28/06/2025: The bar is nice, but hospitality is not their strong point. Also, in the lunch menu that they hang outside they don't write the prices..... And if you ask for a glass of water (having already consumed a croissant and coffee) they make you pay for the bottle......I don't recommend it.

26/07/2025: Very welcoming staff, fairly calm atmosphere. The food was very good, and the prices were reasonable. The manager even helped us call a taxi at the end of the meal! I highly recommend it!

19/07/2025: Chairs full of bird poop. The food was very poor, like stir-fry dishes, especially the starters. Everything was sparse and of terrible quality, the service was anonymous... The person serving you already knew the cosmic nothingness they were offering... Embarrassing. I think Caritas offers more. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who knows what they're eating.

02/08/2025: Very cozy place in an alley. The staff were so cute and happy. And the food was absolutely fantastic. Try the rabbit, it was so good and the walnut pasta is recommended too

24/08/2025: Worst restaurant EVER! Avoid! Let me sum it up for you: 1) They are scammers, and, 2) They are rude beyond belief. The first part. It seems they have some sort of kickback arrangement with WalkAbout Tours of Florence (which we were with that day) about offering a fixed menu of €17,50 (drinks NOT included). What was included was an “appetizer” course of 5 extra-thin prosciutto and salami slices, and the main course of a tiny portion of the most overcooked pasta with pesto I’ve ever eaten. Needless to say, I was still hungry after. So far, everything can be excused, brushed under the carpet, in the name of having a memorable day. Right? But what came next was unbelievable. After climbing those 382 steps to reach Corniglia in the raging August sun, I was sweaty. So, on arrival at the restaurant, I took a cloth napkin from an unoccupied table to dry myself. No big deal, yes? Wrong. As soon as the lady manager noticed it was missing, her expression darkened. When I saw it, I could swear I felt her medication stop working. On the spot, she barked orders to the personnel to start looking for it. After coming back from the WC, my partner told me that on finding the napkin at my seat, the manageress grilled her about me taking it, that the cloth napkins were exclusively for paying guests (as if we didn’t pay), etc. etc. My reaction was to tell the manageress that I’d give them a very bad review, and her response was to shower me with the best that Italy has to offer in curse words and profanity. Napkin Restaurant, worst experience of our trip. I’m only sorry there isn’t a Zero score I could use for this review.

23/08/2025: My boyfriend and I came to dinner at the restaurant, which was recommended to us by the manager of the Airbnb we were staying at. I want to point out that I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary sometimes, which was the case here. From start to finish, and with every waiter/waitress we interacted with (three people), we felt like we were bothering the staff. And YET we were polite, saying hello and thank you in Italian, as much as possible so as not to appear rude, even though we don't speak Italian. That's not enough; I think only Italian regulars are actually properly greeted. The waiters were unfriendly to us and terribly nonchalant. We were ignored at the checkout while we were waiting to pay, before being let go without even looking at us, "Just a moment, please." The receipt was THROWED at us on the counter like a common handkerchief. And let's talk about the price... €46 for two primi torfie with pesto, a glass of wine, and a lemon soda. I'm still giving it two stars because, to be honest, the meal was very good and the view is magnificent. But that's not enough to compensate for not feeling welcome. If you hate foreigners, just refuse to welcome them; it'll be easier.

03/08/2025: we stopped at this place during afternoon wanting to have a few drinks, do the wine tasting and to get some starters to share. Unfortunately we were told (not very nicely) by the staff that unless every person orders at least one meal with the drinks we weren’t able to stay.. Which was a bit disappointing, especially as it was neither during lunch nor dinner time and most of the tables were empty anyways.. We ended up staying nevertheless and ordered food that we actually didn’t really wanted.. At least the food turned out to be really good which made up for the not so great experience in the beginning. If you want to have lunch or dinner it’s a nice place to go, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re just planning on some drinks or snacks.

03/08/2025: The meal is too expensive compared to the price, in fact for the 6 small "calamari gratin" with a salad, you have to pay 18€. For the other dish the price was correct (15€). In addition, the waiters are not very communicative. I had barely finished my dish when he came to take my plate without saying or asking anything while my wife had not yet finished eating. Otherwise the meal was still good and the location is convenient.

15/07/2025: Worst restaurant in Sanremo, terrible service and very low quality considering the high price. I was charged €25 for a Caprese salad. I don't recommend it.

03/07/2025: I categorically do not recommend this place, we wanted to try the mushrooms that were on display, they were not on the menu, they said it was a seasonal dish, they prepared 1 boletus mushroom, deep-fried. As a result, they brought the bill for this specific 1 mushroom, they ripped off 30 euros. When we started to complain, the waiter said that we should have asked the price in advance. We paid 30 euros for the breading. Horrible in general. I do not recommend this restaurant.

29/05/2025: Classic breakfast croissant and cappuccino. Chocolate croissant really good and above all full. Cappuccino sni (for this 4 stars). Kind, helpful and smiling staff.

01/08/2025: I'll give it a maximum of two stars, given that the shower is closed and the one that is open requires you to hold down the button, and they won't let you put a chair in even though there are no hooks to hang clothes on!

09/08/2025: I would have expected more... definitely a quality wine cellar, but the service was heartless and the dishes were very disappointing. To eat, you have to order something else, but you don't get great quality! I chose the bubbles myself, and they were excellent, despite spending a lot overall. I'm not complaining about the price of the bottle, which I consciously chose, but about the whole thing compared to the low quality of the food and the welcome with zero empathy.

29/06/2025: Excellent for aperitifs, even romantic ones. Wide selection of wines and absolutely prepared and helpful staff. We took the cheese board, not bad but absolutely improvable combinations with jams. But the accompanying breadsticks very good. All in all I recommend but the prices are quite high

06/07/2025: Un véritable coup de cœur à Corniglia ! Tout simplement le meilleur endroit où manger à Corniglia, et même le meilleur repas que j’ai eu la chance de savourer dans toute la région des Cinque Terre (sans prétendre avoir tout goûté, bien sûr 😉). Chaque plat que nous avons commandé était un délice, avec une mention spéciale pour le trio de bruschettas, absolument savoureux et parfaitement préparé. Cerise sur le gâteau : les prix sont vraiment très raisonnables pour la qualité proposée. Si vous cherchez une adresse authentique où bien manger, ne passez pas à côté. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous allez vous régaler !

16/04/2025: Las pizzas eran increíbles. Cada uno tiene uno y todos los amamos. Los trabajadores eran muy amables y amables. Restaurante super pequeño, pero era muy bueno.

03/08/2025: Gelateria Gepi is a great place to enjoy delicious ice cream at affordable prices. The friendly service and warm welcome make the experience even more enjoyable.
