10. 🥰🌱

La posizione è incantevole, isolata, alta sulla valle di San Martino. Siamo saliti quassù in un giorno di metà dicembre e ci siamo trovati circondati dalle nuvole basse. Dalle ampie vetrate non si vedeva oltre una decina di metri di distanza e tuttavia l'atmosfera era molto suggestiva. A un certo punto una mezza dozzina di pecore è giunta nel prato sotto di noi a pascolare beatamente. Il ristorante prepara solo cibi rigorosamente vegetariani, ma il risultato sono pietanze straordinariamente saporite e gradevoli. Dopo un simpatico piattino di benvenuto, ci è stata portata della soffice focaccia appena preparata, che abbiamo gustato intingendola nell'olio prodotto nell'agriturismo stesso. Abbiamo mangiato un primo e un secondo ciascuno: gustosissimi e anche belli da vedere davanti a sé. I piatti che abbiamo scelto - e che abbiamo doverosamente fotografato - erano, come primi, del riso Carnaroli della Riserva San Massimo mantecato alla zucca, cavolo rapa, crema di anacardi e passito Tosca e degli gnocchetti di patate novelle, ragù di funghi shiitake e olio all’aglio orsino. I secondi sono stati gli involtini di cavolo cappuccio, miglio e fagiolone di Vallepietra, serviti con pomodoro Polisena e millefoglie di patate di Somasca, e una selezione di formaggi stagionati di pregio, prodotti esclusivamente su montagne e pascoli orobici, con composta di zucca e miele di acacia di produzione propria. Anche il vino era rigorosamente a km. zero e di gran pregio. Che dire del servizio: assolutamente impeccabile. Per finire, il conto era adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta. Un'esperienza assolutamente sontuosa, a dimostrazione di come la cucina vegetariana e naturale possa riservare piaceri inaspettati.

Ero stato in questo agriturismo tanti anni fa e, come la prima volta, anche questa è stata un'esperienza veramente ottima. La location è molto bella, curata nei dettagli, calorosa, con una vista bellissima sui vigneti e le colline di Pontida. Il percorso degustazione che abbiamo provato, accompagnato dai loro vini, è stato apprezzato da tutto il tavolo: materia prima ottima e trattata in maniera eccezionale, piatti gustosi e saporiti, abbinamenti perfetti. Il risotto alla zucca è stato tra i migliori risotti mai assaggiati, cottura e sapore perfetti, così come la frittatina al pesto. A me personalmente, invece, non è piaciuto il dolce alla castagna, ne la verza con fagiolini, pomodori e polenta, un piatto troppo semplice soprattutto se paragonato a tutti gli altri. Vini molto buoni, soprattutto le due bollicine, particolare il bianco fermo mentre il vino rosso, ben strutturato; non riuscito invece l'esperimento del loro moscato, troppo troppo dolce. Servizio perfetto, gentile e impeccabile e prezzo onesto, sicuramente da tornarci e consigliare

31/03/2024: On Easter Sunday we were looking for a restaurant in Bergamo on the way back from Venice to Germany. All the Italian ones were closed, but this really nice snack bar owner was open. The food was delicious and despite all the language barriers we felt very comfortable.

Puro Cibo e Vino

20/03/2024: Locale informale dove ci si può sedere anche per un aperitivo. Menù abbastanza limitato e offerta di vini veramente notevole. Tartare di manzo bella e buona, tagliere di salumi in complesso buono e molto abbondante. Vino appropriato e conto modesto. Servizio sorridente e rapido. Bella serata.
