05/07/2026: The garden is immaculately kept, offering a relaxing atmosphere and absolute peace. A wide selection of meat and fish menus, excellent dishes using produce from the garden located in the restaurant's large park, all beautifully presented and delicious. A perfect place for a dinner with friends or as a couple.

19/04/2026: The farinata and chard pie were fantastic!! The trenette pasta and octopus and potato salad were equally as good.

18/04/2026: A little oasis of Genoese authenticity, one of those places that MUST be preserved forever. Everything is delicious, from the pesto to the farinata to the sensational fried foods. The staff is friendly and the prices are still reasonable. Definitely go there.

08/07/2026: I wanted to try the realistic fruit, so I ordered four, but the experience was a huge disappointment. At €9 each, I would have expected much more attention to packaging. Such delicate sweets should never be placed all together on a simple pastry tray, without any dividers or protection, so it was practically inevitable that they would get crushed during transportation and arrive completely destroyed, as the photo shows. The worst thing, however, was the response I received when I called to report the problem. Instead of apologizing or seeking a solution, I was rudely responded to, even insinuating whether we had "stepped on" them, and then trying to figure out who I was by asking, "Are you the lady who complained about the pistachio?" An absurd and decidedly unprofessional accusation, given that they are responsible for ensuring proper transportation for the dessert, which deserves adequate packaging and top-notch customer service. By wrapping each sweet individually, as many pastry shops that make realistic fruit do, all of this would likely have been avoided. I would have turned a blind eye to the mushy desserts, but I can't turn a blind eye to the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, the beauty of the pastry shop and the desserts isn't enough if everything else is lacking! €36 wasted!

07/06/2026: A pastry shop that loses points, and customers, every time. I sit down and ask for a slice of savory pie. Thank goodness I asked for it hot because it arrived warm on the outside, the rest freezing cold, and above all... watery. Perhaps defrosted? I get up and ask for it to be reheated because: "It's cold inside!" They briefly reheat it. A disaster. Inside the pastry shop, there are only two customers and a couple waiting at the tables outside. So not much to do, but the servers are busy complimenting the four dogs building the walkway. Poor service, and the quality has steadily deteriorated over time. Old and crappy pastries. Now it's just an ordinary, rather run-of-the-mill café.

12/08/2026: Excellent quality. Truly! As a family, we were given the option to accommodate our celiac children, who were gluten-free. They enjoyed it. The person serving us knew how to manage contamination. We hope they will continue to use it more often. Thank you.

The panarelle are truly delicious, soft and light in every version we've tasted: apricot, chocolate, and zabaglione. Each variation is balanced and well-crafted, with ingredients that enhance the simplicity of the product. A recommended destination for those seeking well-executed and authentic traditional desserts.

05/07/2026: Terrible 😱😱😱 coffee (undrinkable.....to be "kind") toilets to do😱😱😱 "let's say" worse than the coffee!!!!!! (Not so easy 😱😱😱) As far as I'm concerned when I go to Sestri.....(Usually on foot) I go to the opposite side to "feel better"!!!!!!!

21/12/2025: This neighborhood coffee in Foce, has the best cafe in town! It is a place to go to for a quick morning coffee before work, with a great brioche (also vegan options). It is a great place to stop for a freshly prepared lunch by talented cooks, all from organic produce. The menu changes daily and their way they prepare the vegetables, is exceptional. Every Thursday they have an Aperitivo evening serving a selection of natural wines and 2 options of unique dishes. Make sure to book your table ahead, to enjoy this fully Italian immersed experience. It is my second home in Genova. P.S. They also have a selection of organic produce , olive oil, flours, Jess, teas and how can I forget, natural wine.

Lunch is also available, with excellent dishes, including vegan options, and plant-based drinks, in addition to traditional options.
