I ate the sliced chicken, which, when said like this, would seem trivial, but the way they are made makes it truly fantastic, because it is marinated and cooked at a low temperature.

25/03/2025: This was a short walk from our hotel and we relied on google reviews. Thanks to Chris and the staff for being SO hospitalble! There were Americans, French, Italians—real international group all delighted. Cacio e pepe was insanely good! Off menu specials worth a try. Outside seating with a fun Roman cat to make it feel like home!
23/03/2025: Mandatory (dry) bread with olive oil and balsamico for 2€/person.
Seafood is thawed from frozen during off-season, which is stated on the back of the menu - good with transparency.
We chose ragu, and it is tasted okay, nothing special compared to other places.
We felt the service was a bit rushed on getting plates away, while the dishes we got for the bread were not clean, so I had to rub the worst off both plates with the napkin.

25/03/2025: Superlative cuisine, which you don't expect but which leaves you confused due to the quality and freshness of the raw materials. I thought places like this no longer existed, welcoming even in the cream-colored nuances of the furnishings. Palettes of flavors worthy of a city without equal. You would expect a queue to enter: there are European cities where you would need to book in advance to be able to have dinner. Even humble, maybe this is the secret?

09/03/2025: I got the ice cream there, there's a long queue but it's worth it because it's really excellent and in any case it's easy to navigate because there's good organization inside. The place is small and you can't sit down and the choice isn't huge, but the flavors are particular and fun to try.

17/02/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday here and it was a magical experience... we ordered a la carte and every dish amazed us with its refinement, originality and taste. The soft atmosphere of the venue is splendid, with low music in the background and very soft lights. Courteous and discreet service, but always extremely efficient. We will definitely be back!
