30/03/2025: Mi dicono che ho il “turno” dalle 13 alle 14:30 ed alle 14:10 arriva solo l’antipasto. Successivamente ogni 20’ arriva un piatto , morale..ognuno ha mangiato con tempi diversi. Qualità del prodotto bassa. Il posto gode su una terrazza sul mare ma sprovvista di tende e copertura . Non sono organizzati per poter ospitare oltre 300 coperti. Bagno in condizioni igieniche carenti e malfunzionante Basterebbero ospitare meno persone e servire un servizio adeguato e proporzionato al costo che non è proprio basso Anche il personale di servizio in completa confusione

15/03/2025: Cucina di pesce di ottimo livello,ma fa anche una discreta pizza,la location è direttamente sul mare e credo che d'estate sia veramente suggestiva, discreta carta dei vini e servizio competente.

13/02/2025: Nuestra primera mañana aquí el conserje de nuestro hotel en Via Cavour sugirió Valorani para nuestro café de la mañana. Pedimos un croissant de pistacho (cortado por la mitad), cappucinos para los dos y un café con leche para mí ya que necesito mucha cafeína por la mañana. El croissant pistacho era divino - ligero, sabroso y la mitad - tamaño era simplemente perfecto. No podíamos creer lo barato que era en comparación con otros lugares del barrio. Y aún mejor, los capuchinos y lattes fueron los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestra semana en Roma. Un día nos dieron un bocadillo para llevar y estaba tan delicioso como los cruasanes y el café. Terminamos desayunando en Valorani cada mañana durante una semana y nunca nos cansamos del café, los cruasanes (el chocolate también es genial) o la gente maravillosa que trabaja allí. La mayoría de los clientes eran italianos, siempre un positivo. Gracias a todos en Valorani por hacer nuestras mañanas en Roma absolutamente perfecto.

09/03/2025: Excellent wine and cocktail bar located on the outskirts of Trastevere. We had both wine and cocktails, both of which satisfied us. They also have a decent selection of gins. The best part was seeing how many loyal customers they have in this place, you can feel the good Roman welcome. The only downside is that it's a little expensive, but it's still worth it.

02/02/2025: spesso capitavo in questo bar visto che sono di Frascati. Da molto tempo ormai come molti altri bar della zona non si pagava la consumazione al tavolo. Si prendeva il vassoio al banco e si portava al tavolo se disponibile. Stamattina la sorpresa. Non tanto il fatto di dover pagare la consumazione al tavolo, che se prevista si paga senza problemi. Il modo subdolo in cui è stata riattivata. Vado al banco , ordino le mie cose, ripeto al baco, quindi ancora non seduto. La barista mi dice guardi le porta il ragazzo al tavolo, senza spesicicare che è prevista la consumazione al tavolo. E comunque qualora fosse dovuta mi aspettavo che il cameriere avesse preso la comanda al tavolo col cliente già seduto, come si conviene. In cassa vedo che importo è alto e chiedo. Il cassiere mi dice che è stata ripristinata solo sabato e domenica. Modo molto subdolo e quindi non torno di sicuro!! è questione di rispetto del cliente, non di quanto si paga. Aggiungi che stamattina la ciambella presa da mia moglie era almeno discutibile, olio andato da un po. Grazie anche no. Andro' negli altri bar che rispettano di piu il cliente, anche pagando consumazione al tavolo se prevista. grazie

02/08/2024: I do not often write a review, but I wanted to go out of my way to warn people about this place. We came in and weren’t greeted by the lady behind the counter (we were the only ones in house). We ordered food via a QR code, absolutely not my preference but pretty common around this area. Our coffee was disgusting and was served in paper cups. After 45 minutes of waiting our two club sandwiches still hadn’t arrived. Once again, we were the only ones in the restaurant. After 35 minutes we asked if the food was almost done, and the grumpy lady said it was almost done. After 50 minutes we asked again, and the lady asked us if we had ordered. I showed her the confirmation of our order and she said she hadn’t gotten any order in from us. So she had lied to us when we asked if it was almost done, and she didn’t bother to ask us if we had ordered while we where the only ones inside. One of my worst experiences ever.

02/03/2025: Ristorante di pesce con pescheria annessa e la qualità si vede a occhio nudo. Il menù è molto ricco, variegato, con prezzi nella norma per la zona; le uniche cose con prezzo superiore al normale sono i primi con il pescato del giorno, che comunque consiglio a prescindere perché sono davvero buoni. Infatti, ho preso un tagliolino alla gallinella e ho assaggiato un tagliolino allo scorfano: al netto di qualche piccola spina che può rimanere durante la pulizia e la preparazione, la ricetta con pomodorino e spezie è stata davvero ottima. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, il tagliolino - comunque fresco - era forse un po’ troppo sottile. Come antipasto, invece, abbiamo preso un misto di crudi, dove ribadisco la qualità, e frittura di paranza, leggermente troppo olio ma andava assolutamente bene. Da bere, da una lista di vini molto ampia, abbiamo preso un bianco di fascia medio-bassa. Per concludere, un ottimo tiramisù fatto in casa. Servizio gentile e celere e allestimento interno accogliente.

07/03/2025: The place itself is not bad, clean and young atmosphere. Very polite guys. But decidedly disappointing aperitifs. €10 for what should have been a Negroni, but was a glass full of ice with a few centiliters of soft drink. I had chosen the Negroni, given that previously the Spritz hadn't convinced me much (straw yellow color and a quintal of ice). I'm sorry but I won't be returning.

Here we had the pleasure of tasting one of the wrong Negronis that we liked most, a classic drink not to be taken for granted, three ingredients that require the utmost loyalty and great attention.

15/11/2024: I went there for the first time with my husband a few weeks ago and I had a great time. €12 per person Campari spritz, focaccia and hot bread, cold cuts and cheese platter. In addition a small plate of chicory, total €28. Same exact things today, without focaccia (olives in addition to the focaccia), mortadella which left something to be desired in fact we didn't touch it and no chicory, €34! Well, something doesn't add up. The owner wanted to be right at the register and I said I would never go back. With €50 I go for lunch with a nice bottle of wine. I concluded by saying never again, with a smile she reiterates to me 'yes, never again'. I haven't lost anything, there are thousands of places, you have lost customers.
