25/01/2026: A customer since the opening, the truth is that the quality is very high, but I'm sorry to tell you that you've lost a loyal customer because of just a little stinginess. On Saturday evening, I went to buy some pastries as usual, like almost every week. While I was picking up some pastries, I saw they had freshly made Bugie. I asked for 1/2 kg, they cost 30 euros per kg. I saw the scales say exactly 500g and I was charged 17 euros. I asked for an explanation, I saw that they looked at each other, pretending nothing was happening, and told me they didn't understand why that amount came out. Oh well!!!!! I'll forget it!! When it's time to pay, she asks me for 47 euros and I tell her I have a card with points, I had 55 points on the card, she tells me there are no points, they are 0, I ask for an explanation, and she tells me that they expired at the end of the year, so I say sorry but why then in December a few days at the end of the year I picked up the cake for my daughter's birthday like all the cakes always made by them, why didn't you deduct the points from the cake, it was a lot of money, she replies we didn't notice, ok I'll answer her!!! but it's not correct, you should have told me, they look at each other and say and look I'm sorry but it's like this, okay I'll pay without saying anything else and leave, good evening!!!! Now I say, I have a business too, and I would never do something like that to a customer, because all it would have taken was to say, "Look, let's do this," to apologize, "we'll give you the Bugie" (plus, they were very dark, in fact, when we ate them, they had a bitter, burnt taste). They would have made a good impression, losing nothing, and they would have gained a lifelong, loyal and happy customer. Instead, for a few euros, they lost one who almost every Saturday or Sunday left around 50 euros, plus all the cakes for various birthdays, considering that we have four children and the whole family who now trusted them. I'm so sorry, not for the card points, but for the treatment of a customer. I'm sorry, I'll never set foot in there again. And above all, always look at the weight and prices when you have to pay.

We came for a mid-week dinner in early March (off-season) and were surprised to find it mostly full—seemingly all locals except for us, which always feels like a great sign. The service (and owner) were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and unpretentious—more like being at a friend’s home than a formal restaurant. The food was exactly what you hope for in this region: fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared without trying to overcomplicate things. While everything was solid, the pear ravioli was a standout—unique and perfectly balanced- I'll be thinking about this dish for a long time! A great spot for an authentic, relaxed meal in Rapallo. Would absolutely come back.

03/05/2026: A disappointing dinner. Our table was located near an open French window, letting in the cold air, and it wasn't possible to close it due to the layout of the other tables. There were four of us and we ordered an appetizer, which arrived promptly, but the first courses were served at completely different times: some dishes arrived while we were still eating our appetizers, while others required a wait of about 40 minutes. This made the service disorganized and unpleasant. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory: the spaghetti with clams was undercooked, the trofie with saffron and scampi had too much cream (not listed on the menu) and was heavy, while the mixed fried fish was poor, and the squid was undercooked and flavorless. The service was also lacking: the waiters didn't clear the table and seemed more busy chatting than attending to the customers.

01/05/2026: The seafood pasta was really very good, then we were offered the fish for two, which was very expensive compared to the "normal" single-person fish dishes – our own fault for not asking beforehand. After paying the bill and leaving the restaurant, we noticed that we had also been charged for four coffees instead of two and two pieces of cake instead of one. In short: Very good food, but tourists get ripped off! Beware!

23/03/2026: I went to Tiglieto a few days ago with some friends and ordered two pizzas and a steak with potatoes, and I didn't think it was that good. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, and a family atmosphere, like being at my grandmother's, just the way I like it. If I'm passing through, I'd definitely stop by again and order the "piatto misto della casa," which they say is very good. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Tiglieto, perhaps with friends, and enjoy a meal at Paolo and Chiara's tavernetta. Truly excellent, 10/10

18/03/2026: Historic pastry shop in Bolzano to, renovated, and I have to compliment the owner Francesco on renovating the place with a new look. The cakes and pastries are beautiful! Tasty! And delicious.

22/02/2026: We went in to sit at a table and have two coffees with cream and cinnamon, a bacio di Alassio. The table was dirty with other people's crumbs, no problem, but they didn't think to clean it up. They didn't serve the cream with cinnamon, but with cocoa. It wasn't a bacio di Alassio, but a bacio di dama, which at least we had changed. Bathroom...the inside bathroom door was slightly off-center and therefore couldn't be closed, and there was no way to lock the outside door. Fortunately, no one came in in the meantime. Good coffee and normal cream. Nice place, but...

22/12/2025: Everything was perfect: a quality menu, a clean and tidy environment, attention to detail, a friendly, knowledgeable staff, attentive to customer needs, and fast, precise service.

28/03/2026: I often went to this store with my (young) children because the ice cream was "good." But I found them lacking in friendliness and honesty. It depends on who you're with. I've always ordered a cone or cup, specifying that they're for a 1-year-old child, and therefore asking for a smaller one. Sometimes, someone with common sense and integrity charges me €1.50 (also because the quantity is small!), while often... €3 even if the cup is flat or half-full. The last time I specified a baby size several times, and at the cashier they asked for confirmation of the quantity and even replied, "Yes, I made it smaller for you, but the cost is still €3!"... basically, €12 for a regular two-flavor cone and three half-empty baby cups. Not quite there.
