10/11/2024: Lugar totalmente libre de gluten! No hay contaminación cruzada solo muy buena comida! Fuimos allí por pan (bien después de 2 días! ) y algunas galletas. No solo a mí, sino a mi marido no celíaco le encantan esas deliciosas galletas. El canelón es muy bueno y delicioso un día después también. Cuando estamos en Trieste, vamos allí. Vale cada centavo. Lo recomiendo!

06/09/2024: Panetteria/ pasticceria/ gastronomia completamente senza glutine. Vasta opzione anche di prodotti vegani tra brioche, lasagne, pastìccini… Personale veramente tanto gentile e accogliente e locale molto carino. Un po’ fuori dal centro di Trieste ma ne vale veramente la pena per tutti i prodotti (pizzette, panini già farciti, base per la pizza, pane anche integrale e con i semi, brioche, pastìccini, krafen, piatti pronti come lasagne e paste fredde…) Se ritornassi nella città sarebbe sicuramente il primo posto in cui andrei. Super consigliato!!!

28/08/2024: We did not have a table reservation on 08/20/2024. We waited 20 minutes to get a table. Another 20 minutes of waiting, but we didn't even get a menu.

27/11/2024: Menu with little choice, minimal dishes, stellar prices in relation to everything. Local wines from 50 euros and up, per bottle. Frankly, for 90 euros per person, I find at least 20 better ones in Trieste.

25/08/2024: I've been to this place (discovered by chance while wandering around Trieste). Very basic place (just the way I like it). The girl who serves at the table is very knowledgeable and friendly. Place where you eat good fish (fresh) and drink well. A very familiar environment where you feel welcomed. I recommend it to anyone who is in or coming to Trieste. If you want a place where you eat good and fair fish and want to spend with good value for money, then take a look. Well done Osteria to the 2 thieves! Paul

23/08/2024: Ristorante carinissimo e vicinissimo al centro che offre piatti di pesce tipici della zona. Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie alla bontà dei piatti e ottima anche l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale! Consigliatissimo il pesce nel cartoccio ! Un caro saluto ad Alessandra che è stata gentilissima e soprattutto simpaticissima !

17/11/2023: Great cafe and bar. The service was impeccable, professional and fast. The attire with tie of the staff present was much appreciated. Fine and refined environment. Simple but well prepared aperitifs. Very good toasts and choice of fresh pastries.

02/11/2024: Top restaurant in Trieste. In terms of quality/price it is perhaps the best restaurant I have been to. Excellent selection of wines and very competent staff. It is certainly more expensive than average, but for the quality of the fresh fish and the cuisine it is worth it. The appetizer "la champagnieria" which has a selection of typical dishes is recommended. Cabin-style interior furnishings, the room is very quiet and you can't hear the street. We ate and enjoyed the wine in complete tranquility.

27/11/2024: Too bad there is no possibility to give -5 Twice aperitif, without a chip, a pretzels and they even ask you for it but then it doesn't arrive. Service from -5 The dry prosecco is good

15/12/2024: Apparently nice service with the owner who sits at the table and makes fun, but in our case only to create confusion and not be clear about the orders. We ordered the crepes which, according to the owner, could be made mixed, but in reality the crepes are sold individually at the modest price of €8.50!!! So convinced of the dish for two we paid €17.00 for each first course of crepes!!! The pasties are passable and having taken the "trio" they cost €12.50. Moral of the story 2 first courses 1 starter and 2 desserts with water and beer €55.35!!! Table without placemat, no bread, therefore poor service (the owners say it is not taken into account, but it is not even done). Out of the way place and for the prices charged it can easily not be visited.
