15/10/2025: Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff! Excellent food. We had spaghetti with mussels and one with clams, very good and fresh. The pansotti with walnut sauce was also excellent. Not to mention the fried calamari, sublime, crispy and dry! Everything was perfect, I'll gladly return! Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

12/10/2025: Very good food at decent prices. Always many locals eating here which I consider is a good sign.

05/10/2025: I don't think I've ever written a review, especially a negative one, but they deserve it. I can only focus on the service: one star is a lot. Twice I went, I waited over 40 minutes for them to come and take my order at the table. Even after prompting me and asking if they also offered table service outside, given the long wait, they still didn't show up. In the end, on both occasions, I got up and left the table.

29/09/2025: Good ice cream but very expensive, a very small cup of fiordilatte for a 3 year old girl paid 3 euros, the same as the two-flavor cups.

19/08/2025: A small restaurant along the Aurelia road, near the Sestri train station. Tasty food, especially seafood, and excellent minestrone soup. Moderate prices.

21/08/2025: Now a regular stop every morning, the bomboloni are very good and have always been the same for years.

15/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop for breakfast. We've tried it several times and it's always been good. The baristas are excellent at making a delicious cappuccino.

04/10/2025: We came to Varazze for the Frecce Tricolori show, which unfortunately was cancelled as a sign of mourning following an accident a few days ago that killed two military pilots. We consoled ourselves with an excellent dinner at our usual spot. Everything was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and burrata. The final treat was the green apple sorbet with calvados. Congratulations!! All hail to the two pilots!

26/09/2025: Highly recommended, even for small children. Bibi, 9 months old, ate her baby food at 7:00 PM, with broth warmed by the very kind staff who, despite my many requests, accommodated us with a smile. The homemade trofie were spectacular, even for the baby. The grilled fish was excellent (the grilled cuttlefish were so delicious, I could eat a kilo), as were the oysters and the Prosecco. We'll definitely see you again. P.S., thank you, Franco, for the house amari; the locally harvested and produced myrtle is out of this world. Simone

11/10/2025: Very good trofie al pesto. It was not on the menu but I asked and they made it for me. On weekend it seems it’s more of a brunch place. Staff were very nice. They have tables both inside and outside. I chose the latter and it was very nice to eat on the piazza.

06/09/2025: If you find yourself in Recco, a stop at Fondo Birreria is a must. A welcoming place where the young, always friendly and smiling staff will make you feel right at home. Excellent beer, quality products, and a relaxed atmosphere make this place perfect for an evening with friends, in the heart of one of the Riviera's most charming towns.

18/09/2025: It's a delicious pastry shop and café. As soon as you walk in, you smell delicious pastries, and you instantly want to eat. It's hard to resist. The coffee is delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast.
