02/04/2025: Wonderful place to stop after a full day at the colosseum and palatine hill, on the way back to hotel. My teen daughters wanted ice cream and they for what they wanted! Hubby had sandwiches and beer. I had prosecco. Came with chips and peanuts. Loved them all. Service was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we truly truly enjoyed our stop here for a snack. Our server spoke perfect English and was attentive to our every need. Even our teenage girls felt so welcome here. Busy area. Great for people watching.

13/04/2025: 1 Croissant salato (forse di 3 giorni prima visto che il poco formaggio nel ripieno aveva anche la patina bianca sul bordo)e 1 caffè 8,40 euro. Ovviamente al banco e non servito al tavolo. Pessimo posto.

05/03/2025: Veniamo spesso al cinema e veniamo a mangiare la piadina . Ogni volta non prendono la tessera punti dicendo che loro sono privati e non hai mai prodotti per le piadine vegetariane. Sconsiglio .

26/03/2025: We went in a couple of times to have cocktails, the Aperol and Negroni were great, the service was top notch. They brought chips as a snack, and when they saw that the chips were eaten, they brought bruschetta as a compliment.

23/03/2025: We went for a drink. The first waiter who served us was very friendly, but the next one was extremely disrespectful. The place was almost empty, and he was rushing us to leave. He picked up our glasses and cleared the table without waiting for us to finish. It's understandable why they have such a poor rating. DO NOT GO.

06/01/2025: Era il top in tutto una volta ma ora non più solo il nome e’rimasto cornetti crudi bruciati sanno di uova, le bombe oliose è vuote e ciliegina sulla torta i panettoni secchi !!! Abbiamo speso 60€ x 2 panettoni e ci siamo rimasti malissimo in modo gentile glielo abbiamo riferito c è stato risposto che era impossibile che sono una pasticceria artigianale volevamo lasciarglieli x fargli rendere conto di che prodotto hanno venduto ma nn hanno voluto MAI PIÙ PESSIMI!!!! E che purtroppo oramai hanno il nome e quindi lavoravano sempre

19/09/2024: Se sommiamo un bicchiere di plastica d'acqua al giorno per caffe per una media di 200, come accade in questo esercizio, quanto è il consumo di plastica giornaliero? Se ogni bar in Italia offrisse un bicchiere di acqua per ogni caffè servito quanto sarebbe il consumo quotidiano nel paese? E se questo calcolo lo facessimo per il pianeta mondo dove siamo sei miliardi quanti sarebbero i miliardi di bicchieri utilizzati? Rinuncia al caffè e salva il pianeta! PS un bicchiere di acqua filtrata se non prendi il caffè costa l'incredibile SOMMA di 20 centesimi

04/03/2025: Appena si entra la cosa che si sente subito e’ uno sgradevole odore che si espande dalla pasticceria al ristorante! Nauseabondo…capisco che c’è una cucina a vista quindi emana odori non buoni purtroppo non è più il Vanni di una volta!Anche nella pasticceria entrando non c’è un buon odore peccato! La qualità di carne e pesce non è nemmeno buona dall’odore : ho preso delle vongole senza sapore. I piatti sono abbondanti ma preferisco la qualità alla quantità non ci tornerò più

09/02/2025: Sono stata sabato 8 febbraio avendo prenotato un aperitivo con delle amiche. Premetto l’ambiente freddo pur essendo un locale interno era necessario indossare il giubbotto. L’aperitivo di 11 euro aveva dei fritti duri con la mozzarella che pareva un mattone. Le pizzette gommose che sembravano stessero lì da ore. Le uniche cose che si salvavano le olive e le patatine. Il cameriere che non capiva e parlava a malapena l’italiano. Sinceramente una delusione andare da Vanni che è sempre stato un nome per noi romani

01/09/2024: I received a skimpy platter for 2 people, without bread, without a piece of focaccia and not even a piece of porchetta, which is what emphasizes the place among other things! You don't even know how to attract attention with special appetizers which is what the customer expects. The only positive note is the very pretty square. I hope there are better places because I really love Frascati, and it would be a real shame.

27/03/2025: The place is skippable on the outside but nicer looking on the inside. The service was rushy and rude. The meal was the worst one I’ve had since being in Italy for the past two weeks (Reggio, Venice, Sorrento, and Rome) no one came for so long to take out finished plates away and when someone finally came to ask us if we wanted dessert we said no and asked them to take our plates…. He left and eventually 5 minutes later sent over someone else to collect them. Pricing is not worth the meal. Wouldn’t recommend… there is so many other great places around. Oh also the washroom is disgusting.

23/03/2025: The prices are good, slightly under the average, the pizzas have amazing cheese but that's about it. One of them came Very burnt, the other one had a huge egg shell in the pizza. Also 90% of the ingredients are concentrated on one part of the pizza. Come here if you're hungry and you have low standards

05/04/2025: Service was ok but the waiter gave himself more tips or didn't listen properly. Food and drink extremely expensive and tiny portions. Was a very bad choice as a first meal in Rome.

26/10/2024: Why only 3 stars for the kitchen....because the pizza dough is not homemade, our table overlooking the kitchen we could see that they were in plastic bags...good by the way but obviously very disappointing...the garnish for the 4 seasons was composed of fresh vegetables...however this creates a disappointment....the desserts very good..the warm welcome, the service was very long which was not not disturbing because it was raining....very pretty motorcycles at the toilets on display...

28/03/2025: We had mojito and buttom of the glass was full of sugar like two spoons of sugar and not even melted. We asked two times to change and make sugar melt or remove but they bring the same mojito twice. They didnt accept to change with something else.

11/10/2024: I had breakfast in this bar and we mostly had coffees and stuffed croissants. First of all it must be said that the products already at 8.30 in the morning are really minimal, there were 4 chocolate croissants, 4 with jam and 4 with sour cherry jam (which among other things when one of us asked what the sour cherries were precisely as he wasn't from the area, the bartender couldn't even tell us what they were and even turned annoyed towards us) so this lack of availability of products creates discomfort also because we were a group of 5/6 people and we had to settle for the flavors available without even being able to ask for anything else. The brioche dough was truly indescribable: it must have been something like 3 days old and they stuffed them with a bit of Nutella this morning, inedible. Very few times have I eaten such a bad brioche. The coffee is impossible to drink, in fact I haven't finished it: it's practically dirty water and who knows since when they haven't washed the coffee machine because it's so obvious that the coffee has an unrefined flavour. It is a bar that has an agreement for breakfast with a hotel located on the opposite side of the street and the agreement is really exclusively for coffee and a croissant, literally, because we only asked for a fruit juice instead of coffee and a croissant and they told us that we would have to pay for it separately because it was not included. I already knew that the bar had a somewhat negative name and I never had the opportunity to try it but now that I have tried it I will stay away from it for good.

02/04/2025: The place is wonderful, the staff is not only professional but also kind and polite, the food is of high quality and the prices, despite the area, are more than honest. I had the pleasure of having an aperitif, I will return as soon as possible because it won me over!
