30/06/2025: Where and what do you eat for lunch or dinner? A typical question for those who go on holiday away from home...... Finding ourselves in Genoa, Porto Antico area, I see these lights from afar that catch my attention, tables outside and large umbrellas to protect from the humidity. We approach and a boy welcomes us, but also a Lady (I later discover she is the owner), I ask both of them if, in addition to fish, they also did meat for my husband. They answer yes, yes. We sit down...... Friendliness, efficient service, requests fulfilled. WE ORDER...... I decide on a mussel soup and ask if they were fresh, since coming from the wonderful Sicily, I know fresh fish very well, and Mrs. Maria assures me that they are very fresh. I "mussel soup", my husband "trofie with Genoese pesto". What can I say, everything is VERY GOOD and VERY FRESH. Loving fish, I decide to take the "roasted prawns" my husband instead a salad. What can I say, excellent prawns, but the TOP thing was receiving them already shelled and with the signature "MARIA". Truly a beautiful thought, which makes you really love the desire to have lunch in these typical local trattorias, where simplicity, cordiality, availability, reign supreme. What can I say, we had a great dinner, excellent food, the owner very kind, GENOA a discovery, a beautiful discovery. We will return to visit you Mrs. Maria even for a simple plate of pasta, but at the same time, we await you in this wonderful land, called SICILY. ❤️

14/04/2025: Ho sempre trovato questo pub un buon locale,hanno molte birre di qualità e hamburger e piatti davvero squisiti,ho cenato diverse volte qui e mi sono ritenuto sempre soddisfatto,purtroppo non sono il massimo della cortesia,mi era già successo che in passato avevo telefonato e mi era stato risposto in maniera sgarbata ma l ultima volta che siamo entrati con alcuni amici siamo stati trattati in modo molto sgarbato...se i proprietari non fossero stati così maleducati ed arroganti gli avrei tranquillamente dato 5 stelle,posso capire la tensione e la frustrazione di tante ore di lavoro ma cè modo e modo di trattare i clienti.

03/06/2025: Un ambiente molto curato sia l'interno sia l'esterno. Materie prime di alta qualità, piatti per celiaci e consigli per altri tipi di intolleranze. Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere x 2 dello chef, tagliata di manzo con rucola e grana, tagliata scottona con fonduta di pecorino e cipolle caramellate, semifreddo in conclusione. Belle porzioni e tutto divino. Prosecco ed entree, offerto da loro. Qualità, prezzo ottimi. Lo sconto the folk è stato applicato correttamente, ma noi ci ritorneremo a prescindere. Ne vale la pena!!!

31/05/2025: Buono il cibo purtroppo non ci è stato applicato lo sconto pattuito, colpa anche nostra che non lo abbiamo ricordato al momento di pagare comunque và bene così....

04/07/2025: I was at Locanda Marinai a few nights ago and I was amazed. It is one of those places that stays in your heart. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandra, the dining room manager, super kind, smiling and always present. She gave us passionate advice, as if we were guests in her home. I started with mussels alla marinara.. delicious! Then I moved on to spaghetti with clams and then finished with a panna cotta that left me speechless. But beyond the food, what makes this place special is the atmosphere, Bordighera Alta in the evening is a dream.

04/07/2025: Dinner on Saturday 28 June fast service, kind and helpful waiting staff. Very good appetizers cod fritters and hazelnut breaded anchovies, for the first pesto with slightly floury potatoes while the spaghetti with clams (tasty) a little too greasy for my taste, average tiramisu. Good house Pigato wine, industrial bread, very long espresso coffee undrinkable for me. Fairly fair price. "Ballet" chairs not the most comfortable.

24/06/2025: Excellent pastry shop. Tried the Charlotte and it was really good. Not bad for breakfast and aperitif too.

24/06/2025: A very nice place. Very friendly staff who explain every dessert they have. They give recommendations very kindly. Francesco served us excellently. Thank you for your attention. Be sure to try both the desserts and the cornetto di prosciutto crudo. Very good coffee.
