Informal atmosphere with few dishes, little choice but this is a sign of authenticity......the staff and owner are few but friendly, excellent value for money, highly recommended....reservations are required, there are only 8 tables.......I forgot, generous portions

06/03/2026: The dishes were well-executed. The service was really fast. The choice was limited to two starters. I would have expected slightly larger portions. €20 for a starter and main course (I didn't order a side dish, which may have been included, but I wasn't told). Overall, it's good, but I don't agree with the hype. There are perhaps better options in Vomero.

19/10/2025: My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding day at Villa Cimmino, almost two years in advance (we got married on October 10, 2025). We fell in love with it first at the Fiera Tutto Sposi, and then, once we arrived there to confirm everything, we were even more amazed by the beauty of the location, the view from there, and Francesco's kindness. Everything was perfect: the chef delighted the palates of all our guests, who were blown away by the deliciousness of every single dish; the maitre d' and the wait staff were excellent at managing the timing of the various courses; and finally, a special thanks goes to Chiara and Francesco, who took care of everything down to the smallest detail... it was a perfect day not only for the location but also for the skill and kindness of every single member of the Villa Cimmino staff; you won't find a single rude person here. 14/03/2026: An authentic trattoria in the heart of Sarno. Simple and authentic flavors. The lady who runs it welcomes us very warmly and recommends the daily specials (pictured), giving us the opportunity to try some unfamiliar local dishes, such as the "mescita": cubes of broccoli, potatoes, and pan-fried croutons. A place I will definitely return to at the first opportunity.

19/12/2025: The food was sparse and salty, and the bill was exorbitant and equally salty. The only generous condiment was celery. An experience NOT to be repeated.

02/01/2026: We were in Naples for Christmas, passing by pure chance, my instinct told me to go in 🤣 I was fascinated by their windows, they say you eat first with your eyes then with your mouth, well, besides being beautiful to look at they are good 😋 then later I discovered that it is one of the best in Naples obviously made a stock to take home 🤣 the pastry shop is located not far from the station easy to reach competent staff kind if you pass by Naples you can't not go let yourself be pampered by the sweetness of their products a guarantee. Photos are what remained 🤣

01/01/2026: One of the top three sfogliatella riccia in Naples. Their’s has the best texture. The dough is very light and flaky with just the right amount of crunch. The filling is also plentiful unlike other pasticcerias, although I wish it had orange or lemon flavor.

09/03/2026: Excellent beer bar with a huge selection of beers, and the staff is super helpful in recommending the wide variety of labels. The beers are very unique; the selection of sour beers, which changes quite frequently, is highly recommended. The atmosphere is truly exceptional, relaxed, and very different from other pubs/breweries where it's usually very noisy.

06/11/2025: The food is good and the views are great (if you're lucky). It's expensive, on par with Capri in general. I tried gnocchi alla caprese, since I was in Capri. Very tasty, but the portion was small. The waiter was very friendly and spoke Spanish. I gave him an €8 tip and then regretted it because I'm broke.

29/10/2025: Excellent pizzaria restaurant and their service is top class. Located a bit hidden in the street,... do yourself a favor and visit them. Clear winner in Capri.

13/10/2025: Another strange experience, honestly. We're not used to private beaches, and in this region, 99% of them are taken over by restaurants. So, you expect first-class service, and the truth is, it's not like that. In such a touristy place, they don't speak Spanish or English. "ABSURD." Afterwards, they only had one waiter, who was hardly a waiter. He set the table in five stages, since instead of carrying everything on a tray, he brought us: the tablecloths first and left. After a few minutes, he arrived with the cutlery and left, then the plates, and then the menus. So if you ask about the food, I'll leave it to your amusing conclusion. In short, expensive and bad. Anyway, Italy....

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

02/02/2026: A very quaint place. The food isn't anything special, it's good and clichéd (not that that's a bad thing), but the pub shines with its extensive and good-quality beer selection. There are also several board games to play. It's a very quiet place, and I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back.
