We had a really great experience! Our other hotel did not work out and we had to find another in a pinch. They found us a great room and took really good care of us!

The hotel is in a very strategic location, with clean rooms, a charming setting, and friendly staff! Even the option to store luggage for early or late check-in was great. Two things we didn't like: the hairdryer in the room was faulty. After a few minutes of use, it overheated and couldn't be used anymore. I'd add that such a product is a bit dated for the context. It's much better to have a regular one that can be moved around the room. The rooms weren't soundproofed at all. For the type of hotel and the price, it's definitely not acceptable. We could hear conversations in the room next to us without any effort, coughs, and the TV was on. It's just not acceptable for the price this hotel has. It's a shame because it would have been a 10, but it's a 7.

Hotel in the center of Rome, very well located, clean rooms, and a full breakfast. We benefited from a free taxi ride there, but we weren't sure we'd arrive alive. The taxi driver acted like he was in a Gran Turismo movie: skidding, accelerating, and driving very dangerously, creating a cold atmosphere.

The hotel left a very positive impression: a cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, good spa and a genuine feeling that guests are truly cared for. Special praise goes to Giulia, who is in charge of the breakfasts. Every morning she greets guests with a sincere smile, positivity, and kindness, instantly lifting everyone’s mood. Thanks to Giulia, breakfasts feel warm and welcoming, and she definitely makes the stay even more memorable. A truly good hotel that you would happily return to.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend the fantastic location, close to everything! Especially near the Trevi Fountain
