19/06/2024: If you want to experience the Italian atmosphere go to this cafe The prices are interesting, two American coffees and an excellent cream croissant for only 3.40 euros. The staff is very nice and speaks good English

09/06/2024: Wonderful little cafe! We stopped in and got two cappuccinos, an espresso, and a bag of candy at it was only €8 for everything. The cappuccino was delicious too. Service was great too they were very friendly.

22/07/2024: Locale perfetto per un pranzetto made in Genova. Oggi ho mangiato un baccalà fritto strepitoso, bello ciccioso di pesce e con una pastella croccante e asciutta, insalata di polpo freschissima e un assaggio di torte genovesi davvero genuine con la sfoglia come la tirava mia nonna. Anche il pane è fatto da loro buonissimo. Abbiamo terminato con 2 pezzi di farinata cotta a puntino, sottile e morbida nonché croccante a lato. I ragazzi che gestiscono l'attività sono gentili e cordiali, il servizio è veloce e ti sembra di mangiare a casa.

18/07/2024: Typical Genoese tavern, one of those that are now increasingly rare to find, because many prefer to conform to the tastes of tourists. It's certainly not a place for snotty jocks. Here you can still breathe the simplicity of the local cuisine, perhaps without particularly "instagrammable" dishes, but genuine and tasty. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. Absolutely recommended if you visit Genoa, it is also a stone's throw from Brignole station.

10/08/2024: Very good ice cream, nice location. However the staff should smile more and give more quality to the service.

07/08/2024: I don't know what problems they have in this ice cream shop but a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt. Very cold service, always very annoyed and I have never seen a smile. It's a shame because the ice cream is very good, but they make you crave it.

27/07/2024: I'm sorry I couldn't give 5 stars despite the excellent pizza and starters, as well as the comfortable and well-furnished environment. Unfortunately, when we received the bill, we noticed a more or less questionable charge: the two girls shared a plate of french fries (cost €4) but despite this we had to pay the cover charge (€2.50 per person) for a total of €5. I would like to point out that I perfectly understand the problems of the premises and all the associated expenses (management costs, rent, employees, etc.), but in my opinion a much more important aspect should be taken into account, that which induces the customer to return to eating in the same place: it's called HUMAN ASPECT!!!

29/08/2024: delicious pasta with small langoustines and anchovies with lemon, but the staff is rude and unprofessional, unpolite. They brought us one dish where the tuna was frozen and they couldn't even cut it, it was also oversalted and when we made comments they started being rude and yelling.

12/08/2024: I had high hopes for this place and loved the homemade cooking charm to it, the atmosphere is warm and vibrant. However, the waitress sat me at the very end and was completely not attentive, I didn’t want to be rude and wave them down but they rarely came over and checked so I went up there to ask for things and I believe she took offense to it, and when I asked for the bill, I tried to wave down the other waiters but couldn’t get their attention I went up again hoping to make their lives easier, and she was visibly unhappy. Calamari was good, pasta seafood was ok but the it could have used a bit more salt or clam juice.

11/08/2024: We saw a charming restaurant in a nice street in Rapallo. Unfortunately the quality of the food was poor. Everything is on the table very quickly, which suggests that it was prepared earlier. The taste confirms this. The meat was tough and of poor quality. Price-quality ratio poor. Way too expensive for what you get.
