07/08/2024: Good food, even if many dishes come from defrosted fish (but I don't care if it's good). Decent cooking, the kind you do at home, don't expect gourmet dishes If I gave 3 stars it is for the environment: single room with sad furnishings but ESPECIALLY the terrible noise, impossible to talk to each other at the table without shouting... and to think that with a few sound-absorbing panels they could solve the problem

15/08/2024: Stop looking, this is the place.. I have been to Rome 14 times and it took me 4 visits, though short, to find Trastevere, then a few more times to find Bar San Calisto. Get here around 5 to guaranty a table outside and sit back and enjoy the ambience of Trastevere. The party spills out in to the Piazza and it's a great place to people watch. And the prices are the best in the city by far......

14/08/2024: Fun spot in the evening! Get a couple of drinks , people watch , mingle great atmosphere. One of our favorite spots in Trastevere! Always a great crowd , great places to eat near by. Highly recommend a stop here at aperitivo or evening drink to end the night at . Will be back next year ! Love Rome!

13/08/2024: The food is delicious. However, it seemed like a strange coincidence that people with dark skin were seated in corners near the bathroom (confirming rumors of racism in Italy).

29/07/2024: A pearl in the alleys of Trastevere... a cozy and welcoming place, the owner was very courteous to us and immediately put us at ease, we entrusted ourselves to him for the dishes and we were very happy with it, everything was very good and the matching wine was perfect to accompany the dishes. Both my wife and I were delighted and there is no doubt that we will return.

13/07/2024: This place is CLOSED!!! We visited Rome for the second time this year and part of our plans was to return to this restaurant based on an amazing experience we had from back in January. Went there today but the place was closed and up for sale :(

18/08/2024: We went to this tavern on a quiet Saturday in August for lunch. Quiet location, courteous staff, quality products. Average prices for the quality offered.

16/08/2024: Excellent staff, fluent in English. Always high quality food, although I can't comment on the meat dishes, of which I'm not a fan. Wines always of excellent choice, both by the bottle and by the glass. Elegant, relaxing environment. Prices commensurate with the above.

24/08/2024: Got a table without a reservation and had a nice evening. We had gluten free pinsa and pinsa with gluten. We would be happy to come back.

18/06/2024: A small restaurant a little hidden, but familiar, cute and the dishes delicious. We ate a mixed appetizer of hot and cold seafood, grilled octopus with rocket and cherry tomatoes and fried calamari. To drink we had the house white wine and two coffees. We have already booked again for this Saturday together with our children. Absolutely worth trying.

22/08/2024: Good welcome but unattended parking, gate always open. On the night of August 15th, the window was broken and the car was robbed, not only our car but also that of other guests. The owners threw out their arms and advised them to report to the CC. Where we discovered that the phenomenon is repeated and well known.

22/08/2024: Location located in a quiet corner of the earth surrounded by greenery, in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Comfortable rooms recently built and very quiet. Pleasant swimming pool although small in size but sufficient for relaxation. What can I say about the restaurant, stayed 5 nights and had dinner 3 times. Each time we approached the idea of ​​pizza but it was always changed by the sublime off-menu options for both meat and fish. Marco the owner and his staff help make the stay memorable. We will definitely be back to try it if you are looking for tranquility and savoire faire in hospitality. Only flaw? Breakfast could be improved.

24/07/2024: Buon ristorante romano a due passi dalla stazione Termini, con piatti della tradizione buoni e abbondanti. Unico neo, il caldo all’interno del ristorante anche con i condizionatori accesi. Comunque lo consiglio.

23/07/2024: This restaurant was only a few blocks from our hotel, so we walked over for dinner. We had bruschetta, the house red wine, cacio e pepe, and the potato encrusted fish. All were phenomenal, and the ambiance of the outside terrace is lovely. We liked it so much we brought the rest of our travelers here for lunch a few days later. The fish was one of the most delicious fish preparations I've ever had! The staff were great. Highly recommended!

02/09/2024: The food was delicious! I got the pasta with seafood and it did not disappoint. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The one thing you have to do is ask about wine by the glass - the wine menu doesn't list any. The waiter brought one for me to try and it was perfect to pair with the pasta I decided to get.

01/09/2024: Had one of the best service in this restaurant. Staff was attentive, very kind and friendly! Ordered the saffron risotto and beef with porcini mushrooms and food was delicious. Will definitely head back to try other dishes when we’re in Rome again!
