26/03/2026: The only truly appreciable aspect was the aesthetics of the place, which is beyond reproach; it's among the most elegant around. The rest was quite disappointing, not to mention misleading. A dessert menu and a QR code were placed at each table, where a good 70% of what you see was unavailable. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our selection, and the result was a lemon ice cream as hard as marble with the ice flakes still on it. These were industrial desserts that had been in the freezer for who knows how long. Payment in advance was another detail that gave me pause. I realize that the citizens of Frosinone aren't known for their zest for life, asking for the usual 2-3 cheap drinks, but if you show me a selection of tempting products, I certainly don't expect to be ripped off.

06/03/2026: A welcoming place, with the right lighting and perfect music. It creates the perfect atmosphere for spending time enjoying food and drinks. I discovered some excellent, high-quality craft beer, there's a wide selection of wines, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the porchetta-filled pizzas and the meatballs in tomato sauce—they're divine! The tiramisu is amazing. The service is fast, courteous, and friendly.

15/04/2026: The place is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the offer and the service can definitely be improved. I honestly can't imagine any reason why a cafeteria in the heart of the city would not have lactose free milk in 2026, and while I understand that beer is far from their main offer, bringing it room temperature (without even warning us in advance, in case it wasn't available cold) is just terrible service.

14/04/2026: the tables outside are on the street and cars are driving by at a distance of 50cm next to you through a space available only for a car (meaning the people passing by have to wait for the vehicles to pass because there are also parked cars on the other side of the street). You can imagine the exhaust gases you inhale. Not ideal at all. Being at 2 streets from the Pantheon, a cappuccino costs 6.5€ (which is a lot considering the usual prices for a cappuccino in Rome) and it is terrible. It tastes like the one from the coffee machine at the IKEA. Do not recommend it at all ❌ Inside it looks nice, you can serve your whatever at the bar or to go. The staff are nice and friendly. We were there on 10.04.2026, around 15:00

12/03/2026: The place is really cute and cozy, located just steps from the Colosseum, making it perfect for a break during a sightseeing tour. I ordered a classic supplì and a carbonara one, both very good and well-fried. For dessert, I chose the tiramisu, which turned out to be truly excellent. Unfortunately, the pasta was a complete FAIL. When it was served, I immediately expressed my discomfort, asking if it was really the right dish. Unfortunately, it was, so I politely asked to take away the dish, which was practically "untouched." The pasta was overcooked, and the guanciale was cooked directly in the sauce, giving it a flavor similar to stewed meat. Furthermore, the tomato sauce was very runny, whereas one would expect a thick, full-bodied consistency. What's called "amatriciana" here simply can't be called that; they should rename it "pasta with sauce and guanciale." Truly, very unpleasant to the palate. Finally, when it came to the bill, there was no discount, as I expected, and at least a "sorry" from the staff would have been appropriate. In short, I will NEVER go back!

27/03/2026: The fries that came with the burger were soggy and already cold. The burger was supposed to have Emmental and Cheddar cheese, but there were only two slices of cheese (perhaps Emmental-flavored, but if so, specify that on the menu!). The baked potatoes that came with my burger were also cold and soggy (I don't know, maybe they were ready a long time ago and were reheated in the microwave? I don't know, but they certainly weren't good). My friend ordered a draft IPA and got a Pilsner. The prices, however, are "high" for such a low level: €13 for a burger. In conclusion, I'd say that since I moved to Rome, now 21 years ago, this is certainly one of the worst places I've eaten.

19/03/2026: I recently purchased a whole chicken with potatoes. When it arrived home, the chicken was dry and tough, and the potatoes were a mix—day-old and stale—thrown together. Stop selling yesterday's leftovers. Highly not recommended. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

19/03/2026: They have both deviled and spit-roasted chicken, seasoned with salt and chili pepper. The pizza and bread are delicious. Local milk is expensive; €2 a liter seems excessive. Overall, 5 stars. Recommended. UPDATE 03/14/2026 I wanted to buy the spit-roasted chicken, but I was told they only make deviled chicken. Bottom line: the chicken is old and hard to eat. I'm updating my review to negative. You're fooling yourselves, not the customers. 0 stars across the board. Highly not recommended.

18/04/2026: The staff was rude and arrogant. We were sitting for 30 minutes and although we had asked them to order they were acting like we were not there and took orders from people that came after us. Disrespectful behavior from women to young foreign travelers. What a shame because it seemed a beautiful place.

21/03/2026: A simple trattoria that showcases the beauty of the region through traditional cuisine, crafted with locally sourced ingredients and artisanal preparations. We shared an appetizer, accompanied by sautéed chicory and Roman-style artichokes. This was followed by three portions of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, truly excellent. To finish, three fresh desserts: two coffee creams and freshly baked wine donuts, simply amazing, all washed down with coffee. Total: €52. I'd say there's nothing more to say. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Simplicity is the key. Plastic tables, paper tablecloths, basic service. But the seafood dishes are very good. Admittedly, the atmosphere is quite dated.

12/04/2026: Lunch with a tour group. The menu was pre-arranged, but the service was very fast, friendly, and professional. All the dishes were truly excellent, especially the chicken Viterbo style. It was truly delicious, melting in your mouth. Highly recommended!
