We needed a special meal for our son with food allergies, and the staff helped us choose a suitable dish. They had perfect knowledge and an overview of the composition of the food and allergens. The food itself was very tasty, and the service was very friendly and pleasant. The staff communicated very well in English. I am surprised that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, as it certainly deserves one. I will definitely visit this restaurant again on my next visit to Savona. The dishes were excellent, truly delicious; they follow tradition, but with a touch of originality. The house wine was truly excellent. The staff who accompanied us during dinner were kind, helpful, and engaging. My partner is vegan, and having mentioned this when booking over the phone, they offered him some truly valid alternatives, which almost never happens. A truly excellent experience. We all left enthusiastic. I'm very picky about pesto, being used to my grandmother's, but their pesto is truly tasty, light, and not too salty—just right, I'd say. Thank you!
