19/05/2026: Perfect Marina side lunch, wait staff could not have more charming. They were hosting a birthday lunch of 11 for an 80 year old local and I knew this was the spot!

11/05/2026: Friendly welcome, quick service, and excellent pasta alle vongole with a view of the harbor. They gladly accept dogs, which in our case was a real plus.

19/10/2025: A small, authentic English-style pub in the heart of Nervi, offering excellent beers, friendly staff, and excellent service.

01/05/2026: Even though it was May 1st and the restaurant was packed, the service and food were impeccable. The mussels marinara were delicious, and the spaghetti with clams were spectacular, perfectly cooked and creamy. The service was prompt and attentive to every single guest. Kudos to the entire staff.

19/04/2026: SCAM!!! We ordered a four-cheese pizza and a calzone to go (almost €30!). The pictures speak for themselves. All the ingredients listed on the menu were missing. By the time we realized, we were back at the hotel and it was already late. What's more, the staff were pushing and insulting a young man who was begging for food on the street. A horrible restaurant and staff! Don't go!

21/12/2025: I visited this rustic, spartan café serving healthy vegetarian and vegan cuisine. It's located in Genoa's Foce neighborhood and fills up quickly. I sat at one of the few tables inside, and there are also some outside overlooking the street. I ordered a coffee and a canestrello, both delicious and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful, and the service was attentive, fast, and well-priced. This café offers breakfast with a wide selection of focaccia and brioche, including vegan options, and a wide selection of cakes and pastries, including vegan ones, all made with organic ingredients. Lunch is also available, with excellent dishes, including vegan options, and plant-based drinks, in addition to traditional options. 21/12/2025: This neighborhood coffee in Foce, has the best cafe in town! It is a place to go to for a quick morning coffee before work, with a great brioche (also vegan options). It is a great place to stop for a freshly prepared lunch by talented cooks, all from organic produce. The menu changes daily and their way they prepare the vegetables, is exceptional. Every Thursday they have an Aperitivo evening serving a selection of natural wines and 2 options of unique dishes. Make sure to book your table ahead, to enjoy this fully Italian immersed experience. It is my second home in Genova. P.S. They also have a selection of organic produce , olive oil, flours, Jess, teas and how can I forget, natural wine.

19/04/2026: The farinata and chard pie were fantastic!! The trenette pasta and octopus and potato salad were equally as good.

18/04/2026: A little oasis of Genoese authenticity, one of those places that MUST be preserved forever. Everything is delicious, from the pesto to the farinata to the sensational fried foods. The staff is friendly and the prices are still reasonable. Definitely go there.

15/01/2026: A nice place to have breakfast in the morning or stop in the afternoon for a hot chocolate.

15/10/2025: On the receipt, they increased the prices of all the items I ordered compared to the prices displayed at the counter. Maybe because I sat at a table, but nowhere in their establishment does it say "price increases if a customer sits down." With the old management, everything was always fine, but now the quality of the coffee shop has dropped significantly under the new management.

09/05/2026: Nice place, in a quiet area, despite the Alpine troops gathering. Very friendly staff. We had delicious trofie with pesto and their homemade tart. The wait time is reasonable, depending on what you order. The trofie took just the right amount of time to cook. The prices are average; I don't know how much we spent, because we were guests of a very dear friend. Recommended if you want a quiet meal and good food.

11/05/2026: Visited during the 97th National Alpine Gathering. What can I say? Excellent quality products, but the real added value that makes the difference is the staff! The girls are always smiling, kind, and well-disposed, even with so many people to serve. Definitely worth trying again.

02/05/2026: Pastry shop with a pleasant terrace where you can have a cappuccino and try their excellent sweets and pastries. And you'll see people passing by amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Always busy but very well attended by their staff.
