30/05/2026: The staff were working reluctantly. They wanted to leave. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, but at 10 pm they started clearing the tables and rushing us to leave. And to top it all off, they charged us €8 for a glass of limoncello, when it's complimentary in other restaurants. A disgrace.

14/05/2026: I would like to express our great disappointment regarding our meal at your restaurant.
The beef I ordered was cold and had a sour, bitter taste. Honestly, it gave the impression that the meat was spoiled.
My children’s lasagna was also served cold, which is unacceptable for dishes served at the table.
As for my wife’s pasta, it was simply average, nothing more.
We are very disappointed with this experience and hope that you will take this feedback seriously.

I gave the ambiance 4 stars only because, in a seaside location, an open view of the beaches would have added something extra, but the outdoor seating is truly charming. I also gave the service 4 stars only because the influx of tourists sometimes slows it down, but the staff is courteous and friendly. We returned several times during our stay in Rapallo.

Without hesitation, they quickly and with extreme kindness and professionalism found a solution. My pancake was spectacular, and the same can be said for the ice cream and fruit juice.
