01/04/2025: The food, although it took a while to arrive, exceeded our expectations and was reasonably priced. We walked in without a reservation but realized they were ordering. The place is super nice.

01/04/2025: Highly recommended! The service and location are very warm, and the food is delicious. The value for money is outstanding. A tip when ordering: keep in mind that some dishes don't have a large side dish and may require a separate order. In my case, I would have added a side dish to the octopus with tomato.

16/03/2025: Only for tourists. Not even the ging sen machine, obviously sold at the checkout with a higher price but nothing more than coffee diluted with water from the fountain

09/03/2025: as always Augustus does not disappoint despite being in a tourist street their product is excellent I had a rum maltagliato and a high quality baba I don't understand why people talk more about more "renowned" pastry shops and not much of this among the experts Babba and Sfogliatelle among the best in Naples

15/03/2025: Always positive experience. I've been there 2/3 times so far and it has never disappointed me. The first courses I ate were divine, especially their specialties: Genoese and pasta and beans with seafood, indescribable. High quality service, well served dishes, very friendly and professional staff. Antimo and his sister are always very very welcoming. Last time I brought some friends who wanted to eat local Neapolitan dishes and they were completely satisfied. Thanks :-) Well done. We will definitely see each other again

16/12/2024: We celebrated our daughter's graduation in the evening at Villa Hirta and it was an unforgettable experience! At the beginning I was a little doubtful about the choice of menu and skeptical about the portions, but thanks to Enrico's advice everything turned out to be perfect. The food was fresh, wholesome and not only of excellent quality, but also plentiful. The guests complimented us on every course and the large dessert buffet at the end was the perfect grand finale, appreciated by all. Special thanks also go to Jessica, the wedding planner, who took care of the arrangements down to the smallest detail, fulfilling my daughter's every wish and creating a unique evening atmosphere. The villa, already beautifully decorated for the Christmas period, made everything even more special. The large Christmas tree on the edge of the wonderful swimming pool gave a touch of magic that left everyone speechless. Villa Hirta is an extraordinary location with a team of professionals who know how to make an important event unique. I recommend this structure to anyone who wants to organize an elegant and carefree party. Thanks again to all the staff at Villa Hirta for making this evening so unforgettable!

08/03/2025: stumbled across this restaurant when it was raining heavily (maybe a sign from the universe) and decided to give it a try only to have the best lasagna of my life. The bolognese pasta, gnocchi and soups were sooooo good too. it was one of the cheapest meals we had in rome and sorrento and well worth the money!

17/11/2024: It was recommended to me by a friend who sold me the boat. Being a place that can also be reached by boat. I called to book and they immediately made themselves available for both the seats and also for the boat mooring. Directly below the restaurant at no additional cost. We took advice from them on what to take. We started with. Seafood appetizer of octopus and cuttlefish obviously with a white falanghina Then 10 first courses including 5 spaghetti with Veraci clams Then scialatiello you have seafood And paccheri with the catch of the day (paccheri with tuna) Second courses we opted for tuna tartare And fried prawns and calamari . we completed it with some sweets and some bitters Obviously as everyone knows it is always our wives who judge. And the response was excellent 👍. Normal prices and excellent quality. Abundant of everything. I advise those who want to go by boat to book for available berths as there is little space and boats no longer than 10 metres.

30/03/2025: The restaurant is nice but regarding the food, the pasta has the texture of cardboard, we immediately move on to a fried sausage, a "classic" of Italian cuisine which is as salty as the black sea, and we finish with a tiramisu (I think that was the goal) which literally tastes of cement and soap in the mouth but hey maybe they confused it with a specialty intended for the Portuguese since they are used to everything related to construction. The only positive point, you will no longer be hungry after eating such an abomination 💪

23/03/2025: Limited choices of food. When we got the bill waiter informed us that it did not include the service charge and we gave an extra tip (the receipt said it did not include a service charge) but the service charge was charged on our bill. They would not admit to their mistake and kept the service charge and extra tip we gave without apologies.

24/03/2025: Really nice setting down a small side street and appeared busy so we thought we’d give it a try. We each ordered pizza which were just ok. They were quite tasty but rather soggy and seemed to get soggier as we were eating them. The wine was nice though, best I’ve had since we’ve been here and the coffee was great. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t go back or recommend.

23/03/2025: Not great at all. Big disappointment. Pizza took way longer than any other restaurant in Sorrento and was not good. We got the wrong pizza for one of our table guests. Was tasteless, we thought it looked authentic, wasn't, canned mushrooms, no flavour

26/03/2025: Delicious food and generous portions, cozy atmosphere, friendly, family-owned service. They brought our toddler a wafer dessert just to be thoughtful. Also the red wine was amazing. Highly recommend!!

19/03/2025: March 2025 The bruschetta with tomatoes was very tasty. Deliciously seasoned with salt and oil. Then the typical pasta from here with pistachios and prawns. The combo was new to me and it tasted phenomenal. The service was professional, calm, friendly and good. A clear recommendation.

29/10/2024: We were in the restaurant. Price performance top! Very friendly!

27/10/2024: The hotel restaurant is particularly well located in Praiano, with a magnificent view of the sea. The manager was very helpful and gave us lots of advice, on buses, places to visit, etc. The restaurant is very correct. A few small drawbacks were added, for example the toilet seat which did not hold and which often slipped, or the temperature of the shower which alternated between hot and cold.

04/03/2025: Masaniello...when research, professionalism, attention to detail, attention to the authenticity of the products blend with an exquisite and now unusual kindness, and a warm atmosphere dictated by family management...you can't help but be satisfied! Everything was excellent, from the delicious appetizer to the homemade desserts! Congratulations to everyone and in particular to Vincenzo...from Vincenzo!

23/02/2025: Very nice pub, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent quality/price ratio. The two of us spent €20 each getting a portion of chips, 2 croquettes, 2 sandwiches, a coke and water.
