20/06/2025: Disappointed. The restaurant was recommended by my hotel that said it is one of the best in the area. The place is quiet and the waiter was friendly. Regarding the octopus salad, I had no idea that I would get more celery than octopus. As I am allergic to it, I left it. The waiter did not make any comment . The prawns with lemon sauce were frozen, the sauce was greasy and not tasty. They came without vegetables (5 prawns 22 euros). The artichokes alla romana were good. The menu is too long so that not everything can be fresh.

15/06/2025: Pure Italiaanse keuken aan redelijke prijzen. Leuke sfeer en lekker eten. Gastvrije uitbaters. Zeker doen. De linguïst met kreeft was heel lekker, mijn gegrilde tonijn was er mss net wat over, maar wel lekker genoeg. Goeie wijnkaart, niet duur. Hiervoor bezoek je Rome😀

31/05/2025: A small but sweet jazz bar. The 3-person Nid Jazz group gives jazz concerts on some days of the week. The atmosphere is nice and the music is good. We stayed for about 2 hours and left satisfied. If you happen to be here, I definitely recommend you to stop by. I would also like to thank the artists for this beautiful event.

15/06/2025: Fresh fish, excellent dishes, I especially love the scampi cream risotto and not everyone knows how to make it. I give 10 stars to the Mimmo restaurant because to date it is the best scampi cream risotto I have ever eaten. For the rest, everything is really excellent and if you want to go and eat good fish dishes, you are in the right place.

14/05/2025: The place is super welcoming, the guys are very friendly and make you feel a unique warmth. We ate two appetizers: the chicken strips and the supplí. They were both delicious, crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside, the strips fall apart in your hand before you even have time to put them in your mouth. Then we had two hamburgers: the important one and the internal 7 (if I'm not mistaken that's what it's called, I can't remember at the moment). With pizza dough instead of bread and a very juicy hamburger, the rest was just a side dish, it was so good. Unfortunately we had filled our bellies to bursting so we didn't try the dessert, maybe next time.

11/05/2025: A cracking little boozer hidden away in residential Rome. Everyone knows everyone n they all make you welcome. A smashing local session IPA was about 6 euro (£5). You can get oysters with your pint. Some rocking music n football on the tele. Boozers don’t really get much better than this - Guinness on draft, IPA on draft, German beer on draft, friendly bar folk, cool n chilled local clientele in for a pint, football on a massive tele, and rocking music. There is a table football. Sadly no pool table, it’s quite small so likely no space for a pool table. Food is simple but will sustain you through a session. And oysters with each pint! Fantastic. And across the road, 7m away, is a smashing restaurant knocking out home cooked food. Big Muff is open till 1am and even after midnight they’ll sort you out with a cheese burger. Thanks Big Muff for having me, I’m glad I entered. I hope to return with my burd for a holiday. Fuck the coliseum, Big Muffs where it’s at.

21/05/2025: Update: It's sad how comfortably you can lie. I didn't bring any drink from outside, that's a lie. But I shouldn't expect integrity from an owner who over-charges, it's my mistake 👍🏼 ==================== They charged me for water, which I didn't order. And their tiramisu was expired and tasted bitter (but they didn't charge for it, so it's good). Overall, medium quality food, dishonest charging, I wouldn't recommend it.

28/05/2025: I'm just reading the owner's response now: I came to dinner with friends, we had a plate of meat with boiled vegetables. The meat was mushy, overcooked. That's why I gave the food a 2.

19/05/2025: A local recommended it to us, we went there for lunch. Welcoming place and friendly and helpful staff. We had a mixed appetizer, very abundant, and fried shrimp and calamari, also very good. Excellent food, nothing to say, in my opinion the wines are a bit expensive, high markup. Anyway I recommend it, I will definitely go back.
