16/06/2026: The owner is very nice, and Spacanapoli is a place I really like. I really didn't want to leave such a low review, but I had a severe allergic reaction after eating their cuoppo. I'm only allergic to stale seafood; fresh seafood doesn't bother me. I ate seafood for several days in Positano and Amalfi without any allergic reactions, but after eating their cuoppo, I immediately started itching. I initially thought it was just a little stale and the itching would subside, but the rash is still there and itching is ongoing—something I've never experienced before. Although it didn't feel so stale when I ate it, the symptoms really make me question the quality of the ingredients. Perhaps it's because I went close to closing time and the food had been sitting for a day, so the quality wasn't as good. They really need to control the quality of their food. ------------------------ Regarding the restaurant's reply, I respond as follows: Why are you so arrogant in your replies to every negative review? I already said that if it were just a normal allergic reaction, I would have just let it go. I developed a lot of red rashes on my upper limbs, and it's still itchy after six days. If it were insect bites, I would have to be surrounded by insects to get so many rashes, so how could I not know? Besides, the itching started immediately after I ate your Cuoppo (a type of seafood allergy treatment). Seafood allergies are instantaneous. I ate seafood for several days in the past few days, both raw and cooked, without any discomfort. It was only after eating at your restaurant that I started feeling unwell. You usually use inferior ingredients to fool customers with strong immune systems, and they're lucky they didn't encounter any problems. This time, you think you were just unlucky because I wasn't fooled, without any reflection or introspection. You even made a customer apologize! Have you ever apologized for a bad review? Do you show even a hint of remorse for what is clearly your fault? These are irresponsible restaurant owners who only show arrogance and blame customers when they have food problems. I won't go back. I was initially going to give you two stars out of politeness, but with this attitude, even one star is too much.

24/06/2026: Absolutely delicious pizza! You can taste each individual, tasty ingredient 😋. The tomatoey sauce, flavorful cheese, and the bacon and salami were freshly sliced. The crust was crispy yet fluffy. Excellent value for money 👍. The pizza truck with the friendly pizza maker is in Riva del Garda on Via S. Alessandro on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our apartment was right next door – what luck! 😃

09/10/2025: The best Palermo roll in town. Warm, fluffy, crumbled with fabulously crunchy sesame seeds, with any Sicilian topping you desire. Priced at a mere €1.50.

09/10/2025: Delicious rolls, and pizza by the slice is also available. The dough is fantastic, perfectly soft, and the filling is generous. A great option for a quick meal or an alternative to a sweet breakfast.

14/07/2026: The prices for the starters were exorbitant, and they weren't as tasty as they were advertised on social media. The prices for the buffet starters were also very rough. The waiters also showed little attention to the customers. In short, a terrible experience. I won't be returning, unfortunately.

12/07/2026: I went to lunch with my husband, encouraged by the well-known name, but we were disappointed to find a lack of staff management, distracted waiters who barely brought a bottle of water to the table, not even a wine or a Coke, no presentation whatsoever...nothing. Annoyed and distracted, no silverware on the table... barely a tablecloth!!!! So I wonder, aside from the high prices, and sure, we were aware of that... but at the end of the bill, an extra €6.50 for service???? Service for what??? What would I have done first, just to go get plates and silverware from the kitchen? Never again! Highly not recommended.

18/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We received dishes we didn’t order, and when we pointed it out, the staff insisted that we had never ordered what we originally requested. On top of that, two of the appetizers we ordered never arrived, yet we were given the bill charged the dishes never came and without anyone noticing or apologizing. The spaghetti was also far too salty and not very enjoyable. To make matters worse, the restaurant was extremely hot because the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. Overall, the service was disorganized, the food was disappointing, and the dining experience was far below our expectations.

09/06/2026: Excellent location, 500 meters from the Royal Palace and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The Tropicana pastry shop is excellent, with a wide selection of pastries. The room was cozy, modern, clean, and quiet. Recommended if you're visiting Caserta.

14/05/2026: NEVER JUDGE BY APPEARANCES! Behind a large door and a modest foyer, climbing the stairs (or taking the elevator), I found a very nice place to stay. My room was a single, small but elegant, clean, and equipped with EVERYTHING (Smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe). This B&B's location is excellent: a 5-minute walk from the station, nestled in the center of Caserta. Breakfast is served at the bar/pastry shop downstairs (delicious pastries). The price of the stay was absolutely "fair." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

12/07/2026: Don't go there. It's addictive 🤣 No, in all the times we've been there, we've never been disappointed... the fried foods aren't perfect, but illegal (the dirty frittatina is devastating). The sandwiches are carefully crafted, and you can tell they're searching for flavor. The combinations are always wow. Then if you want to complain about the service because you're too chic, go ahead... but remember, they're young people who work hard... but kindness wins over everything. 07/07/2026: Very high-level pub, we ate the delicious ribs, the ciabatta with porchetta and the chips with Montoro onion with porchetta, everything fantastic, welcoming place and they also have evenings with live music ... to try again ... excellent choice of beers and very kind guys, highly recommended both for spending some time with the family and alternatively also evenings with friends ... we will definitely be back!
