17/08/2026: Although the location is beautiful and the service is excellent, the food doesn't live up to the setting. The pasta doesn't seem very fresh, and their burgers need improvement.

10/08/2026: I discovered this bistro many years ago, at a friend's bachelorette party. I was looking for an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere to take her to dinner. I booked a table inside on the balcony next to the window with a view of Piazza Navona (or, more specifically, the backside of the Moor statue). She was delighted. Since that evening, I've returned countless times, alone or with someone, at the outside tables or inside. I've yet to return for dinner, nor have I booked a table with a view. Yesterday afternoon, I visited the bistro last minute alone for a light Sunday lunch. I chose to sit at a table inside, on the balcony, where I'd never sat before: the table overlooking the facade of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart. Since I'm now on a very strict diet for health reasons, I ordered a lactose-free salmon dish and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. I would have preferred the salmon steak not to arrive whole, but cut into pieces, as it shamelessly evokes the shape of a penis. Other than that, I found it a delicacy. However, I should have asked for the orange glaze and cucumber to be removed from the plate, as I can't eat them. In fact, I suffered from indigestion once I got home. A couple of details to help me get a 5-star rating: the wall where the table rests needs repainting, and the table should be moved as close to the window as possible, because those sitting looking out are constantly disturbed by the clinking of cutlery the staff retrieves from the container just around the corner. The absolute standout detail: the retro armchairs with tapestries on the backs. I'll definitely be back.
