06/01/2025: Era il top in tutto una volta ma ora non più solo il nome e’rimasto cornetti crudi bruciati sanno di uova, le bombe oliose è vuote e ciliegina sulla torta i panettoni secchi !!! Abbiamo speso 60€ x 2 panettoni e ci siamo rimasti malissimo in modo gentile glielo abbiamo riferito c è stato risposto che era impossibile che sono una pasticceria artigianale volevamo lasciarglieli x fargli rendere conto di che prodotto hanno venduto ma nn hanno voluto MAI PIÙ PESSIMI!!!! E che purtroppo oramai hanno il nome e quindi lavoravano sempre

19/09/2024: Se sommiamo un bicchiere di plastica d'acqua al giorno per caffe per una media di 200, come accade in questo esercizio, quanto è il consumo di plastica giornaliero? Se ogni bar in Italia offrisse un bicchiere di acqua per ogni caffè servito quanto sarebbe il consumo quotidiano nel paese? E se questo calcolo lo facessimo per il pianeta mondo dove siamo sei miliardi quanti sarebbero i miliardi di bicchieri utilizzati? Rinuncia al caffè e salva il pianeta! PS un bicchiere di acqua filtrata se non prendi il caffè costa l'incredibile SOMMA di 20 centesimi

18/04/2025: The truth is that they couldn't have done worse. 6 people went in and bought 6 ice creams, they gave them to us and so far everything was fine but one of us wanted to repeat 5 minutes after the first ice cream and when he came in, they gave him the ice cream with a wafer and a cookie for the same price. Simply because they treat customers differently, I would not return or recommend this place to anyone. The photo I upload is the one of the second ice cream.

06/06/2025: Was staying very close and having just arrived decided to eat here - didn’t see the reviews till after visiting but can only speak as we found - I had meatballs while the wife had a tuna salad sandwich - both were lovely 👌🏻 and the staff were pleasant.

17/03/2025: Mi sobrina y yo vinimos esta tarde a almorzar y el hombre del frente se resistía a dejarnos entrar. Se burló cuando nos vio. Vi dos mesas que estaban disponibles y no tenían carteles reservados. ¿Por qué hizo esto? La respuesta era clara para nosotros. No somos blancos, de piel. Todos los demás en ese restaurante obviamente lo eran. Estoy disgustada.

28/04/2025: Parada aquí para la cena y la comida era buena y el servicio era genial! El servidor era muy servicial, y yo tenía frío y él encendió el calentador de gas para mí. Tuve el MEJOR helado de chocolate que he tenido.

28/04/2025: I stop to get two coffees, take a note and run off, and the boss comes with the coffees. My wife, who hasn't given him time to order a glass with ice, scolds him for not ordering everything together (where's that saying about the customer is always right?).

03/06/2025: Prices over the top. A coffee 1.50 € at the counter. Why? Maritozzo 5 €! Never paid so much and certainly not the best. In Rome there is much better at much lower costs.

03/06/2025: Manager discriminates clients, was very rude and offensive against a neighbouring table of two people that were very gentle to pay the bill anyhow at the end . Never again. Please avoid this restaurant until the manger get retired.

01/09/2024: I received a skimpy platter for 2 people, without bread, without a piece of focaccia and not even a piece of porchetta, which is what emphasizes the place among other things! You don't even know how to attract attention with special appetizers which is what the customer expects. The only positive note is the very pretty square. I hope there are better places because I really love Frascati, and it would be a real shame.

13/04/2025: Very bad experience to say the least, they treated us very badly. In addition to making a mistake with the order, which may be the case, when we pointed it out to her, the blonde cashier strongly told us to "fuck off" in front of other customers. Besides being unprofessional, it's really in poor taste.

30/05/2025: Chicken was dry, felt like school food. Paid 14 euros for bread, coke and ice tea (they said the bread was free).

11/10/2024: I had breakfast in this bar and we mostly had coffees and stuffed croissants. First of all it must be said that the products already at 8.30 in the morning are really minimal, there were 4 chocolate croissants, 4 with jam and 4 with sour cherry jam (which among other things when one of us asked what the sour cherries were precisely as he wasn't from the area, the bartender couldn't even tell us what they were and even turned annoyed towards us) so this lack of availability of products creates discomfort also because we were a group of 5/6 people and we had to settle for the flavors available without even being able to ask for anything else. The brioche dough was truly indescribable: it must have been something like 3 days old and they stuffed them with a bit of Nutella this morning, inedible. Very few times have I eaten such a bad brioche. The coffee is impossible to drink, in fact I haven't finished it: it's practically dirty water and who knows since when they haven't washed the coffee machine because it's so obvious that the coffee has an unrefined flavour. It is a bar that has an agreement for breakfast with a hotel located on the opposite side of the street and the agreement is really exclusively for coffee and a croissant, literally, because we only asked for a fruit juice instead of coffee and a croissant and they told us that we would have to pay for it separately because it was not included. I already knew that the bar had a somewhat negative name and I never had the opportunity to try it but now that I have tried it I will stay away from it for good.

20/05/2025: A coffee costs 1.30 euros, it's okay in a shopping centre, but... Coffee is NOT good at all and not even a glass of water!

22/04/2025: You should be reported if you don't know the ingredients of your ice creams, and in your opinion they don't contain milk, don't throw out random things just to serve customers. My 4 year old boy was allergic to milk proteins 15 minutes after eating it and immediately went to the emergency room not because of traces of milk but because of the presence of milk. Thanks for letting us spend an entire night in the emergency room!

17/05/2025: Una bella pasticceria, sembra un'oasi dopo essersi allontanati dal caos, rumore e sporcizia della stazione Termini. Purtroppo il personale, sicuramente sotto pressione, è frettoloso e poco disponibile. Ma la cosa peggiore sono le toilette, relegate in fondo ad una scala lercia e sdrucciolevole, già alle 10 di mattina impraticabili per la sporcizia, senza carta e senza sapone. Direi un servizio pessimo

23/05/2025: Fik to smoothies, men den ene var en anden end den, der var bestil. Betjeningen påstod hårdnakket at vi havde fået det vi bestilte, selvom vi tydeligt kunne smage og se jordbær i en smoothie, hvor der skulle være blåbær

28/04/2025: Após longas caminhadas por Roma, finalizando na Basílica, parei para tomar uma cerveja no local. Fui bem atendido e a cerveja estava gelada. Fiquei apreciando o movimento e os muros do Vaticano. Gostei do local.

01/05/2025: The location in the Trastevere district is nice. The food is for tourists only. I had a bruschetta with burrata and anchovies but burrata is something completely different. Particularly salty aubergines parmigiana. An eternity to get the bill and then have to get up to go to the cashier to pay with the card. Negative

31/05/2025: We had a nice break on our walk in Rome. Shared a bottle of rosé and a couple of sandwiches. Nice, attentive waiters and great atmosphere. Not the most affordable place, but also very centrally located.
