12/01/2025: Premesso che il cambio di gestione non ha giovato al locale, le brioches sono di qualità medio bassa. Ciononostante, la cosa più fastidiosa è stata scoprire che nel bicchierino di acqua naturale "offerto gratuitamente" versato dalla bottiglia, c'è dell'acqua che potrebbe essere benissimo presa da una piscina tanto è il cloro contenuto! Chiaramente quell'acqua non poteva essere quella originale della bottiglia ! E qui mi fermo.

11/04/2025: I went to this restaurant for a dinner with family and friends, and I must admit that I was very satisfied. The place is very well kept, and the two owners are friendly and helpful, making customers feel at ease. Moving on to the menu, very fresh and quality fish, exceptional combinations (the spaghetti with sardines is something unique) and abundant quantities. The right price for the quality they have. The wine list is also excellent... I will definitely be back

12/01/2025: First time for lunch today Sunday. Fresh homemade macaroni with cockerel ragù with pieces of cockerel meat and even some bones, excellent!! Pumpkin tortelli with ragù, balanced and delicious. Large portions. Homemade desserts with considerable skill, the pears with lambrusco stand out, a marvel! The traditional Zuppa Inglese was good without overdoing it with the Alchermes. Dry house Lambrusco (Garuti Dante) was very good. In conclusion: excellent cuisine, service and environment. Fair prices. Recommended. We will return to try the second courses.

26/01/2025: Locale storico a pochi passi dalla zona universitaria che da qualche tempo ospita una pizzeria gourmet che è stata una vera sorpresa. Sotto i tradizionali portici bolognesi, in via San Donato (difficile parcheggiare nei dintorni), 3 gradini e si entra nel locale, passando di fronte al forno della pizza. Piccole sale con tavoli di legno rustici e apparecchiati con tovagliette di carta e un "pulsante" wifi al centro del tavolo per poter chiamare il personale che è molto gentile e disponibile. La proposta è di pizze classiche ma soprattutto gourmet, con la possibilità di scegliere il tipo d'impasto e di tipologia della pizza (stesa, tradizionale, con il bordo ripieno). Servizio veloce e pizza ottima! Possibile prenotare su the Fork. Esperienza da ripetere!

20/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera in questo locale prenotando un po' all'ultimo e rimanendo piacevolmente sorpresi della disponibilità di tavoli durante il weekend. Il locale è piccolo entrando ci si affaccia direttamente sul bancone ove si può anche consumare i pasti. La sala si sviluppa sulla sinistra e in fondo vi è anche un piccolo palchetto dove immagino possano anche esserci strumenti musicali e artisti durante le serate live. L'arredamento è stiloso e divertente. Personale attento e rapidissimo. Cucina minuscola, o almento per quanto si veda dall'esterno, tuttavia in grado di cucinare preparazioni appettibili e gustose. Presenti in menù anche varianti vegetariane e vegane. Hamburger con pane artigianale e ripieno abbondante. Per quanto riguarda il piatto vegetariano l'ho trovato un po' scomposto; due falafel da una parte, due polpettine di melanzane dall'altra, e uno sformatino di verdure grigliate dal carattere timido. Insomma buono ma rimaneva nell'insieme un po' tutto slegato. Molto buoni i dolci. Prezzi nella media. Unica pecca musica un tantino alta, si faceva fatica a parlare al tavolo, forse però dovuto anche alla clientela di quella sera un po' chiassosa. Lo consiglio vivamente per una serata spensierata e scherzosa

08/01/2025: Siamo già stati diverse volte in questo ristorante da gennaio 2024; siamo rimasti talmente entusiasti da sceglierlo come ristorante per il nostro matrimonio per il prossimo maggio! La cucina è estremamente curata: lo Chef Mirko Rocca realizza deliziosi piatti sia di carne che di pesce; il servizio è molto attento e le sale sono accoglienti ed eleganti. Abbiamo potuto assaggiare anche prodotti realizzati nel loro laboratorio come la confettura di melone e peperoncino (apprezzatissima da tutti!) ed il panettone artigianale. La professionalità dello staff, la vicinanza con la splendida Rocca Sforzesca per celebrare il rito civile e la possibilità di alloggiare parte degli ospiti nelle camere ci ha fatto scegliere la Locanda come location per il nostro grande giorno senza alcuna esitazione. Menzione speciale per la bravissima Clarissa che con grande cortesia, pazienza e professionalità ci sta seguendo nell’organizzazione rispondendo a tutti i nostri dubbi. Assolutamente consigliatissimo per occasioni speciali!

29/12/2024: Sono andato alla Locanda il giorno di Natale. Menu' fisso. Bella la location, buono il cibo con un punto in più per la lasagna al ragu' di cervo e per il lombo di vitello, buono anche il servizio. Proprio ad essere pignoli avrei voluto come frutta secca assieme alle noccioline un fico secco e una noce. Poi un semplice suggerimento: siamo in Emila Romagna, la lista dei vini é lunga e varia ma aggiungerei fra i bianchi la Rebola e tra i rossi un buon Lambrusco.

07/03/2025: Uno dei PUB storici di Bologna, non ci andavo ormai da anni, abitando ormai da tempo in un'altra zona. Ho trovato una grandissima qualità nel cibo; noi abbiamo condiviso la gramigna e gli arrosticini. Mi è piaciuto anche il personale: i ragazzi, molto giovani, ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e anche la titolare (credo si chiami Stefania?) ci ha consigliato alcuni piatti da scegliere, non disdegnando di fare due chiacchiere con noi e con gli altri tavoli, uscendo dal rapporto classico tra cliente e gestore, cosa che in una serata tra amici non guasta mai.

29/12/2024: Favorite bar for my breakfasts and aperitifs in the centre, large and very good fresh croissants, very welcoming and well-kept environment thanks also to the nice and friendly atmosphere created by the staff (all impeccable), very good aperitifs, nice atmosphere even in the evening, advised!

27/12/2024: The 'summer chocolate' is recommended and worth trying, requested hot and served in the form of a polaretto. But let's get to us... Arrived for an aperitif, except that after almost half an hour the staff was solicited, until that moment no one had come to take the order (and to say that the internal space is not particularly large). During the eternal wait, some power cables located between the table we occupied and the window were moved, the latter kept open for several minutes despite the cold. The drink was accompanied by a meager service of pizzas and various appetizers and, during the course of the evening, the place found itself in total absence of light two or three times, probably following a short circuit. I can understand the unexpected, I can understand the confusion dictated also by the greater influx of people given that it was a public holiday, but at least the courtesy of apologizing to the customers... We were also delighted by a surcharge on each drink, perhaps linked to the covered. Highly not recommended!
