09/07/2025: Superb meal! The restaurant isn't particularly impressive, as some reviews have mentioned, but it's worth the detour! The appetizers (meat platter and focaccia) were EXCELLENT, the main courses are also great and, above all, inexpensive. The service was also very pleasant; the waitress spoke excellent English and took the time to explain anything we didn't understand! Well done and thank you 🙏

08/07/2025: The place itself doesn't necessarily attract customers with its appearance, but the food is GREAT, delicious, fresh, and very affordable. Seven of us ate our fill, plus wine for €80.

28/06/2025: Dinner for two with my husband. Clean place, friendly staff, fast service. Good food with excellent value for money. Very pleasant to dine on the internal terrace, quiet and welcoming. Well-cooked first courses with plenty of fish. Better to book in advance. Unfortunately last night we did it around 6:00 pm and there was no more room.

26/05/2025: We went for dinner on a Saturday evening in this restaurant with a very varied land and fish menu; very kind and fast staff; very clean environment; not chaotic, quiet; excellent fresh fish dishes and very well cared for; light and refined cuisine without heavy sauces; right portions; both the appetizers and the first and second courses and the exquisite desserts .... we will return hopefully soon! Very spacious environment; we dined on the terrace, very beautiful .... I would really recommend this restaurant to everyone with an excellent quality / price ratio, and a stone's throw from the seafront!

27/05/2025: Hello everyone! On Sunday, May 18, we celebrated our children's First Communion at the trattoria "La Campora" in Serra Ricco'. When we booked, they told us that if we wanted, they could get the cake from the Traverso pastry shop! I know the pastry shop well, so at that moment, I confidently accepted Mrs. Gianna's proposal! I knew I would make a great impression, but I didn't think to that extent!!! Those who know "La Campora" know that you can eat very well and a lot, so when it came to the cake, specifically two tarts with custard, strawberries and berries, I didn't expect people to even get three! They ate it several times, because it was spectacular! I'm really happy and thank you so much!!!!

27/07/2025: We decided to visit La Lanterna based on its strong reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. We ordered three dishes: the trofie al pesto, pansoti con salsa di noci, and grilled vegetables. All three arrived lukewarm or cold, giving the impression they weren’t freshly prepared. The trofie al pesto was decent, though unremarkable — but more concerning, we found what was clearly a fly in the dish (wings and legs intact). When we brought it to our waitress’s attention, she kindly took the plate to the kitchen. She was professional and understanding throughout. However, the dish was returned to us with the explanation — apparently from the chef or manager — that the “fly” was actually an ingredient from the pesto. We initially accepted this, but as the meal went on, it became clear the staff was not being forthright. If it truly wasn’t a fly, why had the “ingredient” been removed before the dish was returned? We chose not to press the issue further, but the way it was handled — offering no solution and brushing aside our concern — felt dismissive. The pansoti con salsa di noci was edible but tasted like it had been made with frozen pasta, was served cold, and lacked depth of flavor. The grilled vegetables were the most enjoyable part of the meal, though again, they arrived cold. While we didn’t enjoy the food, I do want to emphasize that our waitresses were very kind and attentive, and we appreciated their efforts. In all, this visit fell short of expectations. With so many great dining options nearby, I’d recommend looking elsewhere

31/07/2025: A great place to spend a lovely evening with family or friends. Excellent quality meat, juicy and delicious burgers, and the Roman pizza (thin and crispy) is delicious and made with quality ingredients—simply special! Well done!!

28/07/2025: I can only give Tortuga 5 stars!!! Everything was perfect, from the exquisite dishes to the kindness of the staff!! Fine meats and delicious pizzas with a wide variety of choices, from classic pizzas to pan pizzas and fried pizzas!!! Not to mention the delicious meatballs!!! Dog-friendly place; the owner welcomed us by giving away two pieces of prosciutto for our dogs!! Definitely one of the best places in the entire province!!! Congratulations!

01/08/2025: Hyggelig café med morgenmad/sandwich og et stort udvalg af kaffe. Maden er frisk og lækker. Tilbyder flere vegetarretter og alternativer til komælk. Hyggeligt sted at sidde og nyde en god kaffe.

01/08/2025: Stopped by for breakfast after a long trip and it was the perfect start to the day! We had the matcha, comfort avocado toast, and banana bread - all super yummy. The matcha was creamy, the scrambled eggs on the avocado toast were perfectly seasoned, and the banana bread was rich and moist. The café is tucked away in a lovely, quaint palazzo. Definitely coming back!

20/07/2025: Sono stata alla tavernetta x festeggiare un compleanno. Alla prenotazione ci è stato proposto un giro pizza scegliendo tre tipi di pizza. La pizza è arrivata tiepida e sembrava pizza surgelata appena scaldata.. Nonostante le tre scelte effettuate telefonicamente, la base della pizza è stata sempre la stessa con la differenza che a fine cottura hanno aggiunto del prosciutto, del salame e pochissima salsiccia. Mi dispiace ma non consiglio la tavernetta come pizzeria almeno x tante persone.

18/07/2025: What a lovely place! Beautifully prepared dishes came with a big smile and good humor. The range between different food traditions works optimally and was never boring or exaggerated. There were five of us and we tried most of the dishes; Oysters (must try!), rabbit, ceviche, tuna pasta, wonton (presented as ravioli), seabream -and the most delicious and perfectly prepared piece of entrecôte we have had in a long time... There is not one thing to pick on any of the dishes! -Yes, also the desserts... YUM! We steered clear of the natural wines, but the ones we drank were well curated for the food ❤️ Thank you 🙏

28/07/2025: Something truly special! Imaginative creations you won't find anywhere else, such as pistachio Nutella and pine cone cream. The fruit sorbets have a very intense, yet natural flavor. The fresh, sugar-free whipped cream is also recommended.

17/06/2025: I had been here when I was in high school and I loved the large rooms where we could always fit everyone without any problems. The pizza was always delicious and the fish dishes were delicious. You can also have fun with the desserts! The only flaw, sometimes, was the slow service but it was compensated by the quality and courtesy.

29/06/2025: Food was good, vibes were nice, but I’m not sure how to explain the service. We’ve been here for 90 minutes and they haven’t brought 3/7 people their main course, but they brought the main courses for other people together with the starters. Probably a language thing, but they spoke perfectly useful English so confusing. Would still recommend, but maybe bring out ChatGPT if there is any sense of confusion :)
