26/03/2024: A pearl of Bologna to discover. Typical restaurant environment, everything clean and tidy. Alessandro runs it with his mother, the master of truffle risotto. In the dining room they are the ones who serve you, with such professionalism and friendliness, characteristics that I would say are unusual for this type of location. Order the truffle risotto and attend the show during the service. The simple menu, few typical Bolognese dishes, but with lots of quality. I think they can please everyone. On the menu you will also find truffles at a separate cost. For those who like it, I recommend you try it, for the honest price and quality, with a good Alessandro who will put it for you at the moment, letting you appreciate not only the taste, but also the process. The wine list is also well chosen. For those who have a minimal knowledge of wines, they will understand that there is an idea in that list, each wine can be perfectly combined with the dishes and in case you want to treat yourself there are also some very sought after wines. The cover charge includes bread and water, a rare thing. At the end of the dinner you will be full, happy and satisfied with everything you have seen and eaten, even more so when you see the bill. And if you also appreciate a good liqueur after a meal, let Alessandro know who will pamper you with his legendary bar counter with his collection of liqueurs and cocktails. 10/03/2024: Small, intimate and well-kept place. Fast and professional service. Really excellent food, from starters to desserts. Among the excellent truffles available we chose the Bianchetto truffle and we couldn't have made a better choice. Really excellent and reasonable prices for the product offered. Nice discovery and really good restaurant!
