25/04/2026: One of my favorite places in Rome. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. Good wines, and the dishes are increasingly sophisticated and delicious. The slow-cooked egg remains my favorite. Highly recommended. Reservations are required.

24/04/2026: I stumbled upon this gem while strolling around. Just one look tells me it's the perfect place to indulge your taste buds. The artichoke absolute is a marvel, with its sauce that enhances the stems and the contrast created by the crunchy breadcrumbs. Then a seasonal egg, almost a cream, a caress. A taste of orecchiette with a tomato and zucchini sauce (don't try this at home: I think it's impossible to recreate), with smoky notes. Top service. Coffee like only in Italy. Bravo!

02/05/2026: I visited this Osteria, just steps from Piazza Colonna, in the heart of Rome, and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and original, the dishes are excellent, with thoughtful combinations, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a place to be amazed by the food!

02/05/2026: It's probably one of the few restaurants in the area to have maintained its identity over the years, not turning into the usual tourist trap with menus and photos on the outside. 1. The restaurant is located in the most beautiful square in Rome, it's a shame about the scaffolding at the moment. 2. The staff here is its strong point: young, smart, and above all kind. In my case, I was greeted by Luca, who provided perfect service despite the restaurant being full. Thank you, Luca! 3. The wine was very good, cooked ad hoc. As for the bill, I honestly expected something less, but my review is 5 stars! Very happy to have eaten here, and I will gladly return.

A little pricey, but the quality is high. The only downside is the stifling heat in the summer from the plastic roof.

During that time, I witnessed a veritable parade of disorganization: several people arrived after me and were served normally, while I remained there, invisible, without any explanation, queue organization, or the slightest respect. Employees passed by repeatedly, looked, noticed the situation, and yet chose not to act. It wasn't carelessness, it was pure deliberate disregard. When I was finally approached, the service managed to be even worse: cold, condescending, and impatient, as if I were causing a problem by waiting to be served after two hours. The message conveyed is clear and extremely worrying: the service seems selective. Those who are local or speak Italian receive immediate attention; those who are not can simply be ignored. Waiting is part of any busy restaurant (which wasn't the case here). Being ignored for two hours while other customers go ahead of you is not waiting, it's total and absolute disrespect. If this is the standard for the establishment, it's not an isolated incident, but a serious structural problem. I do not recommend it, I will not return, and I suggest that anyone who values ​​their time look for another option. Thank you very much.

19/12/2025: You used to feel good, but today you do. It took me three days to digest the meatballs. The cacio e pepe ones were inedible. Cacio e pepe was just the name, the sauce was yellow and the taste was sour. Bad, bad. Overpriced.
